Chapter 32: TCA

That day, morning by noon. Aaron was swimming with his wife. Adira can't swim, but Aaron forces her into the water.

Aaron sat his wife by the pool. While Adira put her hand on her husband's neck.

"Are we really going home today, brother?" asked Adira who answered a nod by her husband.

"Why? Do you want to stay here?" aaron asked when he saw his wife's face suddenly moody.

"Where, as long as you are with me, I will go with you" replied Adira.

Aaron smiled happily at the reply from his wife.

"Yes let's change your clothes and pack up" said Aaron but Adira shook her head slowly

Adira is still spoiled and does not want to take her hand off Aaron's neck.

"Let's get ready, or we'll be down the road" Aaron said.

'hhhmmm alright" Adira pursed her lips.

Aaron who saw it immediately kissed his wife's lips to make Adira blushed embarrassed.

Aaron and Adira have arrived home. They felt very tired after a long journey.

Adira immediately threw her body on the bed so tired.

Aaron approached him and sat on the bed, gently rubbing his wife's face.

"You better take a shower and change your clothes first, then we have dinner before the break" said Aaron.

"I'm so sleepy, sister, I'm going to sleep for a while" said Adira with closed eyes.

Aaron did not comment again. He knew his wife must be tired. He rubbed his wife's hair into a deep sleep.

Aaron leaves Adira who is fast asleep. He walked into his workroom because Jack was waiting for him there.

Aaron sat in his chair and Jack was standing at his desk.

"This is the result of an investigation that I gathered, sir" Jack said, giving a brown envelope.

Aaron took the envelope and opened it. He looked closely at what the envelope contained.

"Yesterday afternoon Miss Alina also came to the office when I was going home, sir. Miss Alina looked for you and asked you to come see her. Are you going to see him, sir?" jack's words made Aaron look back at Jack.

"No. I won't see him" Aaron replied casually.

"There's one more thing, sir. Miss Adira's uncle and aunt are in debt to loan sharks. And they sold the house to pay off their debts. The house is a house left by the parents of Miss Adira. If Miss Adira finds out, she may feel sad" Jack said

Aaron seemed to think and take a deep breath. "Make sure they don't see my wife again. And give them money to live their lives" Aaron said

"All right, sir" replied Jack

"Thank you. And you can go rest now" Aaron said.

"Good sir. Then I'm sorry" Jack bowed a little bit before waltzing away from Aaron's study.

Aaron refocused on the contents of the envelope in his hand and looked contemplated. He opened the drawer and took a picture there.

Today is Kevin and Clara's wedding day. Aaron is ready and waiting for his wife in the living room.

Adira came out of the room and walked to the guest room where her husband was waiting for her.

"Are you ready?" asked Aaron when Adira was standing right in front of him.

"hhmmm" Adira nodded her head.

"Aren't you going to cry there?" Aaron tries to taunt Adira but Adira instead smiles and shakes her head.

"No! Because now I have you" said Adira

In a building, the fancy party was held. Aaron and Adira sit in guest seats. They sit at the front.

In front of him Kevin is saying a sacred promise to Clara.

Aaron looked towards Adira who looked so focused looking ahead.

Adira who felt she was being watched turned to her husband.

"Why see me like that?" adira asked in surprise as her husband kept looking at her.

Aaron drew his face closer and started whispering. "Do you want me to give you a fancy party like this to repeat our marriage? If yes, then I will"

Adira smiled shyly at her husband's words.

"No brother. I don't want anything else but you" Adira clasped her husband's hand tightly.

"I love you" said Aaron

"I love you too brother" Adira replied

Alina is sitting with Stella and Denis. Alina is so upset to see the affection of Aaron and Adira. He got up and left the party room.

Now Aaron and Adira are standing up and congratulating the newlyweds.

Kevin still showed an unhappy face. Moreover, seeing Adira now so happy together with her brother. Now he must live his life with Clara, the girl he never loved. All this was really not his wish.

Aaron and Adira are back.

"Sister, I'm going to go to the toilet for a while" Adira said

"I'll drive you"

"No need brother. Brother just stay here. I can do it myself" Adira saw Aaron's facial expression that was like worrying about him.

"Are you sure you don't want me to take you?" ask Aaron to make sure

Aaron just looked towards the departure of his wife.

Adira is finished from the bathroom, currently she is standing in front of the mirror and is tidying up her appearance again. After returning to the room, he stepped out of the toilet and walked back to the party room.

Adira halts the steps, seeing from afar she sees Brama's grandfather entering a room with Alina walking behind him.

"Grandpa's with Alina? What are they gonna talk about?" Adira began to wonder for herself.

"But it's none of my business. I'd better get back in before Aaron's brother comes to catch up with me"

Adira again stepped into the party room and hit someone wearing a black jacket and black hat.

"uh sorry uncle.sorry.." said Adira.

The man just nodded then walked away from Adira.

Aaron, who was very worried, took the initiative to follow his wife out when he was about to come out, he saw Adira who was walking towards him. Aaron was relieved to see that his wife was fine.

"What's wrong? why is my brother standing here?" adira asked as she stood in front of Aaron.

Aaron grabbed his wife's hand and held it tightly.

"I was very worried and wanted to catch up with you" Aaron said

"ckkk, I'm not a little kid brother" Adira felt that Aaron was worrying too much about her.

"Yes let's sit back" Aaron pulled his wife's hand and took her back to their seat.
