28. Flubbed

As Deka climbed the stairs, he heard a noise from the third floor. Deka was sure it must have been the three men's partner earlier. Deka quickly climbed the stairs.

Arriving on the third floor, Deka did not see anyone around him it seems they were a little far from him. Deka moved back to follow the source of the sound slowly. Seeing from the look of this mansion, Deka realized that this mansion is very spacious and has many rooms. So, he had to be extra careful because he was in a position of great disadvantage.

In addition to not knowing where Milla's room, Deka also did not benefit because he did not know the exact number of his enemy. He had to continue to be wary, afraid that they might ambush through one of the rooms. Deka then walked down a hallway. It seemed that the sound was coming from the end of this passageway.

Deca's guess was correct, the voice came from the same person as the three men below. Deka walked over. He saw two men standing guard in front of a room. Seeing that, Deka aimed at the head of one of the men. It seems that the two men were unaware of the arrival of Deka because their distance was still far apart. But even though their distance is far apart, Deka still believes it can subvert both in one motion.

After calculating the movement, Deka stopped. The breath of Deka sounded rhythmic. So calm but his gaze remained sharp forward, like a lion who was about to ambush his prey.

"Headshot," Deka said as she pulled the trigger, a bullet shot through the wind. And hit hard on the head of the man he was targeting.

"Who's there!" Shouted the man in the room who was shocked to see his friend dead. The man immediately charged at Deka with a barrage of gunfire. The distance too far made the man unable to see Deka clearly.

After firing his headshot, Deka went into hiding in one of the open rooms. So the man's shot was just a waste. While hiding, Deka is like counting down something instead of replying to attack. When the count ran out, the shot stopped as well.

That's when Deka moved. Instead of shooting like that, Deka ran over to the man. Aware of being visited by Deka, the man smiled instead.

"Basic stupid! Even coming at me instead of shooting back. You think just because I ran out of bullets I lost?" Shouted the man while throwing his weapon at Deka.

Deka dodged the throw and threw away his weapon. This made the man even more surprised. The moment the shock came, Deka was already right in front of the man. One top kick was given by Deka without hesitation.

"See, this guy is strong!" The man's mind when Deka's leg was held.

But the Deka attack did not stop there. With his legs still raised, Deka jumped with the man's hand as a foothold and shot a kick with the other leg. Telak, Deka's kick hit the man's head in a landslide.

The man took a few steps back. It seemed that the Deka kick made his consciousness start to disappear. Deka smiled looking at the man who was still able to stand up. It seems like Deka had already predicted this. He went right in front of the man.

"Damn it, he's fast!" Mumbled the man who when he realized Deka was already in front of him. The man reflexively used both of his hands as a shield to avoid the jab blow from Deka.

However, it turns out that the man was deceived, Deka did not send a jab blow but a very hard uppercut to him. One hit the man hard. The man immediately fell on the floor.

Indeed what Deka did just worked, but of course it was too risky. However, for Deka this is so challenging, seen from the look of the face of Deka who looks excited.

"Ah, yes. I forgot Milla." The mind forgets its primary purpose. Just as he was about to open the door of the room guarded by the two men, a loud bang rang downstairs.

"What was that? It can't be a bomb, right?" Deka asked when she heard that loud voice.

"Hahaha, you're right. And our goal is finally done and you lose." the man said, holding back the pain. It seems that the man was still awake.

"Argh, shit I'm fooled!" Deka Umpat.
