Chapter 004 According To Or Dead (revision)

After returning from there, Asta immediately took a bow and went hunting into the forest to vent his regret.

“Job!! What the fuck with that word!” Asta grumbled annoyed all the way.

“What he said. Maybe you should keep practicing here and marry her soon,” seductive teacher while putting on a face pretending to be sad.

“Enough, Teacher! What the fuck. I was a kid!” refute Asta, who then made his teacher laugh out loud.

Arriving in the forest, they did not find any animal present, as had been expected. Ace's presence made all the animals instantly go scared just from a distance of hundreds of meters.

Asta sat under a tree to rest for a while, “Where are the deer actually? It feels like the forest is very quiet today.” muttered Asta slowly.

Flares opened her eyes wide hearing that, “Hah?! Deer..?” ask him in wonder, which is then answered with a slow nod.

“It is impossible that there is a deer that you can see. Within a radius of a few hundred meters alone, they would run away immediately sensing his presence. I thought you wanted to practice,” Flares said as she pointed to Ace's face pretending not to know.

Without realizing it, Asta was surprised and confused, “Why with Ace?” asta asked innocently, which immediately made Flares growl to pat her own eel.

Ace quickly hid his presence, “It looks like I smell a deer animal there,” he said while pointing towards the front.

Asta got up from his seat, “Alright, let's go there now,” he said with a smile. Flares just sighed softly.

“Aihh...?! I think who..” heard the voice of a girl who was very well known by Asta.

It all started two years ago, when Asta was hunting a deer. On that day, Asta accidentally saw Asila Moegi who was bathing in the river. In reality, the one who was peeping at that time was not him.

Since that incident, Asta's every encounter with Moegi has changed. Their meeting always ended with a blow from his fist.

Without thinking, Asta ran, "Ace...! I'm counting on you to catch him...!" What he meant was that he handed the job of hunting to her.

"Cihh!! How dare you just run away! Hmphh!" Seeing Asta run away, of course Moegi would not let him just like that. In a single stomp of his foot, he arrived beside Asta and delivered a punch that led to his stomach.

"You think you can run away from me, huh?!"

"What...?! Ukhh-!!"

The blow struck Asta until it hit one of the big trees around it. Asta lay limp, enduring the pain all over his body.

"Don't expect anyone to come save you this time, asshole!" It was not enough to just hit her, Asila Moegi launched a kick towards Asta's stomach once again.

Shocked and panicked, Asta rolled to the side to avoid the kick, trying to avoid the same wound.

Although Asta was worried about the state of his foot, this time was not a good time to worry about the injury of someone who obviously wanted to kill him.

Having just found another place to roost, the birds again have to find another place.

"Oh, so. If so, just take me out of here, after that I'll walk on my own. So, you don't have to worry about my safety" Moegi heard that, and it was clear that Asta couldn't take her away.

Asila Moegi shouted in excitement while jumping up and down. His desire to leave the place will finally materialize, although it is still not sure if Asta will actually comply with his wishes.

Asta was speechless, sighing deeply, imagining what would happen in the future if Asila Moegi were to go along on her adventure.

"So, when are we going?" moegi asked impatiently.

After about an hour passed, his condition recovered as before. The pain disappeared and his body recovered completely. Not long after, Ace came up with a towing deer carcass.

Moments after Asta managed to make a fire and was skinning the carcass of a deer, sound of footsteps from behind a fallen tree behind him.

"Who made a tree this big fall? Was there a hurricane before? But looking at the surroundings, it didn't seem like it," the figure murmured, speaking to himself.

Asta continued to look towards the voice, and then Shiro Nekoshi emerged from behind the leaves of the tree. Both of his eyebrows raised in astonishment when he saw Asta who was also there.

"It seems like someone is doing a big harvest," Shiro said with a smile towards him. Asta calls him to join in and helps him skin the deer.

Shiro Nekoshi would definitely not reject Asta's offer. After all, he was also tired of going around without finding any hunted animals.

"Hey, Asta. I was wondering if you did it?" shiro asked as he pointed towards the fallen tree.

Asta shook his head slowly, "I'm not that strong. It was Asila Moegi. I almost died here an hour ago. Are you alone?"

"Shiro...!!! Fuck you..!! Where are you..?!!" a loud scream cut through his words.

"As you've heard. I was with him at first, so just ignore him" Shiro Nekoshi said.

They began to roast the venison, until then the cry of Zaraki Onoki who originally called his name changed into swears directed at Shiro.

Then, Zaraki Onoki arrived at the place where he saw a big tree falling before him. He was a little surprised, but his gaze was fixed on the smoke coming out from behind the tree.

"So, you hide here and enjoy it alone, you son of a bitch!" Zaraki jumped over the tree and saw two human figures along with one wolf who was eating lunch.

Asta invites Zaraki to join, while Shiro looks at him sharply. Of course, Zaraki instantly accepted it.

"The shameless basis" Shiro Nekoshi said, quipping.

"What are you talking about, huh?!" reply Zaraki annoyed. Not stopping there, Zaraki Onoki still continues to curse about the behavior of Shiro Nekoshi who ignored him.

"Shut up! Basic chatty! You've been like a girl for a long time" he said, starting to get upset.

Seeing the quarrel between the two of them, Asta Raiken did not intend to pass it at all. A fight like this was nothing foreign to them.

"What did you say?! You mysterious pretender! Just tell me you're autistic!" zaraki's reply was not accepted.

“Asta, are your ears okay? Honestly, my ears were ringing in pain at once when this sissy was here," Shiro said, Asta Raiken laughing at his words.

"Who are you calling a sissy, you son of a bitch..!!" snapped Zaraki with an increasingly raised tone of speech.

"Go! Isn't it usually a sissy like you begging on the side of the road? Why are you even shouting obscurely in the middle of the forest," Shiro said bluntly, mocking him.

Asta was no longer able to hold back the laughter of seeing the quarrel between the two of them.

They both agreed with her decision and promised to help her distract Asila Moegi from her.

"Asta, thank you for everything. Now we have to train harder before you actually leave us any further" Shiro Nekoshi and Zaraki Onoki said, thanking them before they both left.

After they left, the atmosphere became calm and quiet. Asta Raiken did not forget to collect the remaining venison that he had cut into pieces and put it in the storage ring given by his father.

Although it was only a tier 3 storage ring, the space inside was quite spacious with three boxes that could hold a lot of items. Each box has a volume of 10 cubic meters.

Under the peach tree, a girl and a man were in conversation. Kesha Timber and Kenshin Utake.

"What did you say?!" Asila Moegi certainly did not accept the call.

"Wa-ni-ta-si-nga," said Zaraki, pronouncing each syllable clearly.

"May you guys stop fighting? There's something serious I want to say now" Kenshin said, trying to ease their argument.

Asila Moegi ignored her and even stuck out her tongue, mocking Zaraki Onoki. Before Zaraki can retaliate, Kenshin hits Moegi on the head.

"Can you be serious? Stop acting like children. Just this time," said Kenshin.

"I'm a kid, I'm only 10. Did you forget?" reply Moegi with a joking tone.

Kenshin shook his head, choosing to ignore him. "This time I want to tell you that..."

"Urusan looking after Asta Raiken is my duty. There is no need to point others to do so. I'm ready to do it anytime" Asila Moegi said.

"It's not about him, but about our first test!" the three boys shouted at the same time. Hearing that, Asila Moegi smiled awkwardly.
