Yusen got out of Sean's car. The little man looked at his watch once more.

Half six o'clock in the afternoon.

“You're sure your mom won't suspect we're home so soon?” ask Sean.

They wanted to go to the city park. Unfortunately, the place was closed for construction reasons.

Yusen who was from the beginning did not intend to go for a walk, plus his body was already tired. The little man chose to go home.

“Em, yes,” replied Yusen, responding to Sean's question.

“Alright, how else. Forgive Uncle for making you fail to watch the scenery in the city park,” Sean said.

Yusen scowled, she then shrugged her shoulders. Then turned to his uncle.

Sean followed Yusen from behind. The grown man is unlikely to return home before actually handing Yusen back to Rose. After all, that's the ethics.

Yusen opened the door of her unlocked home. He entered, then held the door open, waiting for his uncle to enter as well. After Sean enters, Yusen closes the door of the house without locking it.

“Let me call Mama first,” said Yusen while removing his shoes, then replace them with house slippers.

Yusen, the little man walked towards his mother's room. Arriving in front of the mother's room. His hands were raised to knock on the door. From Sean's point of view. Yusen suddenly stopped his movements. The man was surprised by something.

“Then, we marry only,” a serious invitation from a man Yusen believes belonged to his biological father is heard from inside the room.

“You, what did you say?” now her mother's voice is heard.

“Are you trying to play deaf-deaf with me?” the next voice sounded faint. Yusen could not eavesdrop on it clearly. The little man only heard it faintly.

“No, I, I— ” his mother's nervous voice made Yusen seem to sigh heavily. At least from his mother's attitude, Yusen knew what answer the woman would give to her biological father.

“Married to me, Rose. Hold promise. This time I will not deny it. I never reneged on my promise to you. What happened back then was beyond my plan. I lost you, I was devastated by missing you, and I was irresponsible as a father. I'm sorry for all that,”

“If only I knew you were pregnant with my son. You think I'm going to continue with that plan? Of course, no. I would definitely prefer you and my children,” those lines of sincerity sound so breezy in Yusen's ears.

The little man's hand fell down. He undoes his intention of knocking on the door of the room.

“Yusen? What's up?” ask Sean slowly. The adult man then appeared to approach Yusen. Now he is standing next to Yusen, right in front of Rose's room.

“Yuan, you know? I want that too. All this time I held myself back from meeting you. Not that I don't believe in your love. But I think you're too good for me to be this ordinary,” Rose explained from inside the room.

Sean and Yusen seemed to be silently listening.

Sean felt weak to hear it. It was fitting that his years of struggle to get close to Rose had no result. It turned out, all because the woman's heart was already filled with her love for someone, namely Yuan.

Yusen looked at his uncle, the little man again sighed heavily as a tinge of sadness drowned clearly in the face of Sean.

Yusen does not know what it feels like to be hurt if love is not delivered. But, at least Yusen knew how his uncle was feeling at the moment. The pain was like a hand being pierced by a needle and the needle was more than one, the puncture was punched endlessly, causing a hole without blood gaping in the heart.

“I could have married you. But the thing is, you know that we already have children. They also have the right to make decisions. Therefore, I cannot answer it now. I need the opinion of Yusen and Yuna,” explained Rose later.

“Yusen, are you home? Where's your uncle, Sean?” asked the mother who was behind the man with the baritone voice.

“Uncle Sean just got home. He left me a message for Mama,” Yusen replied.

“Oh? The message? Aaa.. surely an apology for not handing you over directly to Mama huh?” guess Rose.

Yusen nodded, “And Uncle also conveyed the message that Uncle Sean was happy,” Yusen said.

Rose clenched her forehead. He was confused for a while. But then his eyes widened when he realized something.

“You.... no, no, what are you guys, you heard our talk?” ask Rose to Yusen. Without further ado.

For a moment Yusen sighed, then she replied, “Yes, Yusen heard it,”

“Everything? From start to finish?” Rose asked her son again.

“Ma, Yusen is not a person who likes eavesdropping. Yusen wanted to knock on Mama's bedroom door. But Yusen accidentally heard Uncle Yuan propose to Mama. So, to his surprise, Yusen silently stared in front of Mama's room and heard the conversation between the two of you. Sorry if Yusen is not polite,” honest Yusen.

Rose was biting her lower lip. He feels anxious. Worried that Yusen will be angry with him because he is too in love with Yuan, the little man's real father.

“Ma, Mama and Uncle Yuan, if you both want to get married, you don't need to ask for my approval or Yuna's approval. As long as Mama is happy, Yusen will definitely be happy too. And as for Yuna, we all know that she already likes Uncle Yuan, so I'm sure that without you asking and asking for his approval, Yuna would have already strongly agreed,” explained Yusen.

The two parents seemed to be filled with the heart of the little man.

Yuan even felt guilty towards him.

“Tell me what's in your heart. Even if it hurts. Papa can't be mad at you. One thing you have to remember, Yusen. Not even a lion king would injure his own flesh and blood. Let alone a little man who will be the next lion king,” Yuan replied.
