The unknown enemy

Ren held back the wolf's claw with his sword. The wolf's fangs were very hard and bit into Ren's left arm.

Blood came out and made the wolf's fangs turn from white to red. Ren endured the pain in order to hold back the wolf. From the right side, the arrow shot and pierced right into the head of the wolf until finally the very tight bite now softened and collapsed to the ground.

"You should've shot him sooner." Complain Ren.

"I've been trying to know! But... Are your hands okay?"

"Little wound, relax."

Ren raised his sword with his right hand and slashed the wolf's neck until it broke and took his necklace.

The sunlight was getting hotter which signified an increasingly daytime day and the sound of bells ringing loudly throughout the forest so it was very impossible if not to hear it.

The students immediately gathered in the school hall in order to see the results they had obtained during the forest. On the stage the headmaster gave an opening speech to all the students present and behind the lined class representatives from A to F.

After the entire student clapped his hands when the principal finished giving the opening. Yue, the headmaster approached Julius who was already holding a flower vase made of gold with silver as the decoration.

Yue picked up the paper and wrote on top with a pen, gluing it in front of a vase that read "98" with a number that almost filled the paper.

He walked to the side and saw Sayaka who looked like she was feeling guilty and she was holding a gold necklace with various colorful gems that adorned the necklace. Yue wrote again on blank paper and wrote with large numbers so there was no room for other writing. The number 100 is clearly attached.

As soon as it continues to arrive at the last class represented by Ren. There was nothing he carried. Only empty hands are clean.

"Where's your point?"

Everyone who saw each other whispered with a friend nearby and some people smiled in satisfaction because class F was nothing more than a trash class while the entire class F looked anxious and agitated.

"It's just a game. And also after getting a wound like this." Ren rolled up his long sleeves up to near the shoulder. There was a bandage wrapped around his hand and a slight patch of blood. "It's a fair pay."

Everyone was shocked when they saw the wound. Sayaka just kept quiet. Although he knew this was Ren's wish and did not dispute this, he still felt guilty.

"Why are you like this?"

"Just a stray dog bite."

Obviously they know. There should be no monsters in the forest but Ren is injured by the bite of a forest wolf.

The school is very confident that they have prepared this school event by observing the forest and there are no monsters when they do that.

Yue eyes instantly became sharp and terrifying. He glanced at the teachers and staff who were lined up near the stage.

"Check the forest immediately! I will not forgive one mistake."

"Ready!" The teachers answered in unison and quickly left.

Yue ordered all the disciples to return to their respective classes. While Ren is ordered to go to the health room to get treatment, there is a fear of poison entering.

Ren closed the curtains nearby so that the sunlight would not enter and he laid his body on the bed.

The window was not closed and the wind was blowing so the curtains flew and almost slipped out of place.

"Say?"

Across from Ren's bed, the girl's figure stood up and her purple hair flew in the wind.

"As you might expect. There's someone in disguise at your school and calling monsters into the woods.

"destination?"

"It's still uncertain but this is just my guess."

"It looks like they suspect you are Noir and are trying to kill you."

"So that's it."

Ren had expected that something like this would happen and he also guessed that the enemy's ability was that he could change his true form into someone else and make people around him seem to know him.

"You can come back. Tomorrow I'll uncover the enemy."

"Good."

The girl just disappeared. Soon the door opened and someone came in.

"Are you talking to someone Ren?"

Luna went inside while carrying a basket filled with fruit. He placed it on a table near the bed and took a small chair nearby.

"No, I'm just enjoying the quiet."

"How's your wound?"

Ren glanced at Luna. The wound was indeed not a problem because no matter how big of a wound he got, it would heal in an instant due to the instant regeneration ability he got from hydra.

But it is highly unlikely that he said anything about his ability.

"It's not as bad as before."

"Thank God."

Luna took a chair and sat down next to the bed near Ren. Ren saw Luna's face down, he was sure that Luna was worrying about him considering that she knew Ren's true identity.

"Do you need anything?"

"Eh... That's..." Luna's voice stammered and tried to let out her voice. "Is there a serious problem you're facing?"

Luna feels that Ren is fighting a dangerous enemy but does not say to protect the people Ren thinks are valuable.

"No. Relax, I just don't feel well."

Luna had no idea what she should talk about anymore with Ren. He stood up and returned the seat to its original place.

"I'm going back to class. So..."

"Yes, I'll see you later."

Luna turned around and left Ren alone. The door to the medical room closed after he exited.

In the evening.

Gisella and all the Seven Stella gathered and sat down to form a rectangle. Gisella sat alone and as the center of attention.

"The one who has already injured the master, is most likely Orvis." Olivia said in a beautiful purple dress.

"Orvis, a demon that can disguise itself and can manipulate monsters." Obviously Nova.

"If he did it, he must finish it. There is no mercy

to the one who wounded my master!" Shouted Xenovia excitedly.

"Then, the plan-"

Before Gisella could finish her words Olivia had already cut her off.

"no need. Master said he'd take care of it."

All of the Seven Stella were shocked and their eyes widened upon hearing that. Those who move a lot of people to gather information but absolutely no development.

Yet their master had already said such a thing in other words. Their master already knew the identity of the enemy and was being cornered by the master.

"As expected of you!" Praise Rose with pride.

"In the end, all enemies will be destroyed by darkness." Gisella.
