CHAPTER 27 - Home

It's been three days and two nights that Leah and her brother are in Japan. After satisfied shopping they must prepare to return home the next day.

"Darling, you're done packing all your souvenirs?" asked Roy who was suddenly in the corner of Leah's room door that was not closed tightly.

Leah who sat on the floor was still busy arranging her groceries to the box neatly and safely, "Almost".

"Want me help?" Roy offered to help.

"No need to bother, Young Master. It's almost done. Come here, just come in!" leah Pinta.

Roy was unable to refuse the request of the little girl of his dreams. His feet stepped into Leah's room. Then sit down to observe what his future wife is doing.

"Are you ready to go home tomorrow?" ask Roy.

"Ready dong", cried Leah.

"And you want to go home. Mama called, the day after tomorrow there was dinner with a big family. Roy can come, right? Consider it an introduction. Hm? Can ya?" pinta girl is so sweet like a little boy asking for candy.

"I'll clear my schedule that day" replied Roy, who made Leah smile with relief.

"Thank you" he said.

"Return the love".

"Sister Roy, please hold this section. I'll do it".

Leah and Roy tried to close the big box. Close it tightly.

Finished packing Leah intends to send her own to the freight forwarding service. But Roy forbids it and tells the waiter to take care of it.

"Better now rest. It's almost dark. Don't go anywhere else" Roy suggested.

"What a concern this is my lover" praised Leah.

"It should be so. Twenty days later we are married. I want you to be okay, be it physical or spiritual" Roy explained.

"um, before I go home, can I play one song with the piano in the next room?" pinta Leah be careful.

"Where did you know there was a piano in the next room?" ask Roy.

"I accidentally saw him when I went back to the room. Because the door wasn't tightly closed, I could see it from the outside" Leah explained.

"Can?"

Roy looked at Leah's face but not yet a word yes or no came out of his mouth.

"Well, if not, that's okay. Just relax" Leah said as she lightly hit Roy's arm.

Roy moved while holding Leah's hand. Then take her to the piano room.

"That's my grandmother's piano. He also loves the piano. Just like you" Roy said.

"I've always loved it when grandma played the piano this piano is still taken care of even though the owner is no longer here" Roy said as he touched the old piano parts.

"He's dead?" ask Leah.

"Yes, about four years ago. Grandma is very sick. Sometimes I miss every note that comes out of these piano keys. His wrinkled fingers were still shrewd while creating beautiful melodies".

Roy looked at Leah. Approaching him and leading Leah to sit in front of the old piano.

"Play a song. It's!" Roy showed the page a tone that had been his favorite since childhood.

"Alice?" ask Leah.

Roy raised his eyebrows and smiled. "Yes".

Leah stretched her fingers, adjusted her breathing. Then his fingers began to press the old piano keys.

"It sounds like the best quality piano. The tone suit is still perfect even though it is not used for a long time" said Leah amazed.

"Grandmother said so too. Actually, this piano was my grandfather's wedding gift. They loved each other for a very long time. But suddenly Grandma was sick and she died".

"Then Grandpa?"

"He lived in his son's first house. In Indonesia", replied Roy.

""OK, let's now see for ourselves the greatness of this piano" exclaimed Leah who began to relax her finger and neck muscles.

Leah started playing the Alice melody. While playing the piano, Roy realizes that Leah looks like a different person. Every note, every touch looks so stunning.

The sound of a piano filled the room. It was as if the place was in another part of the world. Leah's ability to play the piano is beyond doubt.

Roy starts to get closer to Leah, then sits next to her and hugs the girl. Roy was only reminded of his grandmother's memories. She closed her eyes then leaned on Leah and closed her eyes.

Next morning.

"Be careful, honey. Greetings to your parents, yes", said Keiko.

"Yes, Mother. May Father and Mother always be given health" Leah said.

Aditya and Leah also say goodbye to Roy. The three returned to Indonesia this morning at nine in the morning.

"Roy go home first, be well. See you at our wedding. Although I wish you guys could come before that" Roy said.

"Of course", Keiko answered while hugging her beloved son.

"We'll say goodbye, Auntie. Say hi to Om Riezel", Aditya salutes her and brings her and Leah's suitcase.

"Sister Adit, wait!" exclaim Joseph.

"Bring this up" said Joseph handing over their favorite game couple t-shirts.

"Hey, when did you order this? Haha, you were unexpected. Thank you" said Aditya, who happily hugged Joseph.

"We are waiting for you in Indonesia" Aditya said as he patted Roy's sister on the shoulder.

"thank you. We're coming" he replied.

The three of them got into the car and were escorted to the airport by the driver. Riezel did not let go of them because there was an office business that morning.

It is a twenty minute drive from home to the airport. The three seemed to be sitting casually inside that luxurious car.

"After arriving at home you must immediately prepare about the preparation of the wedding. Mama told me your bridal clothes stay put on. Everything is arranged in such a way. Just an invitation, you want to invite friends or enough family and close friends" said Aditya.

Roy was surprised to hear that. Leah who realized that was satisfied, maybe because all this time Leah kept being surprised.

"Hehehe. How's it feel? Finally, Roy felt what I felt" said Leah.

Roy just kept quiet, he felt that it meant that he had gone too far with Leah. Leah often protests. Roy's attitude that likes to govern and rule his subordinates seems to do also to Leah.

This is wrong, Roy thought. He thought maybe not all of his household affairs could be arranged unilaterally like he set up his company.

Is correct. Marriage brings together the differences between two people. So all must be directed both in making a decision.

Of course, unless some things are indeed the head of the family who is entitled. Like arranging the way the wife dresses, hangs out and others.

Roy covered his face with both palms while taking a breath. Looking at Leah and closed his eyes after resting his head on the shoulder of his future wife.
