The day kept changing, and now Jaselyn was looking at the invitation that was ready to be given to the people, on the table.

There were over 300 invitation cards on the table, and in disbelief Jaselyn stared at the pile of invitation cards.

"Alex, are you really going to invite all these people?" Jaselyn.

"Of course, these are all business friends, clients, investors and directors of some companies in and out of town."

"But Alex...."

"I also invited some of your college friends."

Both of Jaselyn's eyes were rounded, "You invited my college friend over as well?"

"Dearly, there's no way you'd get married without inviting them."

"But Alex, they're definitely gonna....."

Alex rubbed Jaselyn's cheek gently, "Darling, I know which of your best friends and which ones aren't. I just invited some of your friends who have been treating me well."

Jaselyn silently looked at Alex, she remembered that in her college place she only had less than 10 people who really wanted to be friends with her. Because Monica had said the no-no to a friend who majored with Jaselyn, even though Monica and Jaselyn attended different places.

"Darling, are you okay?" Said Alex who saw Jaselyn's face turning grim.

Jaselyn shook her head, "I'm fine."

"Honey, how many friends you have won't make you change. Those who really want to be friends with you are those who never look down on others. And look at you from a different point of view."

Jaselyn nodded, "Yes, I understand."

Alex smiled and kissed Jaselyn.

She knew Jaselyn must have had a hard time where she went to college, because most of the students who studied there saw Jaselyn one eye, especially after being influenced by Monica.

"I'm going to ask Leon to come, to send the invitation card to everyone." Said Alex.

"Yes, thank you."

Brian who had just come with David walked over to the two brides-to-be.

"Alex, are all the invitations ready?" David Said.

"It's just a matter of asking Leon to drive him."

"No need to wait for him, I'll deliver everything to Leon and help him spread the invitation card to the people."

Alex looked at David.

"As for Mr. Dominic, I just want to enjoy some time with my girlfriend. Even though I'm doing your job at once, because I haven't seen him in a few days."

"Doctor David seems to love Leon very much." Jaselyn.

Alex who just saw Jaselyn laughing like that was very happy and smiled.

David who saw the change of Alex who was originally angry to smile became convinced, if Jaselyn had managed to warm Alex's heart.

"Well, I'll bring all those invitation cards." David Said.

"Yes." Yeah."

David looked at some invitation cards on the table, and picked up one of them.

"Have you two chosen this invitation card?" Ask David.

"Many as well."

David then put the invitation card into a paper bag assisted by Brian.

"Then, did you finally choose the hotel next to the XX restaurant?" Said David while still inserting invitation card into paperbag.

"Yes, Jaselyn said that the hall was quite spacious and the decor of the room we chose was in accordance with the hotel."

"Okay, you guys are a good couple."

"Of course."

David just clucked at Alex's words praising his relationship with Jaselyn, as if forgetting how he used to torture her and even saying that he wouldn't like Jaselyn.

After finishing inserting all of Alex and Jaselyn's wedding invitation cards, David breezed out while carrying two paperbags in both hands.

Alex just kept quiet letting David go like that.

In a room, Monica sits in front of a 40-year-old man. After yesterday she was introduced by Madame Stuart to the man.

"Miss Monica, I'm so glad you met my lunch invitation today." Said the man with his friendly smile.

"Yes, i.... Also glad to receive a lunch invitation from you sir."

"Since we've had lunch today, then I'll give you a gift."

Monica was a little surprised to hear that, this was the first time she had received a gift from someone she had just met.

The man took a box out of his pocket and placed it on the table.

"Finally I will enjoy this haughty woman, and with this the cooperation between my company and the company of Mr. Dominic will run smoothly."
