The Dilemma Between Two Choices

The sound of the roar of the car engine made them turn their eyes towards the black car.

Face to face both confusion and astonishment at who got off the car. Pak Handoko with his wife looked at each other and their eyebrows were intertwined.

Nafeesa knew the direction of the view to her two in-laws. He was confused as to what to answer. Fear to answer this is wrong, answer it is also wrong. She was overwhelmed with worry and fear if the lack of marriage was discovered and sniffed to the ears of her in-laws.

Just wanted to make a sound, Andra immediately answered the question implied from the faces of his parents.

"mom, Dad, have you guys been a long time?" He then looked towards Nafeesa with a sharp look.

"Alhamdulillah, new also nyampe," he explained Mr. Handoko.

"If so, we just go in first rest, pity the same mother must be exhausted," asked Andra who wanted to distract the two.

They enter the house, but their steps are stopped by the sound of intrusion from Anna's mother.

"Sorry, what did Lidya come into the house for? As far as I know you have a boarding house."

His eyes probed towards Lidya alternately with his son.

"Sorry Ma'am for a while Lidya will be staying with Us here, It just so happens that her contract has expired," he looked towards Nafeesa for her to be helped by.

Nafeesa stared back at her husband without any intention of lying to them.

"But, since the house-owner already doesn't want to extend his contract so he's staying with us for a while."

"Is that what Nafeesa is?" He asked with a sharp look at Bu Anna towards his daughter-in-law.

Nafeesa, who was suddenly asked by her mother-in-law, hesitated because she did not know what to answer and where to start.

Andra approached his wife, who suddenly hugged her body tightly and stared intently at Nafeesa's eyes.

For the first time she was hugged by Andra when it had been almost a year of their marriage. Nafeesa looked up at Andra who could not believe what had happened just now.

Nafeesa was hugged by her husband again, and Andra gave the code to Nafeesa by winking her eyes.

"Ooh yes Ma'am, Madam Lidya has been a few days hitchhiking at our house, pity Mom, if there is a family who needs help but, I'm not helping her."

"The betul said by Nafeesa Bu, Lidya is not someone else so what's wrong He lives with Us," he said who still hugged his wife's body by force.

"If that's the fact, it's okay, if it's someone else, you Nafeesa never want and intend to put another woman in your house, it could be dangerous," obviously Anna's mother then left in front of her son and daughter-in-law.

They were already in their own rooms. Andra was temporarily one room with Nafeesa, but if both of her parents were fast asleep, she would walk to Lidya's own private room.

Lidya who always knew the hour of her lover's arrival so never locked her room so Andra freely went in and out.

Neither of his parents were suspicious of their foul behavior. Up to five days the whereabouts of his parents was not sniffed by the smell of his affair.

Not yet the time for their rottenness to be smelled forward to his two parents.

In the afternoon the two old men sat on the back porch of his house. They were accompanied by steeping tea and coffee in the teapot. Not just drinks as their casual friend but, there are some snacks of homemade cookies typical Nafeesa.

They occasionally sip coffee and tea made by Nafeesa that still billows the smoke.

"Dad, looks like there's something Nafeesa is hiding?" Anna's mother looked far ahead to the end of the sweet fragrant mango tree that happened to have borne fruit.

"Don't think about anything that's not, I see that he's fine, just be sure that they don't have a stumbling block in their household" replied Mr. Handoko.

"Amin ya rabbal alamin, It's been almost a year they got married, but there's not the slightest sign Nafeesa will get pregnant" said Mr. Handoko.

"Yes, I can't wait to take my grandchildren away from them, surely our grandchildren will be as beautiful as their mothers and cute as their papi, if Nafeesa gives birth to our grandchildren," said Anna's mother in front of her husband.

"Yes, Dad was the same as the mother's thought, but he would if God had not given them rezky and trust, we could be anything ma'am, ma'am, we can only pray for the best for them do not give burden to them" said Handoko.

"So much as Dad said, we can only do the best for both" said his wife who tasted the pastry in a glass jar with a rose motif.

Naturally they hoped as bright as having a grandchild, because the marriage of his two children has been running for almost a year, but until now there is no sign if his son-in-law will soon become pregnant as well.

"Mom, how about we suggest to them for their honeymoon only," said Mr. Handoko.

Anna's mother looked at her husband with her sweet smile.

"That's a very good idea according to mom, I can think of all honeymoon when I don't think of Dad."

"If according to Dad anyway, it's a good idea so Dad thought of it that way and hopefully after they come back from there, can bring good news for us," said Mr. Handoko Andra's father.

"Later if Andra comes home from work we just ask her well," Anna's mother said.

After performing the Ashar Nafeesa prayer to the kitchen. He plans to make fried bananas, he thinks it will definitely be delicious if eaten in the afternoon while relaxing.

"The fried bisang-style chef Nafeesa will definitely be liked by the father of the same mother," he said when taking a comb of the King's banana from the refrigerator.

After everything is cooked do not forget to make a cold drink for the two in-laws.

Nafeesa stared at her mother-in-law through the window in her kitchen.

"I made mom and dad a cold drink, I'm sure you'll love it."

Nafeesa was so happy that her two in-laws loved her as much as her own son did, they never distinguished between her own biological son and her daughter-in-law.

There was a happy glimmer that Nafeesa felt from the attention her two in-laws had lavished on her. Andra never loved him one bit. She never gave up hope, if one day Andra would open her heart to herself.

Nafeesa brought the food and drink she had made with her own hands before her parents-in-law.

The two in-laws smiled as they realized that Nafeesa was walking towards them. He put the food on the table.

"Please taste the fried banana, Mom, Dad," smiled softly towards his parents.

Nafeesa sat down next to her father-in-law, Pak Handoko.

"Your cake is delicious and delicious" the fried banana has entered into the stomach of Mr. Handoko.

"You've passed down your Mama's abilities well, correct Mom?" Obviously Mr. Handoko.

"What Dad said, though,

the making is very delicious and the taste of the pastry is also very good Dad, even beat his own Mama's," praised his mother-in-law.

They relax until magrib. The sun slowly returned to its surface. The afternoon sunlight was beautiful.

Your wife is your rib. She is not a woman you can tell. Treat him with tenderness, and He will be gentle with your treatment.
