The Dilemma Between Two Choices

The Dilemma Between Two Choices
6. Heartless

If evil is avenged by evil, then it is vengeance.

If kindness is returned good then it is common.

If good is avenged by evil, it is Zhalim.

But, if evil is avenged good it is noble and commendable.

The wall clock was showing at 11 p.m., but Andra was not home yet. Repeatedly Nafesa yawned, but he still faithfully waited until only a few moments when he laid his body on the long chair.

The two-leafed door opened wide and Nafesa woke up from her bed.

She ran small towards the door, but her steps came to a halt for a moment after seeing who the figure of the person behind the door was.

His eyes were perfectly rounded as if his eyeballs wanted to slip out of place. His mouth gaping until some flies can enter nesting in the mouth cavity.

Not because the arrival of the man who made him stand still a thousand languages, but because the man joined hands with affection in front of his eyes.

He stared at his place and was astonished to see the arrival of the man. What's more, the woman was wearing a bridal outfit. Modern kebaya with peach blossom color is very beautiful, perfectly wrapped Lidya body.

His knee immediately went limp for a moment, which had been very sleepy. Now his drowsiness disappeared instantly as flying evaporated with the wind.

Andra stared pushyly at his wife. While Lidya who was beside Andra who had been smiling cunningly looked down on Nafeesa.

Lidya hugged Andra's body like a stamp. Since getting out of his car, he did not release his embrace from Andra's waist nor did Andra.

"Mas is home?" want to grab Andra's briefcase.

"Yes I've come home, and this time I'm coming with my new wife" his face smiled demeaningly at Nafeesa.

Devastated, sad, disappointed, unable to believe what she had heard from her husband's mouth. The feeling came at the same time.

Nafeesa tried her hardest to hide her feelings of surprise and disappointment and was saddened to hear the words and honesty of her own husband.

"Here is Nafesa carrying Mas's bag," his hand wanted to grab the bag.

But as usual, his hand was always brushed aside violently even this time stronger than usual. Until Nafeesa's body staggered back. His back hit the wall.

"Aaaauuuhh," she cried as her little back stumbled against the wall.

Lidya who saw him was increasingly made to smile and feel in the wind. He stared at Nafeesa's grimacing face in pain with his special smile.

"Everything, don't be so considerate and pretentious to look in front of me, you need to know until anytime, I don't want to be touched by you."

Andra stared with her sharp eyes filled with anger.

"You should know, only Lidya is entitled and worthy to be Lady Andra Liem Maheswara Handoko, not a country girl, ugly like you," with a smile that humbled Nafeesa.

They passed from before Nafeesa who stood like a gecko stuck to a wall. But, Lidya took off her handrails and twisted her body. He walked towards Nafeesa who was still silent.

"From now on keep your boundaries, the status you hold is just a deposit and on paper, the real Madam in this house is Lidya Adelia Rasya, not You," he explained while pointing to Nafeesa's chest with full power.

The dumps in his eye pellets were just waiting for the right time to drip and flow down his cheeks.

The more he tried to hold her back, the tears wanted to leave her place. He lifted his head up, so that his tears would not drip.

His eyes were so teary that even his tears were dripping, as Andra and Lidya turned their bodies and walked towards Nafeesa who was still standing.

"From this second, Lidya will stay with Me, so you must serve Lidya like a Queen and I don't want to know there's the slightest mistake you're making, keep it in mind," his finger pointed at Nafeesa's face.

They continued their journey towards his private room upstairs. They walk around occasionally joking around together and return kisses.

They were completely indifferent and concerned with the feelings of Nafeesa in the slightest.

His tears dripped down his face, he was already trying to hold it back, but what was the force of the earth's gravitational force was stronger and dominant so the tears flooded his face.

"I must be patient and persevere, I must not lose and give in to this state of affairs," his wiggly finger wiped off the trace of his tears.

Andra goes into her room with her lover. They do what they normally do.

Nafesa walked into the kitchen and put in all the food she had cooked. He cooked the food with all his heart and soul, but it was not touched by Andra.

He sat down on the kitchen table, "Is this the story of my marriage, O God?"

The girl who just turned 21 years old, must live a household that is like hell.

Dying to not live is also reluctant. The saying is perfect for describing how the life story of Nafeesa.

A kind, loving, innocent girl, friendly and eager to return Grandpa's favor and to his two adoptive parents, so that he fulfills their request even though his little heart does not want it.

Since the age of three, he was appointed by the Brawijaya extended family from Orphanage Darling Anak.

The info he got, he said he was found in front of the Orphanage during a rainstorm. Only a baby basket and a few pieces of clothing and necklaces that he used to wear as proof of his parents' true identity.

Nafeesa stared at the roof of the kitchen ceiling. He did so to stop his crying.

"Grandfather, please Nafeesa, I feel like I can no longer continue this marriage," his hands occasionally grabbed the box tissue.

Moments later, he got up from his chair. Her steps came to a standstill when Lidya stood in front of her by crossing her two hands in front of her chest.

He wiped away the rest of Nafeesa's tears with a meaningful smile. Still sitting at the end of his eye patch caught the shadow of Lidya walking towards the kitchen.

"This is how it feels, if you have to marry a lover from another woman," he said as he opened the refrigerator door.

Lidya advanced her steps again until faced with Nafeesa who just fell silent without any intention to chim in with the words of her older cousin.

"If only then, you did not agree with Grandpa's request, I'm very sure if all this suffering and tears I'm sure will not surround your life," he said with a sly smile by pointing at Nafeesa's face.

Nafeesa removed Lidya's hand from her face. He was disgusted by Lidya's immoral behavior.

"Please get your hands off my face, I won't be touched by your dirty hands."

He brushed Lidya's hand back off his shoulder.

"Maybe today you are happy, triumphing over my suffering, but all you need to know is that God is not deaf and does not sleep, I'm sure someday you'll feel what I feel even more."

After saying that, Nafeesa passed from before Lidya.

"It turns out the boy should not be one-eyed, I should be vigilant and more careful."

Lidya smiled looking at Nafeesa's back.

"The boy was smart to fight as well, I can't keep quiet and luckily Andra married me and told me to stay with him."

Lidya walks into the refrigerator, she wants to return the water bottle. He went to the kitchen with the special purpose of seeing the destruction of Nafeesa and also thirst in the middle of the night because of the exercise.

Nafeesa closed the door of her room a little hard. That made Lidya smile triumphantly, as she felt that she had succeeded in destroying Nafeesa's arrogance.

He threw his body up to the floor. Her tears are spilling. She was crying behind her bedroom door.

As hard as it may be, no matter how patient there will be a time when someone is at the lowest point in his life. Deteriorated in sorrow and regret.

"Looks like I should get pregnant, I'm sure I'll get Mas Andra to divorce her first wife the little girl."

He again sipped the remaining water a little more until the toilet. Lidya repeatedly put the bottle in. Occasional drinking occasionally in storage. His mind was not focused on what he was doing.

His mind was fixed on the plan he was going to carry out.

"Yes, I'm sure Mas Andra would be very happy if I could give him a son."

Lidya breezed away from the kitchen. He did not even put back the bottle of mineral water he had taken earlier.

"What's my fault? if Mas doesn't love me please divorce me haaaaaa!!!"

Nafeesa shouted loudly inside her room. Lidya, who happened to pass through Nafeesa's room, walked towards the door. He brought his ears closer to hear what Nafeesa said and did.

Lidya smiled triumphantly.

"It's only the beginning of everything if you don't demand a divorce from Mas Andra, your fate will be worse than tonight."

A slippery smile always adorned Lidya's face and then walked up the stairs.
