The Ch38 Master Senpu

Heavenly Note

Master Senpu, is a Forging Master with a Purple Badge. It has a tall and large stature, it is also known as the Master of Traveling Artifacts. In refining ordinary Artifacts Master Senpu was able to create a level 7 Artifact, but for Spirit Artifacts he was at least currently only able to create the highest level 5.
