Ch53 Fighting Heats Up

The tournament finally entered the third phase, all participants who had previously qualified for this phase were called back to the arena.

Of the participants who have participated in the tournament as many as 241 participants, after these two phases there are only 61 participants left.

The match whistle was blown again signalling the start of the third phase. In this phase there is only one arena used so there is only one fight at a time.

In this first fight of the third phase Kesha Timber fought Cang Hue of the Small Cloud Palace Sect whose strength is still a mystery.

The sect that Hao Chen belonged to was in the same place as him was the Forest of the Magic Country, the Sect Chief of the Blue Lake Sect, Yu Zhao himself was surprised to find that there was a group of talented people from a small sect in his territory that escaped his sight.

Kesha pulled out her sword on the other side Cang Hue still stood quietly.

"Give up sister Kesha, you are no match for me.." said Cang Hue softly while intimidating her.

On the next fight would be Sun Ling of the Ling Family against Zhi Dao Ming, of the Star Spirit Sect.

Sun Ling flicked his fan creating an air knife that attacked Zhi.

Zhi then played his nunchaku well in the face of the air knife.

The fight continued until the two activated their respective spirit essence, Sun Ling with her Besie Dragon Wings flew up and gave an attack through the air.

Zhi had enough trouble fighting him that he fell out of the Arena to end the match. Sun Ling won over Zhi Dao Ming.

Proceed to the next fight was Kenshin Utake against Xiang Chi of the Chi Family.

"What's wrong? Don't you want to attack first?" Ask Kenshin.

"No need" he answered briefly.

"Alright then let me attack first,"

Kenshin suddenly disappeared and appeared behind Xiang, quickly Xiang Chi lowered his head dodging the sword slash.

Xiang launched a counterattack with his hand shield but Kenshin's movements were very fast and he was already behind him.

The same incident continued over and over again, Xiang Chi really could not follow the movement that Kenshin did, his shield was really unable to rival him.

Kenshin also launched the first slash of intangible swordsmanship to make Xiang Chi lying on top of the arena, just as happened with Yami.

Furthermore there was the representative of the Blue Crescent Sect, Han Bin who won the fight and several other participants who also managed to win the match and qualify for the fourth phase.

Now it was Hao Chen's good turn up the arena against someone from the God Island Sect, Jian Shi.

"Ehh?? Where did the young master go," Hao Chen muttered softly as he watched the side of the arena looking for Asta's whereabouts.

Above the arena Jian Shi who saw Hao Chen like he was laughing behind his mask asked him.

"Ahh, that's there, he was asleep on the floor and his friend patted his head until he woke up. I couldn't help but laugh, sorry," she explained.

Jian Shi let out a small laugh and looked in the direction where Asta and Zaraki were talking.

While exhaling Asta also looked up at the Arena, there was Hao Chen waving at him. Asta thought that Hao Chen's hand wave was a challenge from Hao Chen, Asta did not look to the other side where Jian Shi was also standing in the arena.

"Where are you going?!" Moegi asked as he pulled his hand stopping his steps.

"Where is Moe it's my turn or I'll be disqualified later" Asta said as he tried to release his hand.

"Well?!!" Moegi scrunched his forehead wondering what actually entered his brain so he suddenly wanted to go up to the arena and said that now it was his turn which was not the time.

"Are you stupid or what?" Ask Moegi.

"Huh? I told you I had to go, let go of my hand Moe," she said.

Moegi did not hesitate to hit his head hard while pointing at Jian Shi who also waved at him.

The tense and serious atmosphere of the tournament suddenly turned into laughter, the spectators and other participants laughed at Asta's behavior. On top of his podium even the Arkhan Emperor could not help but laugh.

The Great Sect Chiefs and the Great Family also laughed, only Rai Ken and Misaki blushed in embarrassment at his behavior.

Asta laughed shyly from behind his mask, fortunately he wore a mask somehow if only he did not wear a mask at this time, along with his embarrassment.
