I felt the heat all over my body but suddenly the heat turned warm.

I don't remember what happened but I don't think it's a bad thing.

I used all my energy to open my eyes and I looked at the ceiling. I know where this place is, it's a place I know very well.

Mom left with her bright smile. Rei, my brother took a bowl on the table and put the vegetable with a spoon into my mouth.

“Open your mouth.”

“Although we just met but it feels this embarrassing.”

“I am your sister. A big brother's job is to protect his cute sister.”

I opened my mouth and ate my soup. It tastes so good as always.

After finishing my meal, I spoke four eyes to my brother.

“Why did you run away from home?”

Suddenly a little girl ran past the two then jumped up and hugged me.

With a funny attitude like this only one person would do it.

“Yukari?”

“Ren!”

She hugged me tightly then cried at my bottom.

“Where did you go? I thought you left me. I was so scared when you weren't around. I... i..”.

He seems to be worried about me too. Making her cry like this, she must be so lonely. I think I should apologize to him.

“Already, I'm sorry for leaving just like that. More importantly I'm here now, right?”

She stopped crying for a moment and then cried back even louder, it was not the reaction I expected.

“It looks like your girlfriend is very worried huh, Ren?”

Yukari was immediately shocked to release her embrace and covered her red face with both hands.

I rubbed Yukari's head gently and the gazes of her brother and his two friends looked scary to me.
