Refusing Mediation

Mediation is a way of resolving disputes or problems through the negotiation process to obtain an agreement of the parties with the help of a mediator.

After the trial was over, Marsha and Melvin were led together to enter the mediation room. A mediator who is a judge and of course neutral will try to mediate between Marsha and Melvin.

All of this makes Marsha realize that Marsha must be responsible for her life alone. Marsha's final decision remains the same: divorce from Melvin.

“Alright if so, the result of our conversation I will convey to the Assembly of Judges that both parties refuse to mediate. Thanks for the time given, you can leave the room.”

After being invited out of the room, Marsha walked immediately out of the Religious Court, as well as Melvin. The two both thought the timing of the trial until the mediation process not only helped him to reunite.
