Meet papa
"You can go back to college." Nana said, she turned to Kai who was still loyal to accompany her waiting at the airport.
"I'll stay here until your papa comes." Answer Kai.
Nana sighed, she glanced at her watch, it had been an hour or so waiting for the airport, but there was no announcement that her father's plane had arrived.
"Kai, come back to college, my papa seems like he's still a long time coming. Your absences can be empty later." Nana.
Kai shook his head, though,
"No problem, one time absent, still tolerable right?"
"Yaaa, but don't blame me if your grades are problematic because you're not present today." Nana.
"Not going to." Answer Kai.
After the two are silent, Nana is busy fiddling with her phone, she tries to contact her father, but Alex's phone is dead, which means Alex is still on the plane.
The sound of breathing from Nana, made Kai turn to her. Kai looked at the girl beside him.
"You're so looking forward to your papa coming, you must love him so much, right?" Kai asked trying to break the silence.
Nana turned to look at the man, she breathed her heavy breath.
"As you know, you've known my family and the Yuan family since childhood. Well, I'm looking forward to times like this." Nana said with her head bowed.
"If it's not wrong, the last time you met her was when you were ten?"
Nana nodded, though,
"Yes, eleven years ago. After that, he never intended to return to this country. Although often sending messages, emails, and sometimes video calls as well. But still, meeting him face to face was the best medicine for longing." Nana.
Kai looked at the girl he had been fond of for a long time. Her hand instinctively moved gently rubbing Nana's head, trying to calm the girl's nervousness.

The middle-aged man stepped out through the door of the plane. A sense of happiness as well as sadness felt encompassing his heart.
He breathed in the air deeply, venting his longing for his native land.
Alex then moved back to the airport exit. His hand pulled a medium-sized black suitcase.
The man walked leisurely, until finally his steps came to a halt as he felt a tremor in his pants pocket, his phone ringing.
Alex took the phone, written the name of his dearest daughter was contacting him, as soon as Alex raised the call.
"Father!" Nana's voice sounded very real in Alex's ears, as if the child was all around him at this moment.
"Father! Over here! Look at the nine-hour clock!" Said Nana with a tone full of enthusiasm.
Alex followed the instructions of his son, he turned his body towards the nine o'clock. Then, seen by the eyes of Alex, a figure he had not met for a long time, the last time Alex met him, Nana was still a girl with a small body. But now, the little girl had grown up, becoming an extremely charming sweet girl.
"Father!" Nana ran with tears flowing down her cheeks.
"Sin." Alex said in his voice.
Nana hugged her father who was still taller than her. The girl cried in the warm embrace of the father.
"I miss. Why make me wait so long." Nana said accompanied by her sobs.
"I'm sorry, I'm sorry, dear papa." Alex said, his hand moved rubbing his daughter's hair, trying to calm the outpouring of new emotions.
"Even though I'm an adult, but papa is still taller than me huh, I feel like I'm not growing at all." Nana said with her joke.
Alex laughed when he heard it, he ruffled his son's hair.
"Who is he? Did she—" Alex hangs up on her words, thinking that Kai is Nana's lover.
"He's a good friend of Yuan and a friend of Nana's as well, he's a faculty member with Nana. Her name is Kairi." Nana introduces Kai to her father.
"Include me, I'm Kairi, just call Kai. It's good to see Uncle Alex." Kairi introduced himself. He also reached out his hand to shake hands with Nana's real father.
Alex smiled, receiving a handshake from Kai with his warm smile.
"Greetings, I'm Alex, Nana's real father. Eng, maybe you're confused as to why Nana has two fathers, but I hope because of that, you're not avoiding my son." Said Alex.
"Ah, of course not. After all, I've known everything since I was a kid." Answer Kai.
"You've been friends since you were little?" Ask Alex.
Nana and Kai, they nod together, responding to Alex's question.
"He's Jeni's aunt's son, and you didn't forget Jeni's aunt?"
Alex seemed to be aghast for a moment, then smiled with all the coincidences he felt.
"You mean Jeni Yuki's butler son first? Well, he's married as it turns out, and having a handsome son like you, is amazing." Alex said, patting Kai on the shoulder.
"Papa praised him too much, he would feel awkward if it were like that." Nana.
"Oh yes, papa understands."
"All right, let's go home." Nana.
Alex felt something strange in his chest when he heard the word come home from his son's lips.
The word seemed to make him think that they would go home in the same house.
"Pa, tonight I'll stay at Yuan's house again. So I can chat a little longer with papa." Nana.
They're in Kai's car now. The car slowly drove out of the airport area.
"About? You seem to stay at papa's house a lot." Said Alex.
Nana smiled widely, displaying a row of her white teeth.
"They are also my family. Calista's grandmother, Ray's uncle and Yuan, they're my real family." Nana.
Alex, who was sitting next to Nana, looked at her daughter with an inexplicable look on her face.
"Oh yeah, papa listen, you're about to graduate in business management?" Alex asked to divert the mood.
Nana nodded, though,
"Is that why papa came back to this country?" Ask Nana.
"You expect that?" Ask Alex back.
"Yes." Yeah." Nana answered with a nod.
"If you hope so, then papa will say yes of course." Alex said that made Nana laugh to hear it.
Pleasure enveloped the hearts of both father and son. A longing that has been submerged for dozens of years, is now unraveling with happy encounters.
Kai who was sitting driving in front was happy to see the two people seem to be joking and laughing even though their hearts were crying.
