Chapter 37: TCA. Adira's pregnant!

Adira gets off in a taxi and walks towards the modest house she used to live in before marrying Aaron. It was the house left by his parents who he had been with his uncle and aunt.

Several times Adira knocked on the door of the house until finally a woman he did not know came to open the door.

"Who's looking?" ask the woman.

"You who? This is my home! Where are my uncle and aunt?" asked Adira who was shocked because it was not her uncle or aunt who opened the door for her.

"Hey!! this house has been sold to me. I don't know where the previous owner went. So if I don't have any more business, I'll close the door"

Adira can only snort resignedly because her parents' house has been sold by her uncle and aunt.

"What a shame on you two! my parents' house you sold without my permission" Adira muttered in annoyance.

He put his feet back out of the house. He dragged his suitcase down the street on a bright enough night because of the lighting of the lights along the street.

Adira walked for a long time and she started to feel tired. He sat down on the side of the road and put his suitcase next to him.

Adira looked up at the sky, the stars scattered there. She remembered her husband. If there were no quarrel between them, they might be making love in the room.

"I'm sorry brother... You must be very disappointed in me" Isak Adira returned.

Adira looked around her who looked lonely. He remembered his friend Reni, maybe tonight he will spend the night contracted Reni alone.

Adira soon wakes up and looks for a taxi. Not long after there was a taxi coming and Adira stopped him. The taxi also brought Adira to the front of Reni's contract.

Now Adira is in Reni's contract after knocking on the door first. Coincidentally Reni also has not slept because she just called her boyfriend.

Reni looks at the suitcase brought by Adira.

Aaron took a deep breath and looked up at Jack.

"Tell the cafe manager to rehire him. Later let me pay him every month" said Aaron.

"Aren't you going to bring the lady back?" ask Jack to come back.

"Follow my orders!"

"Okay sir" Jack did not dare to comment again. He knows his master may still not be able to forgive Adira's mistakes. But at least his master still cared and cared for his wife.

In the morning Adira and Reni are ready to leave for work after the cafe manager told Reni to invite Adira today to start working again.

"Bec... Are you not pregnant?" guess Reni.

Adira was shocked by Reni's words and looked towards Reni.

"Pregnant??" adira said, who still seems to not believe.

Reni gave an answer by nodding her head.

"I don't know, but I'm already late for the month" Adira said.

"Yes, we will stop by to buy a testpack on the road. But are you sure you want to work with your condition like this?" asked Reni a little worried

"It's okay, Ren. I have to keep working. I don't want to depend on Aaron's brother" Since leaving the house, Adira never wanted to use the debit card given by Aaron first to him.

Adira finally decided to go to work. This is his first day back at work.

Kevin grabbed Adira's wrist.

"Let go of me Kevin, I'm at work?" Adira tries to get her hand out of Kevin's.

"No Adira! Tell me first, how can you work here again? What the hell's going on? Did you leave Aaron's house?" asked Kevin curiously.

"It's none of your business Kevin! Don't interfere in my household affairs" Adira pulled her hand a little rough until it slipped from Kevin's hand.

Adira turned around and stepped her legs back when her head suddenly felt dizzy. Adira tries to hold on to the table next to her.

Adira faints and falls in Kevin's arms. Luckily Kevin swiftly caught Adira's body so as not to fall on the floor.

Reni who saw him immediately rushed towards them and asked Kevin to take Adira to the nearest clinic because of worry about the condition of Adira who fainted.

Kevin carries Adira's body and takes her into the car. The three men finally took Adira to the clinic for an examination.

Arriving at the clinic, while waiting for Adira who is being examined. Kevin tries to interrogate Reni about Adira's departure from Aaron's house. But Reni does not want to answer Kevin's questions because she feels it is not her business. Kevin did not get any answers from Reni.

Not long after a female doctor came out and they immediately rushed towards the doctor.

"Doctor how is he? Is she okay?" ask Kevin to worry.

"Is there a husband?" ask the doctor.

The three people just looked at each other.

"I'm Dok's husband" replied Kevin eventually unwilling to extend.

"Mother Adira is okay. Congratulations sir, because Adira's mother is 3 weeks pregnant" said the doctor who made Kevin surprised.

Reni seems ordinary because she had expected him if Adira was pregnant.

"Pregnant doc??" ask Kevin back who still seems to not believe.

"Yes sir. Please take care of Adira's mother's health not to stress sir. And Adira's mother also has to rest a lot. Then excuse me first" the doctor also stepped out of his legs leaving the three people.

Kevin went into the room where Adira was lying there. Brian and Reni followed behind him.

Adira was already aware when the three people entered. He also heard the doctor's words to the three people. Adira tried to get up and sit down.

Kevin was standing next to her and looking at her face.

"Do Aaron's brothers know?" ask Kevin that Adira already knows what it means.

"No Kevin. Please don't tell me now. After everything has improved, I will definitely tell her" Adira said

"But Adira, brother Aaron must know as soon as possible!"

"I beg Kevin! He deserves to know and I will definitely tell him. But not for now." pinta Adira who makes Kevin finally can only obey the girl's will.

"I'd love to tell Aaron. But he must still be mad at me. The proof is that he hasn't been looking for me in a week" Adira said.

"Sir, I would like to inform you that Miss Adira passed out while working at the cafe"

Aaron looked surprised and looked up at Jack.

"Where is he now??" ask Aaron worried.

"Mr Kevin and his friend have taken the lady to the clinic" Jack replied

"Kevin???"

"Yes sir. Mr. Kevin and his friend were there too" Jack said.

Actually Aaron is very worried and wants to catch up with Adira. But upon hearing Kevin's name, Aaron paused his intentions. He is still very jealous if he remembers what Kevin last did to Adira at his grandfather's house. He's meeting Adira but not now because he doesn't want to see if Adira is alone with Kevin there.
