No matter how long he prostrated, humbled himself to the creator, his mouth did not stop reciting dhikr, asked God for help, that was all he could do.
"Dim, Dimas!!" Papa's voice calls.
She had her tears before she finally looked.
"They need you." Papa's voice softly.
He followed Papa down the hall, through the waiting room, to the attendant's desk. They got into the elevator, which was already full, then climbed into the operating ward.
Galih and Coltrain's doctor are waiting for them. Galih immediately embraced it, hugged it while saying, "You have a baby boy bro!"
"What about Sonia?" Ask with clenched teeth.
"He's still holding on." Galih.
"Maybe even he helped us, Sonia managed to get through it without any pressure, but her heart had to be operated on immediately."
"Sonia has given us permission for the operation." Doctor Coltrain. "But I also need your permission."
"Of course, can I see him?"
"Just for a minute." Doctor Coltrain said. "The shift will take you."
"Do your best." Ask the surgeon. His eyes revealed more than his words.
Doctor Coltrain held his shoulder steadily." I'm not used to losing patients." while smiling meaningfully at him.
"Sonia's going through all this, believe me."
He nodded. Then followed Galih through the ward to the room where Sonia was.

Sonia
He felt very sleepy at this moment, but when he saw the face of Brother Dimas, he was like a dream. His eyes were immediately glowing.
"Sonia," said Brother Dimas suffocating, bending over to kiss his eyelids.
"Yes God... Sonia!" why don't you ever tell brother, baby?"
He just shook his head slowly, he did not expect if the condition could be this severe, he just felt all this time, often nervous with a pounding heart, sometimes a little pain is common.
He could see that Dimas was completely destroyed. Poor man, who had to undergo great suffering in two pregnancies. But he doesn't want to die, he will fight.
What Dimas felt, and showed, was far deeper than mere pity. She was sad to see her husband look broken.
"It's okay, brother, everything will be fine. I promise." But he was worried, because he was about to step into an unknown world. He's getting sleepy.
"Take good care of our baby, if only..."
"Don't." growled brother Dimas poignant.
"Muhammad Al Fatih" he whispered sleepily. "I want to name it. And her last name is Prayoga, like sister. Agreed?"
"You can get whatever you want" said Dimas.
"Just don't leave me, Sonia. Don't leave your sister alone in this world." The voice of brother Dimas raucous, full of emotion.
Her fingers traced the lips of her husband. He really loved this guy. More than Dimas realized.
"Sister makes me much happier than I've ever felt" he whispered. "I love you."
"Sonia..!"
He took a quick breath, it seemed that he had to take pains to take his next breath.
Tears sting his eyes. "My dear" he whispered as his eyes closed. The drugs are starting to work.

But he froze beside Sonia, terrified, horrified that this was the last time he could see her alive.
"Don't leave brother" he whispered in Sonia's ear. "Son can't live without you."
"Come on." She dragged him out of the room.
Sonia was already asleep, she looked at Sonia once more, looking at Sonia's two closed gray eyes.
Please God, don't let those two eyes shut forever! whatever I've done punish me, but don't take him! Please don't do that!
"He's been through half the fight." Galih's voice was hoarse as if capturing his panic.
"Don't give up yet. Let's go downstairs and have some coffee."

Subterfuge
He took Dimas downstairs and brought him black coffee.
"I must have been a despotic king in my previous life." Mumbles Dimas. "To be punished through this hell twice in one lifetime."
He understood Dimas's intentions. Dimas lost his first wife when she gave birth to Ara.
"Sonia's heart may be in trouble" he said. "But his spirit is stronger than any man I have ever known. Sonia made it through an ordeal that most women cannot pass through. He's tough, don't give up yet."
"I wouldn't do that." Answer Heavy dimas.
"Do you want to see your son?"
"Not now," Dimas whirled. "Not until we get the news."
"All right."
"There was amak, your mom and Audrey were there." He looked on compassionately at Dimas.
They remained silent for quite a while. He looked at Dimas. The man sipped coffee. Dimas looked very tired.
"Come on," he said. "That little baby looks a lot like you, Adzan was."

He is not sure if he deserves to have a boy while Sonia is struggling between life and death.
But he knew he'd go crazy if he just sat here and thought about it. At the very least, the baby would distract him.
He looked down at his son in awe mixed with fear. He counted the tiny fingers and toes, stroked the baby's head and then tried.
He could see Sonia in the shape of the baby's eyes, as well as himself on the baby's chin.
Muhammad Al Fatih Prayoga...
His vision began to blur when he thought of the day, week, month, and years before him. Please God, she thought, don't let me raise this child alone.
Four hours later...
Doctor Coltrain came out looking for him. The golden-yellow haired man looked extremely tired.
"Sonia still survives." Doctor Coltrain told him. "We'll know the results in eight hours."
The doctor took a deep breath. The man looked at her and spoke softly, "In eight hours, Sonia will wake up ---or not."
