Inside the mansion Jaselyn was sitting limply looking at the television show she was seeing. He did not expect that the person he always respected and loved would just throw it away.

4 Years ago Jaselyn had known from Monica that she was only an adopted child, but even so she always did as Robert commanded, because Jaselyn really thinks of Robert as her own parents.

But today his heart felt very sick, the family he had always loved, the parents he had always respected turned out to be able to easily get rid of him, just because he didn't do what Robert wanted a few weeks ago.

Jaselyn was crying so much, she really felt claustrophobic about the destiny she was going through. Today she felt the loss of a family she had been with.

Two hours later Alex returned to the mansion, convinced that Jaselyn had seen what Robert had said on television.

"Where's Jaselyn?" Alex asked some of the servants in the mansion.

"In his room, sir." Answer one of the servants.

Alex quickly walked into Jaselyn's room, and she tried to open the door but it was locked.

"Jaselyn open the door, it's me. Jaselyn." Said Alex.

Several times Alex knocked on the door and called Jaselyn, but there was still no sign of the door being opened.

As Alex was feeling anxious, he finally broke down the door of the room and managed to open it with two kicks.

"Jassely!" Alex exclaimed as he broke through the door and entered Jaselyn's room.

The room looked very quiet, Alex looked back and forth looking for the figure he was worried about. But he did not find it, as he was about to walk into the bathroom, he saw a mound on the bed.

Alex quickly walked up to the bed, slowly opening the blanket on the bed.

"Jaselyn." Alex said slowly.

Alex saw Jaselyn curled up in the blanket with her eyes puffy, and even the tears on her cheeks were still left.

"It seems like she's crying herself to sleep." Muttered Alex.

Alex gently wiped away the rest of the tears and then kissed Jaselyn on the forehead.

"Sorry, I just want you to know what you're like in front of that family. How precious are you in their eyes. Sorry if this makes you hurt and disappointed." Said Alex.

Alex climbed into the bed and hugged Jaselyn tightly, several times Alex landed kisses on Jaselyn's cheeks and forehead before finally he fell asleep while hugging Jaselyn's small body.

In the afternoon Jaselyn woke up and felt a perfectly circular middle hand on her waist. Jaselyn slowly looked at the owner of the burly hand.

When he found out who was hugging him, Jaselyn suddenly cried and hugged Alex who was still sleeping.

Alex woke up because his body was held so tightly. And Alex heard a sobbing, before she realized that Jaselyn was crying in her arms.

"It's okay, I'm here." Alex said as he rubbed Jaselyn's back.

"To...why? Why do they.me..do that? What's my fault?"

Jaselyn continued to cry in Alex's arms while asking what was the reason the Stuart family threw her at Alex.

Alex could not answer, as this was indeed his wish and for Jaselyn's happiness as well.

Alex could only calm Jaselyn down so that she would no longer cry and be distressed by it.

"They don't want you, but I want to. So you calm down." Alex's UCao gently.

Jaselyn let go of his embrace and stared fixedly at Alex's eyes.

Jaselyn was silent not responding to the joke from Alex, she was looking for an honesty in Alex for what he said earlier.

"You want to ask me if I'm serious or just a sign with you, baby?"

Jaselyn nodded slowly with hesitation.

Alex smiled at that, then kissed Jaselyn on the forehead.

"You'll know the answer tonight. Now go take a shower, see your clothes are ready." Alex pointed to the sofa where a light blue dress was already there.

"We..where are you going?"

"You'll find out later, take a shower now."

"No, you have to come."

Alex kissed Jaselyn on the forehead before getting out of bed, then walked away from Jaselyn in the room.

"I really don't want to go anywhere, my head is so dizzy." Jaselyn muttered while holding her head.

He knows what Alex says he should do, because he doesn't accept "no" if he gives the order.

Jaselyn limply walked to the bathroom, under the warm water Jaselyn cried again. His heart was completely broken and deeply disappointed in the Stuart family.

"Why do you have so much heart for me, what's my fault for the leg?" Jaselyn murmured in the middle of her prank.

That afternoon Alex took Jaselyn to a fairly large mall, the mall was one of Alex's malls he had bought a few months ago before people knew he was CEO of D. Group.

Unlike Alex who walks casually, but still has an aura that is so cold but charming. Jaselyn who was walking beside him felt fear and did not dare to straighten her head.

Alex took Jaselyn to a famous clothing store in the mall.

Some shopkeepers came to greet them, not least the store manager who also welcomed the famous person.

Alex saw some clothes already hanging neatly for Jaselyn to try.

"You go to try on her clothes, I'll wait here."

Jaselyn nodded slowly, then walked towards the dressing room.

A few minutes later Jaselyn came out wearing a casual suit, standing in front of Alex for her assessment.

Alex noticed Jaselyn who had just come out of the dressing room, he looked at Jaselyn seriously and then nodded his head a few times.

"Replace the others" said Alex.

Jaselyn question-markedly walked back to the dressing room, after a while she came out and got the same word from Alex.

Some clothes he had tried, whether it was a dress or a party dress. But none of them made Alex smile.

"Send all the clothes he tried to get home, also bring some other color clothes with the size he was wearing earlier." Alex cuts the word of the store manager.

Hearing that everyone who was there was dumbfounded, including Jaselyn.

In the shoe store Alex again made Jaselyn and everyone there stunned, because he bought all the shoes that Jaselyn tried, just like in the previous clothing store.
