Railene was silent when she saw the ring in front of her. The symbols, type of materials, and aura power that appeared around him made him extremely extraordinary. The familiar shape of the symbol was engraved with a golden pattern in the middle of the only faint bluish diamond. Along the body of the ring are groove-like carvings of vines surrounding the diamond. The ring is not big and looks feminine like most silver rings in general. The only difference is the detailed pattern that is very thorough. It looks expensive and classy.
Railene also recalled Alan's explanation. The Ring of Memory is the object that holds his memory of all the mysteries that determine in his life. A very important thing for him who is now almost blind to all the mysteries in his life.
Railene has a lot of speculation and guesses about its origins. He thought that his soul was subject to fate and did not remember anything because of a thing or it could be this body that had a certain destiny so that whoever the soul in it would have the same destiny. But, he thinks the first possibility is more likely. The memory ring is proof.
Raga does not store memories, only the soul has them. That meant, ever since he was reborn in another person's body, he had entered his destiny. And his soul was really chosen to do something he didn't know for sure what it was.
Returning to this moment, Railene grabbed the ring and her necklace felt cool for a moment before returning as usual. This reaction was exactly like when he held the anklet from the previous Ghost Gipsy book manual. He was finally convinced that Alan was his ally.100% sure.
"You said that there are four types of jewelry that I have to have, do you know the function of those things?" Railene asked in light of Alan's explanation of the Memory Ring's function.
"I don't know much. But you have to know that by yourself. Except for the function of the Ring of Memory, my ancestral records never mention the function of the objects of the Elect. You're the Choice, you should know when it's time to know." Alan said seriously.
Railene paused for a moment and asked again about something.
"Do I have to wait until I'm 40 like Alan said to know all the functions and purposes of these things?" Railene asked in a curious tone, half bitter because she was a little unwilling to have to wait for decades.
Alan smiled then and with his ignorance, he revealed honestly.
"I don't know about that. But, Railene, you can follow the instructions left for you. And maybe I can help you with that," Alan said with a calming smile later.
"The clue is in the book Ghost Gipsy. Do you know about that?" Railene asked purely curiously.
Alan nodded confidently then said, "Ghost Gipsy is my great-grandfather. Our family is a Guard family as well as a Directive Giver who was sent directly. Ghost Gipsy is just a pen name."
Railene surprised. This is huge information for him. He lost the Ghost Gipsy hint and the whereabouts of this person after he entered the Memory Room. He recalled that a person named Ghost Hunter Vetrov had died in 2005. And he vividly remembers the five-person conversation before the funeral began that Ghost Hunter had a very small great-granddaughter. If it is associated with Alan's statement, then the great-granddaughter in question is Alan(?) And in the year of his great-grandfather's death, Alan was born. It would be fitting when he remembered Alan's age was 19.
"Is your great-grandfather the Ghost Hunter Vetrov?"
"Yes," Alan said while nodding positively.
Railene and Alan looked at each other. But, Railene's mind wandered long. The things in his life...., why is it so tiring to think about?
"Sir Alan, maybe in the future I need your help more often. I might be repotting Alan at certain times. Is that okay?"
"That's no problem. Actually my family's main goal is to help you complete the mission. I also don't know much because I haven't learned all the ancestral records because I used to think the existence of people like you was too fantasy. Moreover, we live in a modern world, it is hard to believe things outside of science." Alan explained honestly.
Railene nodded in understanding. He knew that and he used to be like Alan. He does not believe in anything that cannot be explained by reason or common sense. But, when he was reborn, he inevitably had to believe it.
"Okay, thanks for today. I need to digest some information and find out more. For my plan that needs you, I'll tell you next time."
"Okay, no problem."
...
Railene is separated from Alan and Gery, who are reluctant to see his departure. He returned home in his private car. The driver of his family picked him up and he felt he had enough rest to warm up his brain again about all the things he had just received.
He closed his eyes inside the car, looking as if he was sleeping, but only he knew that his soul had long been in the Soul Realm.
Railene and Inchara stand among the shelves in the library. Railene was looking for a book that should have been missed so she could find out about the things in her hand right now. Inchara who had followed Railene decided to explain and persuade him.
"Rail, no new book has appeared yet and you've read it all. They are yours but their usefulness may not be recorded in any book. You have to find out for yourself" Inchara said.
Railene finally stopped pacing and turned around. Looking towards Inchara with furrowed brows. His face was slightly resigned and his eyes were slightly dimmed from being tired.
"Rail, take a break. You can always find something from your own dreams. Your main strength is psychic, it's not easy to train, so don't get too tired" Inchara told Railene. He grabbed Railene's hand and dragged her towards the living room.
"Chara, let's start over in three days. For three days, I will rest for a while. The matter of some matters relating to the Chosen Ones I will postpone first. You can help me keep an eye on the new leads and don't forget to tell me anything."
Railene took a long breath. He thought about Inchara's suggestion and felt it made sense. He also felt mentally tired. Within months of the deadlock, he felt extremely depressed and lacked the usual quality of his peace of mind. So he needs a break.
Inchara agreed. Railene leaves the Soul Realm and takes a day off to Jack. He plans to "lazy" for a day. At least to restore his peace of mind.
