Ch.101 - Success

“Alright, I think now I know what I should do!” Xiang Shin wiped the blood on his cheek.

The Emotion-Dissipating Sword Technique!

Xiang Shin's expression became flat, even after seeing the monster doll not getting the slightest scratch on his body after being hit by a crushing attack, his expression did not change at all.

The 9th Dao Sword that Xiang Shin had already cracked in a part of his blade, was already unfit to wear so he threw it away. Now he only had 1 Dao Sword left.

Xiang Shin created thousands of energy swords that gradually shot towards the monster puppets.

With a swift movement, the monster puppet shook its arms, unleashing waves of energy in equal amounts.

All of their attacks clashed against each other, making continuous explosions.

Until the monster doll was right in front of Xiang Shin, the young man was still silent on the spot even after the monster doll slashed its arms at his neck.

Shortly before the slash hit Xiang Shin's neck, the young man disappeared then appeared behind the monster doll.

Unfortunately the monster doll seemed to have noticed Xiang Shin's movements so he slashed one of his arms back.

Xiang Shin repelled the attack with a young man and kicked the back of the monster doll, making it a foothold for him to move backwards and then launched a follow-up attack in the form of feathers from all six wings while the monster doll was staggered.

All of the attacks had heavily hit the back of the monster doll, making it hit the ground again.

Xiang Shin had indeed often hit the monster doll, but that was because the monster doll had realized the enemy's attack would not hurt him. So sometimes he moved without regard to his body being hit. If it wasn't for that, perhaps Xiang Shin's attack wouldn't have been able to hit him.

Surely the monster doll had also hit Xiang Shin many times, but its armor was still strong enough to withstand the slash of the monster doll's sword energy, despite having to suffer a scratch to the crack.

Slashes of sword energy shot out from the puff of dust, Xiang Shin only flew slightly down to dodge. Several other attacks followed, but he was still able to fend off all those attacks easily.

Only then did the monster doll come out of the dust puff and finally Xiang Shin and the monster doll returned to conducting a very intense melee fight.

The fight of the two continued to drag on from one place to another, destroying all the places they fought.

The Monster Forest became chaotic, the Spirit Beasts were running out of the forest as the intensity of their fight frightened the Spirit Beasts.

2 days passed, Xiang Shin and the monster puppets still continued their fight. The Monster Forest was completely torn apart by the two.

Xiang Shin started to get tired as his Qi energy continued to decrease, his movements slowed down, his attack power was not as strong as before, his armor was now only left on his chest, arms and back.

It could not be denied, Xiang Shin got quite severe injuries.

While the monster doll was still fine as if it was not exhausted after 2 days of non-stop fighting. His skin was still intact, there were no scratches at all even though he had been attacked hundreds of times by a landslide.

“This is the last one!” Xiang Shin took out all his remaining Qi energy in one strike that hit the head of the monster doll, making it bounce off the ground.

Xiang Shin smirked as he fused his palms together.

“It's over!”

The monster doll that had just slashed half the distance between them suddenly stopped in place, sculpting as if time had stopped all of a sudden.

Hundreds or perhaps even thousands of magic formation symbols appeared filling the entire body of the monster puppet. The body of the monster puppet trembled as it tried to resist the restraints of the magic formation.

“Heh, this is the result if you take all my attacks for granted just because you can't do the slightest damage to yourself,” Xiang Shin smiled sinisterly as he floated closer to the monster doll.

Every time Xiang Shin's attack hit the monster doll, it made a magic formation symbol hidden in its body. The monster doll did not realize it so he often received Xiang Shin's attacks without realizing that he had entered into the young man's trap.

Until after Xiang Shin felt enough with the magic formation symbol he planted, then he activated it, making the monster doll unable to move its body.

Qi Xiang Shin's energy was exhausted, yet he still had the rest of his spiritual energy.

“You puppet that has no emotions, has no sense but has a swordsmanship that is even higher than mine, the control of sword energy as well as your reflexes also feel above me. Yet you have no soul, likely only one thing can make something like this, the formation array.”

Xiang Shin believed that the range of formation science was very broad, there was still much he did not know about formation science.

Xiang Shin was now still wondering how could this monster doll its strength had not decreased at all after 2 days of relentless fighting.

Is it possible that within his body there is an energy source like crystal Qi or something?

“Well, I will find out now,” Xiang Shin stuck his right palm on the chest of the monster doll then drained his spiritual energy.

Xiang Shin finally found the source energy of the monster doll was indeed in the chest. That source of energy was not crystal Qi, that energy felt much purer than Qi energy.

“If the source of energy is not Qi, then why is the energy that this doll releases Qi?” energy Xiang Shin slightly frowned, “maybe that makes this doll give a limit to him so that it can not take out its full power.”

“Alright no need to think about it, now I will focus on taking over this monster doll!”

Xiang Shin used all of his remaining spiritual energy to make thousands of magic formation symbols fill the entire monster puppet.

All of those symbols entered into the body of the monster doll as if water were seeping through. The body of the monster doll trembled as if giving a fight.

“Stop resisting and submit!” Xiang Shin exerted all his strength, the entire magic formation symbol circulated within the body of the monster puppet, starting to enter into its energy source which became the center of the controlling formation.

Xiang Shin gave one powerful jolt of energy, until he was finally able to fully set up a magic formation on the body of the monster doll.

“Is this enough to control it?” Xiang Shin drifted away. Once in taste far enough he loosened the restraints on the monster doll.

But the monster doll did not move, it did not even look to offer resistance.

“Kneel!”

The monster puppet immediately knelt down after hearing Xiang Shin's command.

Xiang Shin smiled widely, he managed to control this monster doll.

“Hahaha! By successfully controlling this monster doll, I have a powerful guard who cannot be destroyed even his energy cannot be depleted,” Xiang Shin laughed in satisfaction.
