The Shackles of Love The Single Heir

The Shackles of Love The Single Heir
Chapter 21.

Along the way home, the two of them looked like hostile tom and jerry. Maura just kept quiet while staring at the street they were walking through. While Dion, he was only focusing on the steering wheel of the car without caring about Maura sitting next to him.

About an hour into the journey, they finally arrived in front of Dion's house. Maura, who was still sad at that time, immediately stunned to look at Dion's house which was not at all what he expected.

"Come, comeon!" bring Dion.

Dion got down first and took out the suitcase that was inside the trunk. However, he suddenly tightened his jaw when he realized his wife was still frozen in the car.

"Oh my God, this woman!" as Dion said, he stepped towards the door and opened it while looking at Maura sharply.

Instead of going down, Maura turned her face away. That indifference really infuriated Dion.

Dion approached, he rested his hands on the side of the seat that kept Maura's body locked inside. It made Maura's legs start to shake until the sweat point was pouring heavily on her forehead.

"Sir Dion, what are you doing? Stay away from me!" maura snapped, she swallowed her saliva violently.

Dion tilted his slanted smile, Maura's fluttering face made him want to linger in that position.

"Why fear, am I not your husband?" dion said, he was getting closer and closer until the faces of the two of them almost came into contact with each other.

Maura closed her eyes, her hunting roar of breath making Dion's heart beat as if his body was responding. Even the scent of Maura's body, like leading her to explore his wife's smooth neck.

"Don't Brother Dion, I beg you!" pinta Maura who began to shed her tears.

Looking at Maura who was really scared to the point of crying, Dion stopped the action instantly.

"Oh, don't cry. I'm not gonna hurt you!" dion said, he then wiped his wife's tears and gently rubbed the tip of Maura's head.

Maura sighed and threw it aside violently, she thought Dion would actually touch her. Apparently not, Dion instead let go of the lock to make him breathe a sigh of relief.

"Come, comeon!" take Dion again, then he steps towards the suitcase and rubs his face roughly.

"Bas stupid, what are you doing Dion?" his mind grumbled to itself.

Slowly, Maura began to descend and followed her husband's footsteps. The two entered the house and were greeted warmly by the servants who saw their arrival.

"Good day sir" said Ela and Nisa at the same time. They stared in confusion at the beautiful girl who had come with Dion.

"Siang, please take Maura to the room!" tell Dion to put the suitcase he brought in front of the servant.

Ela and Nisa glanced at each other, they both started to get curious because Dion had never brought any woman into the house before.

"Sorry sir, which room should we take this Miss to?" ask Ela to make sure.

Ela's question suddenly made Dion chuckle, he put his hand on the tip of Maura's head and rubbed it gently.

"He's Maura, my wife, your mistress. Come on, take her to the room!" obviously Dion to make Ela and Nisa surprised with sharp glaring eyes.

After learning who the beautiful girl really was, Ela rushed her upstairs at Dion's request. Meanwhile, Nisa also went to the kitchen to prepare lunch.

Arriving in front of the room door, Ela grabbed the doorknob and opened it wide.

"This is Mrs Maura's room and Mr. Dion's, please come in!" said Ela.

"All right, thank you" Maura said.

After Maura set foot inside the room, Ela followed inside and placed the suitcase she was carrying in the corner of the closet.

"Mrs just rest here, I go down first prepare lunch. If Madam needs anything, just call me!" ela said, he left the room and closed the door again.

Shortly after Ela left, Maura began to comb through every corner of the spacious room. She really did not expect, it turned out that her husband's life was better than she had thought before.

Satisfied with gazing and exploring every corner, Maura then opened her suitcase and began to arrange her clothes into the closet.

At about 1pm, Dion came home and rushed into the room. For a moment, the smile on his face began to float to find Maura sleeping on the bed. Unable to wake Maura up, Dion lay down beside his wife.

Not long after, Maura wriggled and twisted her body to face Dion. As she was sleeping, she did not even realize that her lips were stuck to her husband's chest.

Down there, Ela and Nisa had finished cooking and served it on the dining table. Since Dion and Maura never came down, Ela decided to call them to her room.

Tok, tock, tock

"Sir, Madam, it's lunch time." call Ela while knocking on the door.

I don't know how many times Ela knocked on the door and called her master, but there was absolutely no answer from inside. Until he decided to go back down.

Maura wriggled again, she seemed to hear that voice and opened her eyes slowly. But what happened, he screamed and pushed Dion's body to the floor.

Dion was shocked as his body hit a hard object, he got back up and looked at Maura's face with a pushy look.

"Maura, what happened. Why push me?" dion asked as he rubbed his painful shoulder.

"What's going on? I should have asked, what did Brother Dion do to me, why did Brother Dion hug me?" snapped Maura.

Dion was silent for a moment, he sat down on the side of the bed and rubbed his face violently.

"I didn't do anything to you, even if I accidentally hugged you, what's wrong with that?" answer Dion.

Maura jumped down from the bed and ran into the bathroom. Either Dion was wrong, or he was too afraid to face all this. He could only cry questioning his own attitude.

Ever since that dark night that almost took away her chastity, she had never again come into contact with a man by name. He really shut himself down. Never mind dating, loving, staring at a man he can't afford. How could he have gone through this marriage. She can't just trust someone, even if that person is her own husband.

"Maura, open the door!" shout Dion.

Maura did not deny it let alone open the door. He could only cry under the water while clutching his arm firmly. He was really confused in the face of all this.
