Nizam very painstakingly smeared the skin of Nina's hand which was exposed to hot water with an ointment on her hand. "Other times, be careful if you do something," said Nizam who is still busy with leveling the topical medicine on the surface of Nina's skin.

"Yes, sister." Nina deg-degan. Nina felt her heart was not out of order and her heart seemed to want to escape from its sockets when it was this close to Nizam.

However, the situation that did not nourish his heart did not last long because Icha who was able to make Nizam release his hand quickly in surprise.

"Nin, what's wrong with you?" Icha who came suddenly shocked Nina and Nizam. Icha who had been behind immediately ran when she heard from another friend that Nina was doused in hot drinks.

Icha stared dislikefully at Nizam for being so considerate of Nina. Moreover, now Nina was engaged. While Nizam who understood with a probing gaze from Icha just threw away his face and acted indifferent to Nina's friend.

Icha hurriedly turned her gaze to Nina. In fact, he was eager to tell Nizam that Nina was now engaged. But, isn't that overrated. While he just did not like if Nina was close to this proud man before him.

"What's okay, look at your skin so red!" icha protests that Nina thinks she is wearing a wound on her hand. Icha grabbed Nina's injured hand and stared intolerably.

"Nin, instead of you saying you wanted to meet that special someone, why are you still working? What's done," Icha said deliberately not to turn down her voice for Nizam to hear what she said.

It is not that Icha does not know if Nizam has more feelings for Nina, because his feelings will definitely not be wrong. Only, his domineering dislike for Nizam has been imprinted until now to make Icha do not like if Nizam tries to approach Nina, although it is undeniable that Nizam is indeed a perfect male figure.

"Son, don't say it too much" whispered Nina so Icha wouldn't talk about anything private in front of Nizam.

But, Nizam who was very clear heard it just kept quiet and kept eavesdropping on the conversation of the two even though his position was now on his back to the girl behind him. Nizam just smiled bitterly at what he was hearing at the moment.

Icha looks upset to get an ultimatum from Nina. He had intended for Nizam to hear. "Wow, is your ring so pretty, Nina?"

Icha deliberately raised Nina's left hand which there was already embedded two rings on the middle finger and ring finger Nina. The ring was different yet both looked luxurious on Nina's finger.

Nizam who heard what Icha said turned his body and noticed Nina's hand held high by Icha. Why did he not realize the ring?

Nizam is unaware of her body's spontaneous reaction to face Nina due to her curiosity drive to ascertain what she heard. Nizam stared flatly at the finger of Nina's hand which there had indeed been a circular two rings adorning her fingers.

Nizam took a deep breath hoping that the turmoil of disappointment could be wasted with his breath. Nizam decided to leave that place because it seemed like the woman waiting for him had already left since earlier.

"All right, I'll go first. Looks like my friend can't come." Nizam just passed away after saying goodbye to the two girls, bringing with him a hidden sadness and disappointment.

Previously, his heart felt very happy when he met Nina. But, the new reality has proved that he must not have hope anymore, and must bury a sense that is now hopeless.

Nizam walked with heavy strides along with a feeling of unease in his heart. Perhaps, he should focus on a new relationship that has been established by his parents with a woman who is already his future wife at this time.

Nizam begins to resolve that he will be at peace with his first new feelings. And, the first time must also get the disappointment of an incompatibility of a love that can not have completely.

Although actually the words he addressed to Nina as a farewell greeting, but Nizam did not look at the face of the girl who was still staring at him. He deliberately did not want to collide with the Netra that was able to weaken it and decided to leave immediately.

Nina did not answer and just looked at Nizam's departure from the cafe until it was lost in the direction. Icha who saw Nina's attitude hurriedly turned her attention by patting Nina's shoulder slowly.

Icha's attitude that indeed considers Nina like her own sister is able to make Nina feel like she has an older sister who has never had.

His often domineering attention and attitude was considered by Nina as a form of affection that he got from Icha. Equally living in a simple family makes Icha quickly familiar and consider like a brother.

"Yes, Brother, yes! Nina will not forget." said Nina while balancing Icha who began to step. Icha told Nina to rest at the employee's place in the back. The atmosphere of the cafe is not so rame that makes Nina obey what Icha said.
