In the cafeteria of one of Y's state universities, Jaselyn was enjoying a meal she had bought with her best friend, Dinnie.

"Jaselyn, tell me why are you late today in our killer lecturer class?" Ask Dinnie who's sitting in front of Jaselyn.

"I helped Monica and Mama this morning, so I was late for college."

Dinnie looked at Jaselyn suspiciously, he knew his friend was not good at lying.

"You know, you're not good at lying. But you lied to me." Dinnie Say.

Jaselyn knew about it, since they had been friends for over 8 years. Dinnie also knows how Stuart's family treated him 8 years ago.

"Huh, Monica it must've made it hard to step out this morning, didn't it? He never wanted to see you live so easily, nor did his parents. I'm surprised you're their real son or not." Dinnie's upset.

"Dinnie's. How can you think like that? They're my parents, my family."

"Yes I know. But don't you remember their treatment of you? Even when Monica once made you almost die, they didn't scold her and just let the matter go, as if you deserved it."

"Dinnie's enough."

The thumping sound of music at one of the famous clubs in the country Y, accompanied a man who was sitting alone in front of the bartender table. Brian Dominic is Alex's only brother.

Brian stared at the drink he had ordered, he still played the drink without drinking it.

A pat on his shoulder made Brian flinch slightly. Brian turned his head and found someone he had been waiting for standing next to him.

Alex sat down next to his sister's chair and ordered a drink at the bartender standing right in front of him.

"What's wrong? Tumben once brought you here?" Alex asked, looking at his sister.

Brian shook his head and took a sip of his drink. Alex knew his sister was having problems, which is why he took her out.

"Come on tell me what happened that you brought your brother here." Say Alex again.

Alex looks at his sister, trying to figure out what's going on with this one-of-a-kind brother.

Slowly Brian sighed, then drank back his drink. Then Brian smiled as if he was mocking himself.

Alex is increasingly confused about his sister, but he can't do anything if his sister doesn't want to say anything to him.

Alex took the drink that was presented in front of him and drank it.

"Laura will be engaged tomorrow the day after tomorrow, with the man her grandfather has betrothed." Said Brian playing back his drinking glass.

Alex nodded in understanding at what Brian said. He then patted his sister on the shoulder.

"Don't I tell you before, if that family won't accept people who can't give them wealth or profit. But you won't even listen to my brother."

Brian looked down, and then drank his drink in one gulp. Alex just silently saw that, he knew his sister loved Laura very much, the daughter of the William family.

But Brian pretended to be an ordinary employee during his relationship with Laura, it was because he wanted to show Alex if what his brother said was wrong.

Alex had already told Brian that the William family would not agree if ordinary people entered their families. But Brian did not believe it, because all this time Laura had never asked for anything from him.
