The Holy Promise of Marriage

The Holy Promise of Marriage
Chapters. 14. Not Betraying, Just Marrying Siri.

The next day, Hyuna woke up at exactly 6 a.m. He who would get up and get out of bed could not move his body with a head that felt very heavy.

"Oh my God, my head is so dizzy."

Hyuna slowly tried to get up while holding onto the bed, until she finally managed to sit down.

"Am I sick?"

Hyuna held onto her forehead which was indeed hot, she then took the glass filled with water on the table and drank it.

He was silent for a moment to relieve the pain he had in his head. After feeling better, Hyuna got out of bed and went into the bathroom.

After finishing cleaning up, Hyuna moved out of the room towards the kitchen. He held on to the wooden staircase so as not to fall, and walked slowly to reach his destination.

Ruby who was cooking breakfast jumped in shock when she saw Hyuna's arrival. "Oh my goodness, why did you leave the room?" He's feeling worried.

"Abs is being punished, so you can't go out of the room?"

Ruby immediately laughed when she heard Hyuna's words, she was happy because the woman looked good and not chaotic like last night. However, Hyuna's face was still very pale.

"What are you cooking, Ruby?" hyuna asked while sitting her body on the chair.

"I cooked chicken porridge, Ma'am. Wait, just be ready."

Hyuna nodded her head. Actually, he just asked, instead of intending to eat.

Moments later, Ruby served the chicken porridge she had made to the table and sat down in front of Hyuna.

"Eating, Ma'am. But don't be surprised if it doesn't taste good, because I'm not as smart as you."

Hyuna just smiled to respond to what Ruby said. He began to enjoy the food that the woman had served him.

"Well, it's delicious, Ruby," exclaimed Hyuna who had just put one mouthful into her mouth.

"Ah, Mother. Who really dong?"

Hyuna nodded her head. "Surely, Ruby. It feels really good."

Ruby immediately smiled broadly at Hyuna's praise, and she grew excited to finish the chicken porridge.

Hyuna also enjoyed the meal despite feeling very unappetizing, but she wanted to appreciate Ruby who had taken the trouble to cook it for her.

When she finished, Ruby asked Hyuna to see the Doctor because she looked very pale with hot body temperature.

"No need, Ruby. Ma'am take regular medicine, the abis will be healthy again,"

"But Mbak's body is very hot, later if Mbak got the flu how?" Ruby was worried.

Hyuna shook her head. "Bak just needs a break. If so, go back to the room yes, all you want permission not to enter with the restaurant manager."

Ruby then helped Hyuna to get into the room, after which she also left because this afternoon there was a class schedule so she had to prepare immediately.

After Ruby's departure, Hyuna took the medicine and sat down on the bed. He picked up his phone and rushed to call the manager for permission for not being able to work today.

As soon as she finished, Hyuna then lay on the bed and passed to sleep because of the effect of the medicine she had just taken.

Aksa immediately searched for Hyuna's whereabouts which were not visible on the 1st floor, she then went up to the 2nd floor and headed straight for the room.

Aksa's heart was immediately relieved when he saw Hyuna was sleeping. Since last night he was worried if the woman left and did not go home, especially last night it was raining very heavily.

"Why is he so pale, is he sick again?"

Aksa then touched Hyuna's forehead with the back of her hand. He was shocked when he felt that the woman's body temperature was so hot, he quickly went out of the room and went to the pharmacy to buy medicine.

A few hours later, Hyuna blinked her eyes as she felt something stuck to her forehead. He then took that thing which turned out to be a handkerchief.

"You up, Dek?"

Hyuna gasped in shock when she heard someone's baritone voice, she immediately looked towards the door where Aksa was.

Aksa smiled as she stepped inside the room, while Hyuna just kept quiet while looking at the man intently.

"Mas bought you lunch, let's eat first!"

Hyuna immediately pulled out her hand as Aksa was about to touch her making the man shocked.

"I'm still full, Mas," Hyuna replied coldly, but her voice was soft.

Aksa sighed heavily then pulled the chair on the glass table to the side of the bed, and sat down on the chair.

"Please know you're very angry, Dek. That's why Mas came here because he wanted to explain everything,"

"No need, Mom. It was clear last night, so you don't have to bother explaining."

Aksa looked at Hyuna with a glare, while Hyuna herself looked the other way as she was reluctant to look at the man's face.

"Sir, I didn't mean to hurt you at all. Actually I wanted to tell you all that, just I don't know how to say it."

Hyuna smiled wryly, did Aksa think she was just angry because the man did not say anything about marriage?

"Why, Mas? Why did you betray me?"

At first Hyuna did not want to ask the reason of what Aksa did, because everything was clear enough and no longer needed any reason behind the marriage. However, his little heart was curious about the reason Aksa had to hurt him.

"Mas didn't betray you at all, Dek. I just married Laura,"

"And you're saying it wasn't treason, was it?" Hyuna looked at Aksa with nanar making the man speechless. "Well, it's up to you if it's not a betrayal. Then why did you do it? Why did you marry that woman?" His lips shook when he said it.

"That's because I want to have a grandchild, Dek. I only did it because of my mother."
