Chapter 11: TCA

Tonight Adira is preparing in front of her dresser. She was polishing her face with make up. Finished make up and styled his hair he baranjak and took the dress he had prepared on his bed. He began to remove his clothes and replace them with a white dress with a knee length. Adira had a little trouble as she was about to raise the back zipper of the dress.

"This is why it's so hard" muttered Adira as she continued to try to raise her back zipper.

Almost fifteen minutes but Adira still can not raise the zipper until the sound of the door being knocked by someone from outside

"Why so long? Do you need any help?" ask Aaron from behind the door

Adira seems hesitant but how else, it seems like she has to ask her husband for help. Adira opened the door a little and just showed her face

"It looks like I need your help a little bit" Adira said

"What is that?" ask Aaron

Adira opened the door rather wide and told Aaron to come in.

"I had a little trouble raising the zipper" Adira said

Adira turned and stood on Aaron's back. Aaron seemed a little nervous and swallowed his saliva when he saw Adira's smooth back. He raised the zipper carefully.

"Have, is there anything else?" aaron asked as the zipper had fully gone up

"No, I'm done" replied Adira

"All right let's go" Aaron asked

Aaron opened the door and was about to walk out. He looked towards Adira who still seemed silent

"What else is it?"

Adira looks nervous "i'm just feeling a little nervous sis" Adira paused her saying "there will definitely be a lot of guests there, right?"

Aaron sighed "Did you not want to go? I'll call Grandpa if we're not going to attend"

Adira answered quickly "no no brother. I don't want to disappoint Grandpa"

"But are you ready if everyone will know your husband is me, not Kevin"

Adira was surprised. Aaron is right, this is a fact that Adira must accept. He can't keep covering it up. Maybe Adira did have to make peace with the situation and accept that Aaron is her husband.

Adira let out a long sigh "I'm ready brother"

Aaron smiled and held his wife's hand. Adira returned Aaron's smile and they stepped out of the house.

The car drove towards a luxurious residence of Brama's grandfather. In that house Mr. Brama lived alone. Several times Mr. Brama invited Aaron to stay with him but Aaron always rejected him subtly.

Aaron and Adira get out of the car and enter the house. All the guests who were there looked towards them. Aaron continued to hold Adira's hand and walked towards his grandfather who was standing up to greet them. Arya Adiguna and Amira are also waiting for their arrival.

Adira saw Stella also there and looked towards them with a confused look. Adira actually felt bad for Stella because of her lie a while ago. On the other hand, there was also a girl who was fighting with him at the Kevin campus who looked at him with a dislike gaze

Mr. Brama immediately introduced Adira as the grandson of his son-in-law and wife of Aaron Al-Devano Adiguna. Everyone was shocked, including Stella and Clara.

In a hidden place there was a man who covered his face with a hat and wore a black jacket. He also looks shocked to hear the words of Brama's grandfather

"Adira... How could you possibly marry my brother" the man murmured still seemingly in disbelief at what he had just heard

The man hurried away from the place before anyone saw him.

Several guests were seen congratulating Aaron and Adira. Adira looked towards Stella who was walking out of the house. Looks like Stella doesn't want to linger in there.

"Sister, I'm going to the toilet for a second, okay?" adira

"Do I need to drive you?" ask Aaron

"No need, brother, I'm alone. Just wait here"

"All right"

Adira walked away from the room to look for a toilet. He passed Clara who was standing looking at him with a look of dislike

"Great yes, dating her sister but married her brother. That's remarkable..." Syndicator Clara clapping her hands

"I'm sorry I didn't want to argue with you" Adira was about to walk away but Clara held her back

"Your kayak girl must be just ngincer rich guys doang right? And you can crush the two brothers for your purpose" said Clara, pointing her index finger at Adira

Adira tries to hold back her emotions. He did not want to ruin this event and embarrass the Adiguna family. Adira stepped her foot quickly leaving Clara who still kept on reaching her.

After quite a distance Adira looked back and did not see Clara following him. Adira took a breath of relief. As he was about to walk back, someone shut his mouth and took him to a room nearby. The door was closed by the man

"hhhmmpph"

"Stttt... It's me" said the man

The man removed his hand from Adira's mouth and Adira turned to face the man. The man opened his hat

"Kevin???" Adira seemed to be in disbelief to see who was standing in front of her at this moment

"It's me dear" said Kevin smiling

Adira smiles with teary eyes and hugs Kevin. They hugged each other and missed each other. Kevin let go of his embrace and looked at Adira's face

"Adira, how can you marry Aaron's sister?" ask Kevin

Adira looked at Kevin. He recalled that Kevin had left him at their wedding. Adira's gaze instantly turned into an angry and hateful gaze

Plaaakkkk

"You can still ask like that?" Adira looked at Kevin angrily "I should ask what you're coming back for? This is what you want, right? You want to play with my life!!"

