Chapter 100: UAS Done, Holiday Let’s Go!

After undergoing the final semester exam which was held for a week, finally UAS was completed and marked the end of this one semester. Time was so fast this semester, so many new things I did.

I am currently at the bus stop with my friends. I intend to go to the office because for a week yesterday I have not gone to the office because of UAS. Mr. Hari gave me a waiver to focus on my school in advance for the past week.

“Are you all going to the office again?”

Miyuki asked me who was waiting for the Block M bus.

“Of course, it's been one week yesterday I didn't go to the office.”

“I'm also the same.”

And so is Maul.

“Do you guys not have a minute?”

“For what?”

“I want to take you guys to the mall for fun.”

What Miyuki said was not bad either. Before going to the office and maybe getting a job there, I don't think it's bad to go to the mall for fun.

Hmmmm... If I go to a mall that is near here, most likely I will spend quite a lot of money because we are in the Central Jakarta area. Well, but at least not as expensive if I have to go to the mall that is near Hotel Indonesia.

I wonder why my friends never worry about money. Was I the only one who was exaggerating about it.

I looked at a very large building with some signage of a dining and shopping place attached there.

“Why should we go here? Not that around our school there is also a mall that I think the price of groceries in it is cheaper than those in this mall.”

It turned out that I had to go to a mall near Hotel Indonesia, this is one of the malls that I never wanted to go to because the price is notoriously expensive. I do not know what makes the goods in it more expensive than other malls, what taxes can affect a price of goods up to that size.

Maybe when I'm in there I'll just look around and not buy anything.

“What are you worried about? Didn't you currently have a job and become a superior in a company. You should have more money than all of us here.”

I don't know if what he said just now was a compliment or a mockery, but when I saw his face, I felt like I was being ridiculed.

“You're not wrong, but I feel very fond of spending my money here. Better I go to a cheaper place than this with a quality that is not much different.”

I prefer to go to a retail store near my house because there has a relatively cheap price and good quality. All my clothes on average I buy them there all, even the store often has promos.

“Can be, as long as you can choose it.”

Takeshi asked that as if he had never done so.

Naturally if Takeshi did not know that, I had indeed thought about the pocket money owned by Miyuki's friends. The Miyuki friends I am referring to here are Takeshi, Yoshida, and Kichida.

During the time spent with them, I never heard complaints about their money as long as we went where or what we wanted to do.

I never heard Takeshi say ‘sorry, I am currently no money.’ Kichida and Yoshida.

We went inside the mall and looked around there. At that time I just followed Miyuki who was walking in front of us to lead us where we wanted to go. If you hear from the conversation, it looks like we will go to the game center located in this mall.

“How about UASmu Ar?”

“UAS? I don't think there was a problem with my UAS yesterday, there's no problem with me.”

“In the case in multimedia lessons nothing is difficult?”

“Nothing in my opinion, everything can be done easily.”

Because in the multimedia lesson, I did get the subjects of mathematics and physics, but the material studied there is basic material and not too complicated.

When we reached the game center, I saw those who were playing there from a distance, I had no interest in joining them at this time.

I remind you, I'm not an introvert or an anti-social. It's just that there are times when I want to be alone first and there are also times when I want to socialize. I have two tendencies.

“Why don't you join them?”

Riki who realized that I was not there immediately went to me.

“Nothing I think about right now, I just want to rest my mind after the UAS earlier.”

“From discussing that, how about your work?”

“I can do it.”

“Are you having trouble?”

“Only at the beginning alone is heavy and I often get revisions but over time after knowing the pattern, I can do it easily.”

“Good then.”

If Riki is no longer having problems with his work, it means I do not have to worry. In addition, I also believe in the ability of Riki to socialize with new people, surely he will ask more about his work to his seniors than to me. At least, that reduced my work a little.

“What's the holiday when you still come to Mar's office?”

“If there really is a meeting that requires me to come there, or maybe Mr. Hari wants to talk to me about something, of course I will come.”

“How about Class Meeting? Are you going in too?”

Class Meeting, right? During SMP yesterday I never entered at all.

“What is each student required to enter?”

“All students are not required to enter, but of course they must enter to find out if there is a value they are lacking and require them to follow the remedial or not.”

Remedial huh? I have believed in my abilities and my worth for a semester. If it's UAS, at least I can get above the minimum. But there's nothing wrong with going in, maybe there's something interesting I can get at school.

“Do you want to take part in the race at Class Meet later?”

“You sure you don't want to? There will be prize money and trophies again when Class Meet later, even more prizes than when MOS.”

“If I was still the same as I used to be, maybe I was immediately excited to follow him. But now I already have an awful lot of money and confused to use, so maybe I won't follow it.”

Indeed, the money earned from Class Meet is not much, but it feels lazy to add more money even if a little. I still get monthly pocket money from my parents because they don't know that I already have a job and enough money. If I ask them not to give me the monthly allowance, they can be suspicious of me.

“So that's why the wages I received when I made the application plus the monthly salary that was raked up for three months. So that's why I can have up to that much money.”

“Then why are you confused to spend your money here!”

Riki felt a little annoyed when he heard that.

“It's a shame to buy an item at a high price while you know that you can get it at a cheaper price.”

“Class Meet is like a sports festival if in your old school.”

I asked Maul.

“I found out about it from the Japanese cartoon I watched.”

“How much you like about it.”

“Very many lessons I got from such a cartoon.”

“But it's just a cartoon.”

“Sometimes I will show it to you later.”

I don't think there's any harm in watching it some. After all I have heard from Mr. Hari that in Japan many comics are made into cartoons by animation studios that are there. Who knows it will be useful for my future work.

“Do you sport watching cartoons too?”

Riki asked Miyuki.

“I only watched it when I was a kid.”

“Is that true?”

Maul was a little disappointed when she heard that.

“Iya, only Misaki is still watching cartoons. I only know a few cartoons from him.”

I told Maul to look around, and it turned out that there were a lot of men who were watching Miyuki from being alone to even having a boyfriend on her notice.

Actually, if I were to get close to Miyuki at this time, it would not have much effect because her views would be divided among the people around Miyuki. But normally that view would be pursed when Miyuki started talking to me. I don't like it when all eyes look at me with envy.

Well, maybe if Miyuki was a little quieter like Rina and not so troublesome I would like her.
