Rian's Struggle

Elsa waits for the Judge's arrival on the porch of Mak Ratih's house because there is something she wants to ask. The woman was deliberately waiting here because the Judge would definitely meet her later. It took a little while for the Judge to see Elsa because the man was working on his business.

Elsa waited as she played her feet standing on the porch's ceramic floor, she made an abstract pattern with indeterminate direction. Elsa really hopes that the Judge will grant her request, because honestly Elsa does not want to be far from her husband.

The judge immediately met Elsa who was waiting on the porch of Mak Ratih's house. He saw the woman making an abstract pattern with her feet. He called her in a soft voice to make Elsa go straight to the Judge.

"There's something I want to ask you" replied Elsa.

"What's? Did Rian leave the house again?" ask the judge who is getting curious.

However, Elsa shook her head slowly, that was not the reason she wanted to meet the Judge. The real reason was because he got word that Hakim gave Rian a job outside the city. Elsa knew that their family was in trouble and needed money, but if she had to separate from Rian, she would not.

"Is it true that my husband asked you for a job out of town?" ask Elsa.

The judge nodded, actually the Judge was a little surprised that Elsa knew this. However, he cannot lie to Elsa, because in reality Rian did ask her for the job.

Honestly, Judge felt a little sorry for Rian who had to work hard to meet the needs of the man and his wife, as a friend then he would definitely help. His feelings he excludes even though he does like Elsa.

Hearing that made Elsa so scared, the look on the woman's face immediately changed. Elsa is afraid that Rian will leave her, she does not want to be far from her husband. Despite living in sufficiency, Elsa is happy with their lives.

As long as there was no quarrel and separation between him and Rian, then he had absolutely no problem with it. For him, it is better to live simply but be together than to be content but have to separate. Elsa is traumatized, she does not want if later Rian finds a better woman than him and the man will leave her.

Elsa has no intention of accusing Rian like that, but does not rule out the possibility that a man could have an affair if away from his wife and find another comfortable place.

"I beg you not to find Rian a job out of town. I don't want to be separated from Rian." The judge was shocked when Elsa pleaded not to find a job for Rian in the city.

"I don't want to be separated from my husband, I implore you not to find him a job." Elsa's gaze was full of pleas, the woman was really earnest with her words.

Elsa does not want to part with Rian, even though Rian's reason to go to the city to work. Away from loved ones feels very heavy for him, just imagine it he does not want to, especially if to experience. She would really continue to grieve if that happened, she would not part a meter from her husband.

The judge just kept quiet, he looked at Elsa's slightly teary face. In the heart of the man was envious of Rian for being so loved by Elsa. Rian is so lucky to get Elsa, someone he also loves. Dear thousands dear because Elsa prefers Rian than him, even though his love is no less great than Rian.

The proof is that he had to go out of town when Elsa and Rian got married because he could not watch his second happy day and heartbreak day for him. On the other hand, Rian works on the first day as a porters pelvis in a rice shop that is in the market. The work was so heavy that he had to lift a sack of rice and move it to another place.

Rian was still not used to working like that so several times he made mistakes. Once Rian makes a mistake, he is forgiven. However, the umpteenth time he made a mistake, Ko Rio as the store owner could not keep quiet anymore.

"Rian... Rian.... This is the umpteenth time you drop rice, still fortunately the rice bag is not damaged!" Ko Rio reprimanded Rian while shaking his waist.

He is self-aware that he is wrong, so he must not behave if he is right. As someone who only works in people's place, he should know himself better. Although actually this time it was not Rian's fault, because there was someone who either intentionally or not nudged him so he dropped the sack of rice.

However, Ko Rio obviously would not believe what he said, so the thing that Rian had to do was apologize. Ko Rio would not want to listen to any reason from her, the man just wanted to hear an apology.

"You were if it wasn't breakfast yet, it should be breakfast first so that there is energy lifting the rice sack! I knew I was going to do hard work, not even breakfast!"

"Once again you drop a sack of rice, you won't pay me! Listen to my words!" knock Ko Rio before leaving Rian.

Rian sighed deeply, the man resumed his work. This time Rian must be careful, he must not make mistakes again if he does not want his salary not paid. Rian needs money to make ends meet for his life and his wife.

If he doesn't get paid then what will he and Elsa eat? Rian tried as hard as he could to stop doing anything slow. All this for the sake of Elsa, he had to work hard because indeed he was the backbone of the family. He can't just rely on Elsa.
