Defending Elsa
Rian leaves Elsa after seeing his wife, the man is both disappointed and angry at Elsa. Rian knew that they were poor, but Elsa was not fit to do this evil thing. Steal? Rian was really angry when he recalled the people's talk about Elsa. Rian realizes that he himself has not been able to give property to Elsa, but it does not necessarily make Elsa a thief. The man decided to go for a walk, as long as he wasn't home, the important thing was that he went out. He does not feel at home with Elsa after his quarrel with his wife.
Moments later, while walking down the street, Rian met with the Judge, who was riding his motorcycle. The man immediately greeted Rian while stopping his motorbike right beside the man's body, Judge was astonished when he saw Rian whose face was battered.
“What's with your face?” ask the Judge that Rian did not answer.
“I am very upset today, the residents said that Elsa has stolen food at Mak Ratih's house. I was really disappointed in him, he could have done something like that. The account knows that we are poor, but it does not necessarily make him have to steal.” Rian began to recount his frustration today to the Judge.
“Rather than you get upset like that, you better come with me.” The judge suddenly stood up and invited Rian to come with him.
“Where?” ask Judge.
“Already, come with.” Although confused, Rian continued to come along. The man rode in the back motorcycle seat of the judge, after which the Judge rode his motorcycle towards the street.
The judge took Rian for a walk to reduce his frustration, knowing that the upset would surely disappear over time. At this time Rian is still fueled by his emotions so that he cannot think clearly, so the Judge invites Rian to go for a walk so that his mind can be clear again. Along the way, Rian begins to tell Judge about Elsa again. The judge listened for a moment to digest every word that came from Rian.
“I think you misunderstood, there is no way Elsa stole food at Mak Ratih's house. There must be a misunderstanding here.” After digesting everything Rian told me, the Judge began to make a sound. She knew Elsa, Elsa was a good woman who would not be able to do such a wicked thing just for the sake of food. The judge himself did not understand why Rian actually believed in the words of others rather than his own wife. If he is Rian, it is certain that he trusts his wife more than anyone else.
“Don't you know Elsa? Elsa is a good woman. Just because of that, there's no way Elsa could have taken someone else's. I think you should talk to him and tell him what happened. I'm sure once if there is a bright spot here,” said the Judge again.
Rian just kept quiet, he refused to listen to the Judge's words. Rian was blind to the words of others so he even believed more in the rumors circulating than the explanation of his own wife. Rian told Elsa, even though she explained everything. However, Rian did not believe Elsa's words at all, the man left Elsa after a fight between them. Rian does like to run away when there is a problem, when he should be the head of the family he should have a cool head. However, he could not think with a cold head after what happened to him plus Elsa who further added to his problem.
“Do not talk about this again, I discussed my household problems with Elsa,” said Rian who made the Judge immediately silent.
The man realizes that Rian and Elsa's household is none of his business, but he feels very sorry for Elsa. In fact, he was very sure that Elsa would never do that, but Rian also did not want to listen to her. The man actually believes in his own perception of Elsa which should have been very well known by him.
In the afternoon, Mak Ratih went to Bu Marni's shop to buy cooking oil, as well as other kitchen needs. Mothers who were originally busy encouraging lamgsung stopped when they saw the arrival of Mak Ratih. They immediately approached Mak Ratih to make the middle-aged woman surprised, very clueless about what these mothers wanted to do to her.
“Mak Ratih, is there really news circulating that Elsa likes to steal food in your house?”
“What food has Elsa stolen, Mak?”
“What Mak Ratih has asked for compensation on Elsa?”
“Mak Ratih why just shut up? Let's just report him to the police.”
The mothers told Mak Ratih about Elsa, they said bad things about Elsa and asked Mak Ratih to report Elsa to the police only. Mak Ratih who knew nothing was confused by the two words of the mothers.

“Loh? What is this Mak Ratih? We're talking about Elsa's stealing at your house.” They were astonished by Mak Ratih's response that was not in their liking.
“What are you talking about? Which Elsa do you mean?”
“Mak Ratih wants to defend Elsa what how? Obviously we mean Elsa's Rian's wife. Who else is Elsa here?”
“What I ask is Elsa which you call stealing, if Elsa his wife Rian never stole. She is a good woman, I often feed her because I feel sorry for her.”
“Yang right? Mak Ratih must be lying, just say that Mak Ratih wants to protect Elsa. Mak Ratih is too good to hide a thief with that defense.” Instead of directly believing what Mak Ratih said, they actually assumed that the middle-aged woman was lying.
“The soap is up,” muttered Elsa then the woman went to the nearest stall with the intention of buying bath soap.
“What is it crowded?” muttered Elsa as she approached the stall, she saw a group of mothers there.
“Don't keep lying, Mak Ratih, tell us that Elsa has threatened you not to be honest about the theft!”
Elsa hears the cry of a mother, she realizes that among them there is Mak Ratih.
“Stop spreading slander, I told you Elsa is not stealing. No longer do you talk about anything that is not, slander is more cruel than murder. You all know it's ‘kan?”
There Elsa sees with her eyes that Mak Ratih is defending her, clearing her name. The middle-aged woman rebuked the people who had lent Elsa with words that were not worth hearing. Elsa who heard that to the point of tears, she felt moved because there was still someone who wanted to help her.
