The Holy Promise of Marriage

The Holy Promise of Marriage
Chapters. 35. New VS Old.

Aksa was astonished by what her mother said. A few days ago she gave her salary to Laura, and the woman said she would give monthly money to her mother.

However, why is her mother calling and asking for money? Is it possible, Laura hasn't given the money to the mother yet?

Aksa walked out of the room while calling Laura. He had to ask about the money before his mother got angry.

Laura who had just arrived home immediately cleaned herself up and ignored the call from Aksa.

"Si*d. Where the hell is this woman?"

Aksa was annoyed and went straight into the car. He drove the car violently splitting the afternoon road that looked quite crowded.

A little while later, Aksa had already reached his destination. He rushes out of the car to get into the house.

"Laura, Laura!" yelled Aksa as she moved her feet towards the room.

Laura who had just come out of the bathroom looked at Aksa in surprise because the man was screaming like he was in the forest.

"Laura,"

"What the hell is that screaming? It's a forest!" said Laura with a ketus while opening the towel robe used on her body.

Aksa rounded her eyes as she looked at Laura's body that was not covered by anything, while the woman casually picked up the clothes in the closet.

Not wanting to lose focus, Aksa approached Laura and went back to wearing the towel.

"Listen, Laura. Haven't you given mom any money yet?"

The hand that was about to reach for the evening dress came to a halt upon hearing Aksa's question, Laura then turned around and looked towards the man.

"Em .. seems like there's something we should talk about, Aksa."

Laura then moved to the bed and sat there with a body that was still plain like a jar, what a mistake like that in front of her husband himself thought.

Aksa was speechless and just stared at the woman flatly. The lustful napsu that had perched in him seemed to disappear because it did not get an answer according to what was asked.

"Just answer my question, Laura. Why don't you give the money to me?" ask Aksa back.

Laura breathed a heavy sigh. Honestly, he was surprised to find out if Aksa gave monthly money to his in-laws, even though the middle-aged woman could live off the money of retired father Aksa who was once a government employee.

"Look, Aksa. I don't think you should ever have to give your mother any more money and focus on our household."

Aksa instantly sharpened her gaze upon hearing what Laura said. "Whatchu mean? Did you forbid me to give my mother money?"

Laura shook her head. "No, I'm not forbidding. It's just that we need a lot of money, Aksa. Moreover, we have to prepare a lot of money for our children later, and not think of anything else."

"What else did you say?" Aksa's eyes looked very angry. "The other thing you said was my family, Laura. And I'm obliged to give a living to them. Anyway my salary is enough for everything if you don't waste it on a ponya-foya."

Laura immediately stood up as she felt displeased with what Aksa had said. "Foya-foya did you say? Awake, Aksa. The money you give is nothing, and only enough for our needs. So I'm not gonna give your family any money."

Laura then grabbed her towel robe and walked towards the door. Very lazy if you have to argue with Aksa financial problems, which inevitably leads to defeat.

Laura who was already standing in the doorway turned back emotionlessly.

"Don't equate me with that barren woman, Aksa. We're not level."

Laura then continued her steps and left that place making Aksa really upset.

Aksa rubbed her face violently. The anger and resentment controlling her at this moment made her head throb pain, then she suddenly recalled with Hyuna. Moreover, they had never fought financial problems like this.

"It was Hyuna who always sent money to Mom without me telling her, she even gave pocket money to Ruby and Riska."

Aksa could only smile bitterly. He then went to the bathroom to flutter his head to cool down and not return emotions.

Meanwhile, elsewhere Ruby was taking Yudha for a walk. After lunch with Hyuna, they went to a lake in the middle of the city as a favorite place for young people.

"Well, the place is this good, yeah. Though once only an ordinary lake with murky water," Yudha exclaimed while walking on the edge of the lake along with Ruby.

"of course. At that time the government undertook massive development for this lake, as well as a place for family tourism."

Yudha nodded her head when she heard Ruby's explanation making the woman smile.

"Oh yeah, how are your uncles and aunts? I haven't been to them for a long time."

Yudha immediately smiled bitterly. Of course both parents are fine, but their feelings are not very good because they continue to think about the brother.

"Thank God, father and mother are good."

"Thank God. Later if the holidays I intend to visit them, do you want-"

"Let's go back, brother! I still have something to take care of."

Yudha immediately turned around and left to make Ruby look at her in surprise.

"What happened to her? Is he mad because I asked about his parents?" Ruby was confused.

Yudha kept her feet up to take a taxi. She was unhappy with what Ruby said, especially when she remembered that she was the younger sister of Aksa.

"Sad. Don't expect you to meet my parents and come back to make them sad."

Yudha would not let either Aksa or the male's family come back to disturb his family. It was enough sorrow that they felt as a result of Aksa's actions, and no longer to pour salt over a heart still filled with wounds.

"If I used to be quiet because I was away from Madam Hyuna, then now I will not be silent anymore. I'll always be with him and make sure that no one else dares to bother him."
