CHAPTER 5 - With You (2)
Leah did not expect that such a great looking Roy could show such a weak expression.
"Is there anything else that worries you? If it was just a matter of work I guess you wouldn't have gotten this way?" ask Leah.
"You always know what my heart is. Dad was lying in the hospital unconscious. He had a heart attack. How not, he was betrayed by his own sister-in-law whom he had trusted. They have worked together for years" Roy explained.
It turned out that it had been 3 days that Roy's father, Riezel Mannof, was unconscious. Though he previously had a strong physical because diligently exercising and implementing a healthy lifestyle. But it seemed like a psychic blow that caused his physical state to become weak.
That night Roy stayed at the resort with the permission of Leah's parents who went out of town for a while. It was a long night, they enjoyed the last night before they parted. Roy said there were a lot of things he wanted to do with Leah before leaving tomorrow morning. So they decided to cook their own dinner. They also make desserts and warm coffee chocolates.
Roy and Leah were in the living room, after dinner.
Roy was busy sorting out what movies they would watch.
"Go ahead, I'll prepare the film and the snacks" said Roy, who was still busy.
"How about we both take a shower first, then we prepare together afterwards? Roy needs a shower too, right? I'll lend you Papa's shirt" Pinta Leah.
"Papa has a lot of clothes that have not been worn at all" Leah said with a wink.
Right, the two were bathing together in separate bathrooms of course.
After the bath, Leah realized that she had forgotten to prepare clothes for Roy. So he quickly took a single stel shirt from his father's closet.
Then he ran to the guest room.
"TOK TOK"
Leah knocked on the door, but there was no answer. Roy is still in the bathroom.
Leah walked over to the bathroom, "Sister, I put my shirt on the bed. Sis??" Leah called again because there was no answer.
Suddenly Roy opens the bathroom door with a kimono towel.
"You called me?" ask Roy.
"Yes. Here's the clothes" give it to Roy. "I'm waiting downstairs" said Leah.
"Hm" replied Roy seeing Leah leave and sighed. His hand held tightly to the clothes Leah gave him and sat on the bed.
Like there was something wrong with him. Suddenly, he had trouble holding back his desire to hug Leah when he saw her earlier.
"Huh, what's wrong with me? Usually I control it easily" murmured Roy who laid his body and closed his eyes for a while.
Shortly after, Roy came out of the room. He saw Leah had prepared a snack to accompany them to watch.
"Come fast, night hunt. We're watching these two movies" Leah said in two tapes, horror and romantic comedy.
Roy grabbed the two tapes, "How about we just watch this first?" roy said he showed Leah a tape of a horror movie. "If you watch it too late tonight you're scared" he added, adding it to a DVD player.
An hour ago the movie was playing. And Leah just kept hiding behind Roy's armpits.
"Haha. Are my armpits more interesting than the movie? Why do you keep hiding? When are you going to see the movie right?" ask Roy amused.
"I'm scared. Roy also knew from earlier the scene was spooky. The first few minutes were all I could watch. UHH!" Reply Leah who followed the scream. His hand held tightly to the burly arm of his lover.
"Sister, why are your hands so hard?" ask Leah whose fear has been sidetracked.
"Damn it!" inner Roy.
Roy took Leah's hand which was on his chest and then grabbed it.
Roy sighed, "Haah. Do you realize you're teasing me?" roy asked with his face closer to Leah's.
"Oops!" chirps Leah. "I'm sorry. I don't mean to" Leah replied softly while making a peace sign with her finger. "Hehehe" Leah continued laughing.
Roy could not say anything. Then she relented and instead held Leah's soft cheek and pressed her forehead against Leah's forehead.
"Don't do it again. Otherwise, I wouldn't have held him back anymore" Roy said.
Two hours passed. Leah had no idea what horror movies they were watching as she kept hiding and turning a blind eye throughout the movie.
"You want to continue with the second movie?" ask Roy.
"Yes. I need something to relax my heart muscle. I only watched some of those movies. The story is good" replied Leah.
"Yes. Judging from the synopsis, that is. It's a bit old because it's an old movie. But I don't think it's too bad for us to watch both" Roy said as if there were other meanings in his words.
Yeah, correct. This romantic comedy film is fitting for them to watch after the horror movie earlier. They enjoy it and sometimes Leah gets carried away with the feelings of the very romantic main character.
"So that's your ideal guy?" ask Roy.
"Don't know. I was just touched. But he looks a lot like you" Leah replied with a smile looking fondly at Roy.
Seeing that, of course, Roy is getting anxious and can no longer bear to hug his little girl.
Roy changes his seat and hugs Leah, "I'm so grateful that a little girl like you is a part of my life. Not just at the moment, but for the next I'm going to keep it going like this" Roy said.
"I'm going to miss you so much, baby" Roy said wholeheartedly.
"Are you going to try to meet me when your heart really misses me?" ask Leah.
"of course. Because that's what I always do" Roy replied. "Although I won't give you certainty at this time, but I want you to know that I will always try" continued Roy.
"I'm looking forward to it. But if I happen to or deliberately come there, Roy must meet me at all costs. Even if it's just a minute" Pinta Leah.
"Alright Miss. I will try my hardest, hold my current words as a promise" Roy said as he kissed the back of Leah's hand as a knight promised his girl.
As the night wore on, the sounds of the small animals began to sound.
"Are you always alone when your parents aren't around? It's too quiet" asked Roy a little worried.
"imm? I usually ask Gaby to stay the night. But sometimes alone. There is security ahead. If you need anything just call the resort next door. I used to be scared, but I also learned Tae Kwon Do for self-defense" Leah replied. "Even I've passed the shooting exam. Owl! Owl!" continued.
"alright. I trust you you'll be fine" rich Roy is somewhat relieved.
