Ch.106 - Space Shards

“Senior Feng Lao, how are they both doing?” Xiang Shin wanted to know the state of Qin Zhiyun and Qin Qiaoyu.

“Oh both girls are fine, they train diligently at all times, you don't have to worry about them.”

Xiang Shin was silent, honestly he had a hard time believing because he had not seen the condition of the two students himself.

After being silent for almost a minute, Xiang Shin suddenly knelt down in front of Feng Lao.

“Senior Feng Lao, make me your student.”

Xiang Shin had already made his decision. Whether Feng Lao had any hidden intentions or whatever his intentions were, he would leave the matter to him in the future.

Feng Lao smiled widely, this is indeed what he wanted.

“Xiang Shin, actually when I gave you that sword mark, I already considered you as my successor or arguably my main disciple.”

“Honoring teacher,” Xiang Shin cupped his hands respectfully.

Xiang Shin stood up, looking at Feng Lao with his sharp gaze.

“Xiao Shin, for the time being I can't teach you any techniques, you need to be Immortal-leveled to be able to learn my sword techniques. But I can still give you direction. Now that you can face any sword, I will see your sword skills and correct them!”

“Good teacher!” Xiang Shin took out his Daonya Sword then approached one of the swords.

That way Xiang Shin started training by fighting against the sword souls.

Huo Peng and Yan Gong were the two Elders of the Southern Poison Sect. Huo Peng was a Great Elder also an uncle of Huo Cai’er, while Yan Gong was a 3rd Elder. They brought about 50 members of their sect towards the Monster Forest.

They couldn't possibly bring too many sect members because it could cause suspicion to the other sects and would instead create trouble.

Upon arrival at the center of the Monster Forest, they saw a space crack or dimensional crack. They landed near the dimensional crack.

The dimensional crack was only as long as the index teak. Suddenly the crack was slightly elongated.

The two Elders of the Southern Poison Sect and its members were not at all surprised by the phenomenon as indeed the dimensional crack would enlarge over time.

“According to Lord Orochi's orders, we must widen this dimensional crack until our forces can once again invade Chenwu Continent. It's time to get revenge!” Huo Peng exclaimed excitedly.

Huo Peng, Yan Gong and his members flew away then prepared their respective strongest attacks.

They gather energy for 1 minute to prepare an attack.

With the cue from Huo Peng, all of them launched attacks simultaneously, directing all of the attacks on the dimensional crack.

*BOOOMMMMM!!

All the attacks hit the dimensional crack, making an explosion until the crack grew bigger and bigger but even then only to make a crack along one fathom.

“One more time!”

For the second time they launched an attack with the same intensity as before.

And this time their attack successfully made a dimensional crack break to make a large hole connecting the two worlds.

“Hahaha! Finally!” Huo Peng and the others laughed loudly then floated down near the space shards.

A dark aura came out from the fragment of the space.

Not long after that dozens of figures came out from the space shards. The figures have an animal-like shape but can stand on two legs like humans.

They were Demonic Beasts from another world. Two among the dozens of Demonic Beasts, there were two Demonic Beasts that had extremely powerful auras namely the Demonic Beast Bear and the Demonic Beast Lion.

It was clear both of them were at the late stage Martial Overlord level.

“Hahaha

“Hahaha you finally came too,” Huo Peng smiled widely.

“You... human? No, you guys still have the aura of a Demonic Beast.” Said the Lion Demonic Beast.

“We are the remnants of the Demonic Beasts who lived in this world after the first post-war. Because continuing to stay in this world makes our Demonic Beast genes continue to weaken until we look like humans.”

“Oh so, so you guys made this space fragment.” The Demonic Beast Bear.

“True. Mr. Orochi is still alive after the war, his Spirit Crystal still holds the rest of his soul, we must bring more of our race here and resurrect Mr. Orochi back.”

The Demonic Beast Lion and the Demonic Beast Bear looked at each other for a moment.

“Orochi still alive?”

“Truely, with the revival of our Master, then we can avenge..”.

Before Huo Peng finished his sentence, the Lion Demonic Beast appeared behind him then thrust its spear through Huo Peng's chest.
