CHAPTER 3 - The Suitable Friend

Leah and Gaby were still relaxing watching the sky turn orange.

"Gaby, are you aware or don't like someone is watching us?" said Leah.

"Huh? Whereabouts? Where's?" Gaby dyed. " Where?" ask him again curious.

"Yes, God. I was talking carefully so as not to be discovered, but we were clearly looking for her instead. Yes, all of you. Uhuh!" Leah pointed Gaby's face at a young man who had been following them.

"Oh, Wow. I guess he's about the same age as us. I want a guy like Roy. Mature and lots of money..." Unfinished wishful thinking Leah mercilessly pinched her waist. "Aw!!" Gaby screams in pain.

"Hey, sick!" gaby protests.

But suddenly Gaby was scared because she saw Leah's scary expression.

"Hey, did I speak wrong?" ask Gaby slowly.

"Hm.. There's nothing wrong. But if you measure a relationship only to that extent are you sure you will be happy? I never thought of having someone like Roy. All this time we were happy with the little things. Roy was very busy, one time he came to the house just to give me gifts and flowers, even though it was the day of his trip to Hong Kong" Leah said.

"I took a lot of time to work, because when Kak Roy was free I was still in school hours" he added.

"A person's maturity is not measured by how mature they are" Leah explained.

As he groaned, suddenly a man's voice sounded.

"Hi, can I join you?" ask the man. "It's not rude, but can I get to know you" the man explained.

"Ah, hi." said Gaby cheerfully. "Hey, he's the guy" Gaby said softly in Leah's ear.

"I'm John. I've been watching you guys since, you seem to love the food at the festival this time" John said.

Suft! Leah held back her laughter. Let's not say he heard Gaby's thunderous burps earlier.

"Yes, all the food here is delicious" Leah said.

Gaby looked at the man. He thinks like he's seen it. It looks like Gaby is trying hard to remember.

"You're 3-4th graders, right, our school's basketball athlete!" shout Gaby.

"Huh? Time?" Leah shouted too.

"Huh? We're one school?" john's expression was no less startled than the two beautiful girls in front of him.

"Wow, I'm sorry but I really don't know you guys. I don't mean anything. Seriously, I just want to get to know you guys" John said.

"OKs. We don't matter. It's even good that we're in school. We could be getting closer.ah I mean get more familiar." Gaby's almost lost if she wants to find a boyfriend.

Leah realizes that her best friend is somewhat interested in John. Well John does have a physical character of Gaby's dreams. Proportional and handsome body. He seems to be good too.

"Sorry, can I go home first? I still have an appointment." Pinta Leah.

"really? Too bad. And after this I want to invite you to eat kebab shop over there. I swear it was the store with the most delicious kebabs I've ever eaten" John assured the two of them.

"Ah, kebab said. I also love kebabs, Leah. Let's eat first just come home" whined Gaby.

"alright. But I'm gonna take him home. Roy was waiting for me at home. I'll call you for a second" Leah said.

"OKs. Ok. We'll wait" Gaby said.

Leah pulled out her phone and called Roy.

"Yes, baby, I've arrived. When are you home?" ask Roy.

"In a moment, I want to buy something. In less than an hour I'll be there." said Leah.

"Well. I'll be there to pick you up. Don't be in a hurry, I'll wait in the parking lot" Roy said.

"alright. See you soon."

Leah turns off her phone and joins Gaby and John.

Before long they had arrived at the kebab shop that John had told them. From the store smelled a very delicious fragrant aroma made the three swallow.

"Woah, this is so fragrant. Actually what kebabs they make" said Gaby, whose saliva dripped.

"Yes. The smell is more pleasant and delicious. It's more fragrant than our subscription store, isn't it, Gaby. I want to bring home two big sizes" Leah was tempted too.

"Hey, patience. We haven't even gone in there yet. It's better to be fast to be a buyer's leisure" said John aware them.

Gaby and Leah quickly entered the store. "Cause of Our Tastes" that's his regional name. The three of them start ordering, but John orders Leah's order to be made first, Gaby agrees.

"Where do you know the kebabs here said they were so delicious?" ask Leah.

"Actually this shop is near my house. But because the store entered a small alley so not many people know. So, once I knew that there would be a food festival, I registered them. It's look!" john said as he pointed to a paper that read where the shop was operating on a daily basis.

"Woah, I was worried about not being able to eat it anymore because it might be far away from here. Haha, it turned out that God was very kind to me" Gaby said gratefully.

Before long the order of two kebabs belonging to Leah was packed, as well as Gaby's, their service was very fast and the appearance was very beautiful.

"Whoaah.." Leah and Gaby had the same reaction as food enthusiasts from the Middle East. They even clapped their hands so happy. Oh myGod.

Seeing that John was very surprised and happy, not in vain he recommended the food that became his favorite.

"All right, I'll pay for yours. Enjoy, consider this as a sign of our friendship. But next time you have to buy again. Subscription may also. Yes, right Sir?!" John looked at the kebab seller, and he nodded with a smile.

"yes, Miss. I hope you guys will try our kebab variation next time" the kebab seller said.

"Thank you John. But I go home first yes, I also want to eat it immediately while it is warm. Titip Gaby yes" Pinta Leah.

Gaby's face blushed, "Hey, I'm not a kid."

"Just calm down, your friend is safe with me" John replied with a sweet smile.