Kevin holds Adira in both hands and tries to convince her "Adira I'll tell her everything but not here. You want to come with me out of here?"

Adira seemed silent, she wanted to go with Kevin but on the other hand she also remembered Aaron who had become her husband.

"I beg Adira, come with me" Kevin said

Adira took her hand off Kevin's "No Kevin's, I can't. Now brother Aaron is my husband. I can't just go with another guy"

Kevin cupped the girl's face and looked at her bead "Do you love my sister?"

They were silent for a moment

"I know you don't love her, right? You just love me"

"Kevin though I don't love Aaron's brother, but still I can't go with you" Adira said

There was the sound of footsteps from outside and the sound of calling Adira's name

"Where are you?" Call Aaron from outside the room

Adira and Kevin looked shocked and tense to hear Aaron's voice from the outside

"That's Aaron's voice" said Adira

"Adira come with me" Kevin pulled Adira's hand

The window opened and Kevin came out the window. After that he helped Adira out. Kevin clasped Adira's hand and took her running away from the place.

Aaron opened the door of the room and looked around. He looked at the open window. He realized something was going on and called Jack.

Outside the house, Kevin and Adira have managed to get out of the Brama grandfather's residence. They ran down the street leaving the area of the house.

Adira pulls the hand from Kevin's grasp so as to make their steps stop. Kevin is facing Adira

"No Kevin, I can't go. Brother Aaron must be looking for me" said Adira with a severed breath

Kevin looked at the girl's bead "when did you care so much about it?"

"Kevin please, the situation is different now. Please understand..."

"No Adira, I love you. I'm sure you still love me, don't you?" Kevin tried to find certainty

"I love you too Kevin. But.." Adira's words stopped when a car stopped not far from where they were standing.

Three men wearing face coverings came down and walked towards them

Instantly Kevin panicked and pulled Adira's hand "Adira let's run!!"

Kevin and Adira run fast. The three men chased them. Adira who still seems confused why the three men are chasing them just follow Kevin's steps while occasionally looking back.

"Awwww" Adira's feet tripped, leaving her hands out of Kevin's grasp

"Yep!!" Kevin was about to help Adira but the three men were able to catch up with them

"Come with us!" one of them pointed at Kevin

"I don't want to!!" shouted Kevin

They tried to force Kevin but Kevin fought back and there was a fight. Adira can only see them fighting against Kevin alone. Kevin's force is not strong enough to fight the three men so they manage to catch Kevin back. The car came and they put a weak-looking Kevin in the car. Kevin looked towards Adira who was still sitting there

"Kevin!!! Kevin!!!!" shouted Adira

The car drove away leaving Adira alone. Adira tries to get up and chase after the car but can't.

"Kevin....!!" shouted Adira while staring at the car that was getting further away

Adira shed her tears and sobbed. He lost Kevin again, but what happened? Why was Kevin dealing with these guys?

A car stopped not far from where Adira was standing. Aaron opened the back door of the car and got out of the car in a hurry and ran towards Adira. Adira who saw Aaron turned to him and rushed into his arms.

"Are you okay?" ask Aaron worried

Adira looked up and looked at Aaron's face "sister.they took Kevin. Please save Kevin brother"

Aaron just looked at Adira and fell silent. Then he wiped Adira's tears "Don't worry, Kevin will be fine. They're not gonna hurt Kevin"

Deg

Adira looks suspiciously at Aaron and releases her hand from the suit that Aaron wears "What does big brother mean? Why are you so sure they're not gonna hurt Kevin?"

Aaron breathed heavily. He knew that Adira must have been thinking negatively about him. Aaron did not answer and raised Adira's body on his shoulder. Adira looks shocked and asks to be taken down

Adira banged on Aaron's back "I'm down!!" adira

Aaron ignores him and puts Adira in the car. The car drove away.

While Kevin was locked up in a barn. The sound of someone opening the door with the key and the door opened. A man came in and let a woman in. Kevin threw his face away, he seemed annoyed and angry to see the woman standing before him at this moment.
