One Week Later

After I recovered from my illness, the King called me and rewarded me for saving the kingdom from the devil and called me "Hero." The kingdom had the hypothesis that there was an enemy hiding and was not visible to the king, so the royal guard was tightened.

I was too tired to go back to my bedroom and lay down with Nova's thigh as a pillow.

"Young master, it's time for dinner!" It was Mary's voice from behind the door.

"I'll be there soon, please wait a minute I'm changing clothes!"

"No need!" That almost happened. If Maria sees Nova, there could be bloodshed. Nova is a succubus and if Maria sees us then she'll think I'm under attack and report it to dad and mom. After that, Nova will be searched. I don't want that to happen.

I pull up my chair and sit down. Brother was not at the dinner table, as usual he was very busy with his work. I'm not really mad at him but I don't know why I'm upset with him.

"Just read a book." That's all I can make excuses for. Everyone knows I love books, so it's not weird that I say it.

"Ren, you have to eat your vegetables."

"No way." I answered him quickly. I don't like pumpkin because it tastes sweet but it's a little sour. Although this nourishes the body, but still I do not like it. If I am told to choose between better taste or health then my answer is taste.

"You can't be like that or the food will cry."

When can food cry? If yes, then they will cry when they will be eaten and not vice versa.

"That's the same as not eating it!"

This is my family talk. It felt more alive at the dinner table.

I left the dining room and went back to my room and fell asleep.

The black shadow moved cautiously in the hallway of the palace. The dark figure approached the library room guarded by two knights on either side.

The dark shadow gathered together and formed a human figure wearing a hood and took the book.

"Finally, I got it."

The figure immediately disappeared along with the book. The next morning, Prince Julius found the two guards lying on the ground. Julius questions why they sleep on the floor, but does not dispute this.

"Next time you have to be careful. Now, you guys go back and get some rest."

"Okay, your honor." Julius prepares to go to school, but he orders the servants to cook as there will be a feast for the victory of the hero who manages to defeat the demon.

"Then I'm gone."

The servants bowed and said their greetings. Julius and Luna boarded the horse carriage and set off for the academy. Arriving at school, the two went through school activities as usual and during the break, they went to see Ren who was napping in the park using Yukari's thigh as his pillow. People might be envious but Julius did not feel that way because he already had a fiancee.

"Is he sleeping?" ask Julius.

"Yes. I don't know why he became more lazy than usual" replied Yukari.

"When I wanted to talk to him" Julius said disappointedly.

"I'm sorry" said Yukari.

As Luna was next to Julius, she sat down near Ren's feet and raised both her legs up on Luna's thighs.

"What are you doing, Luna?" ask Julius.

"It's not fair that only Yukari spoils Ren, I want to do it too" Luna replied.

"Gosh, even if you're asleep you can still make my sister do this to her" Julius murmured.

Despite this, Julius is not angry because as long as his sister is happy, as an older brother, Julius should be happy. After all, if his sister was with another man besides Ren, perhaps Julius would oppose her.
