The Debt Redeemer
53. Agatha's Invitation

After the debate with Deka, two days passed without anything happening. Maybe only Milla was a little busy because she tried to contact some of her father's confidants. While Deka, still keeping faithfully watching the movements of his subordinates Agatha through his men.

Because of the debate, Milla kept her distance from Deka. These two days they have not met again despite being under one roof. Despite saying Deka was innocent, Milla still felt furious at him. The reason is simple, because Agatha's new uncle is a distant person who wants to help Milla to this extent besides uncle George and Bachsmid.

Because Milla has repeatedly tried to find help, both friends and closest people who have connections, but all ignore it. It's as if Milla's been given a fugitive stamp that can't be helped. No one's helping. Even slowly everything went one by one from his side. So, naturally Milla was very appreciative of Agatha's help.

The man even ordered Valeene, his secretary, to help Milla individually. Valeene has always been nearby these two days. Help her to contact her father's confidants. And this morning, Valeene came to Milla's room.

"Miss, can I come in?" Valeene asked from outside Milla's bedroom door.

"Of course, comein. The door is not locked" replied Milla who was leaning on the mattress. It felt like Milla was waiting for Valeene to come see her.

Valeene went into Milla's room alone.

"How are you today, Valeene?" Milla asked as she heard the sound of steps approaching her.

"Good as always, miss. How are you, miss? did miss have breakfast? if not let me call the waiter to bring your breakfast here."

"I'm good too, Valeene. No need to bother calling the waiter, just a few minutes ago I had breakfast downstairs. Oh, yes, may I know the progress of my request, how? Does anyone respond positively?"

"regarding that, I apologize madam. Result nil. There is no reply like yesterday."

"But I brought you another message from Mr. Agatha, miss." Connect Valeene.

Milla's facial complexion slowly improved. The last time he met Agatha was the night before his uncle left with that woman named Jessica. The rest he never heard from.

"What's that?" Tanya Milla was enthusiastic. Milla's current hope is that Agatha's uncle will support her. Not on behalf of his father's company, but on his own. At least that's what his uncle offered him the day before the party began.

"Sir, take you to dinner for tonight. He said he wanted to talk about his promise further."

Milla smiled at Sumringah. He even got out of bed.

"Is that right, Valeene?" Milla asked as she fumbled around hoping to find her interlocutor.

Valeene who was aware of it approached Milla and reached for her hand.

"Yes, miss. Early this morning, my master informed me. He also asked me to come to the salon for treatment. Because tonight will be some important people."

Milla clasped Valeene's hand tightly. Finally the moment he was waiting for came.
