107. Hiding the Truth

"Nendra! don't let Nafeesa know if this company belongs to Andra, I'm afraid that if Nafeesa decides to quit and cancel her original plan to work here, you're in charge of blocking them from temporarily meeting, if it has been a long time let them meet," ordered Mr. Handoko with a faint smile.

"Well Sir!" Nendra answered firmly.

Nendra immediately runs according to orders and instructions from Mr. Handoko's father of the number one man in his company.

Hahaha "If it's like this old love has not gone too far," said Nendra who walked into the room of his President.

A few moments later, all processes have been implemented according to the rules set by the company. Nafeesa was grateful that he was accepted into the company.

"Thank God, thank you very much, I am accepted in this Company but, I hope it is not because of Papa so I am accepted to work here" he murmured.

Nendra walked towards Nafeesa who was also walking towards the exit. Nendra immediately accelerated his pace so that they lined each other on the road.

Nafeesa looked at the watch that was coiled around her wrist, "Oh Allah, it is time for Daffa to go home, my son must have waited too long for my arrival, it is now 5 pm," he said.

Nafeesa further increased the speed of his steps towards the door but, his steps came to a halt when there was an intrusion of the voice of someone he must have known.

He reflexively turned his head towards the source of the sound. Naf immediately smiled kindly to the person. Nafeesa stopped his steps even though his heart was already worried about the state of his son who had been a long time back home.

Nafeesa was already worried and anxious because her eldest son had not contacted her at all. Though he had a new cellphone about three days ago he bought it specifically for his son, because to facilitate the communication process between them.

This is likely to happen if at any time Nafeesa arrived late after work.

"It looks like you're worried about something" Nendra said as she stood next to Nafeesa.

Nafeesa who was reprimanded and invited to speak immediately answered the call from his old friend.

"Anu. anu it.." his face was confused as to whether to be honest or not.

Nafeesa doesn't want anyone to know if she has a son from Andra.

"Anu.. Anu what the hell is Naf? You stammer like that, what happened to you exactly?" Ask Nendra who is smiling knot.

Nendra was already standing tall in front of Nafeesa who was confused by the situation. He looked closely at what Nafeesa was doing.

"Why does my feeling say that there's something Nafeesa is hiding, but what is it? Do I have to investigate everything and I report everything to Mr. Handoko?" Nendra sat in full of big question marks that appeared and flashed through his mind.

"I want to go somewhere but, I think it's too late" he replied Nafeesa who tried to cover up the reality.

"Ohh gt well, if that's how you walk anyway it's too late in the afternoon too," said Nendra who did not want to hold Nafeesa any longer.

"Thank you, I say goodbye then, Assalamu alaikum," said Nafeesa as he greeted her before leaving the Company Loby.

Nendra walked hurriedly towards Pak Handoko's room because he wanted to convey some things that he thought were important.

"Shall I send someone to keep an eye out so as not to miss something?" Ask Nendra who is confused and worried about what she should do.

"Assalamualaikum Mami" said the person across the phone.

"Waalaikum greetings, son, have you returned home? Are you okay, why the phone has been inactive? Mami is very worried about you, son," she asked Nafeesa who had attacked her son with various questions.

Daffa only smiled in response to the words of his mother who was accustomed to experiencing and hearing the words and attitudes of her mother like that.

"Alhamdulillah Daffa is fine, Mi, Daffa has arrived at home, this is again a task from the Master," concluded Daffa who smiled sweetly.

"Thank God if it's like that, Mami will be home soon, Mami apologizes for not coming to pick you up because the test is quite a lot," explained Nafeesa who has not also put her helmet on.

"It's okay Mi, don't worry too much about Daffa, I've grown up loh Mi, not a child anymore so Mami is quite concentrated with Mami's work," said Daffa who was like a big man.

"Alhamdulillah Mami is very happy to hear your explanation son, if that's why Mami hang up the phone first, Mami is ready to go home, Assalamu alaikum," said Nafeesa then turn off her phone connection.

"Waalaikum greetings," answered Daffa who only smiled in response to his Mamma's attitude.

Regret cannot change the past, nor can worry change the future.
