The Blooming Lotus

The Blooming Lotus
The Handsome Doctor

This morning Wenie woke up with a haggard face due to lack of sleep, but now it was sixty-thirty, very late than usual.

After daydreaming for a moment to gather awareness, he finally got up from the bed even though his heart was reluctant to let go of his warm pillow-rolling embrace.

His heart was shrouded in anxiety, how he had to deal with his boarding mother after last night's incident. It felt like he needed a black steel knight mask right now, for the sake of covering up the embarrassment on his face. Which toyman is the toyman??

After bathing and changing clothes he decided to go down, he felt there was no point in lingering for time.

I will also meet the hostess, she thought.

But once he reached the bottom floor he dyed while astonished, quiet. No one met him, shouldn't it be time for breakfast? He stared for a moment when he reached the kitchen, quiet as if there was no sign of life there.

Then he stepped up to the dinner table, opened the food hood and found a scrap of message paper with two full packs of whole wheat bread, various jams, and also some ready-to-eat sweet bread.

He just remembered, Sunday morning was the schedule of Rahma's heart gymnastics with the mothers of the complex where she lived. It's just that the atmosphere is so quiet.

There was a hint of relief at once strangely tucked into his heart. It felt empty and stifling, could it be that disappointed?

But disappointed by what, he hesitated a little. He tried to dismiss the bad assumption about the boarding mother who was avoiding him because he was still upset.

"May ..." Iin called him from the stairs, he just came down as well apparently. "Why are you there again? Had breakfast?"

"Eh not yet, In .. You just woke up, huh? Today go to work?" asked Wenie back.

Iin approached and took out two loaves of bread after looking at the contents of the table, intending to grease them with butter and meises.

"I got another afternoon shift, Wen," Iin replied, heading to the stove and heating the teflon to bake the bread. "This is just a prayer, which is prepared by Rahma's mother?"

"Yes. I think Mother went to gymnastics early in the morning, she left a note," said Wenie as she held out a scrap of memo.

Iin only glanced at a glance. As if he already knows, most of the contents are just an apology for the breakfast menu this morning and a message that every child costs to maintain cleanliness after using the kitchen or dining table.

Wenie sat herself down opposite Iin, dabbing a loaf of bread with tasteless chocolate jam.

"Why the hell, your face is so. Make me not***** just eat," joked Iin.

"I'm sorry, In. .. again not feeling good," Wenie replied as she chewed her bread.

"Why ... about last night?" sambar Iin enthusiastic. Wenie was shocked for a moment, then raised her face back.

"You know, really? I thought you were sleeping at that hour ...."

"Haha .. not yet. I just got home at eleven a little less. Where can I sleep?"

"Huh? Seriusan .. keep mom Rahma saying no to you?"

"Yes no. I'll go home with the others, too."

"Who's time ... is it?"

"Eva and Winona" Iin replied. "But already chat Mother first of course, if you can not bother later locked the door." Wenie nodded, then was silent for a few seconds.

"So, who's that handsome guy who last night wanted you to get back in the car? Know dong," Iin began to be curious.

Wenie choked then laughed, "Oh you, In. Can't really see a little guy drizzle."

"Come on, tell me why the hell? Time to recognize just don't want to. You do not pity me who is still single," said Iin with a clear word. "Eh, don't tell me she's your boyfriend?!" continues waking.

"Oh, no, not ..." Wenie stammered.

"Haha .. great then. Can be acquaintances. Yeah, yeah, huh?"

"Mm .. yes. Anytime, I know you. Now I leave first," Wenie broke up while finishing her bread. Iin smelled his ignorant smile, feeling pleased.

Basic Iin, already have two girlfriends only still dare to call himself single. Well, really don't think about it.

When someone is hard-earned to faithfully hold one love, it turns out that another can easily enjoy life in a relationship with more than one person at a time.

Wenie could only shake her head in wonder at this one boarding friend. Really brave, four thumbs up.

Wenie arrived at the shop where she worked almost nine o'clock. It is a general rule that Sundays like this employees can come rather late and open the store casually, because it should be a holiday in Indonesia.

Eri has arrived first from the others as usual. He opened the shop and began to tidy up the clothes hanger, until Wenie finally arrived ten minutes later.

Wenie felt somewhat guilty, then she rushed to tidy up the other part of the store, then swept, and mopped the entire floor of the room before the big boss came. He sighed in satisfaction when he finished, then fixed the cleaning equipment in the corner.

"You okay, Wen?" ask Eri. He was a bit disturbed by Wenie's silence from earlier. "Wrn ...!"

The girl was shocked. "Jeez ... What's up, Ri? Just be surprised ...."

"I asked, are you okay?" reiterate Eri gemas.

"Aa .. I'm fine, really. Something weird, huh?" Wenie stammered.

"Iiish .. don't pretend. Tell me, what time did you come home last night?"

"I'm —"

"Hayo, aren't you the same? What's-her-name? I think he's a little suspicious," urged Eri.

"No, I didn't do anything. Last night I went straight home" elak Wenie.

"Related?" Wenie nodded quickly. "But kok ma Rahma chat I keep yes, Wen ...." Eri looks pretentious thinking.

"Mm, that's ...." Wenie died a flea, caught lying. Then he put on a horse's grin face, then turned to another corner to avoid Eri.

Eri just giddy.

Wenie was lucky today the store was very crowded so Eri did not have time to ask again about the incident last night. Moreover, Uda Herman also helped serve buyers, making them not free to steal time to chat.

Wenie was happy that today went smoothly without any incident. No WhatsApp chat or phone interrupting. There is also no delivery of food from fastfood restaurants on behalf of Pras as there were yesterday. Wenie felt fine knowing that, she was stupid and did not want to take a headache.

Wenie and Eri were only able to stretch when the day started at night, it was time to close the shop. The boss was sitting on a waiting bench outside the store, enjoying a cigarette while playing an online game on his mobile phone accompanied by a cup of afternoon coffee order from the mall cafeteria.

"Wow, the pleasure of life ..." joked Wenie. His boss glanced over and chuckled, back to his phone.

"Have closed! Wanna go home? Don't be tired of commenting on your boss's life .... Later your transport money I will not change you, you want?" reply the boss prank.

"Eh, uh .. don't, dong! Yeahalah .. That's it, '" sergeant Wenie quickly.

"If you don't get money to transport now, tomorrow we demo the boss yuk, Ri. Let's open the store alone just know the taste ..."

"Come, can ..."

"Oh time? Just try if you dare ..."

"Haha .. No, boss! Joking iih.." cried Wenie.

"You are so serious! Do not easily sewot ..ntar cepet stroke you know, boss."

"Siaul ... Did you swear?"

They also laughed crisply interspersed with small ledges. Such is their attitude if it is out of work hours, relaxed and familiar.

Then they disbanded after locking the rollingdoor and the two employees received daily transport money from the boss.

Wenie and Eri walked together while conversing. Usually they take about fifteen minutes walk to get to the front of the residential alley where Eri lived, before Wenie finally continued with one angkot ride to go home to her boarding house.

But this time Wenie felt like she wanted to go home, then she accelerated her footsteps which made Eri protest.

"Slow down anyway, Wen. I'm still tired ..."

"Eh, yes sorry, Ri. I want to get home fast, yuk hunt ..."

"Why?"

"It's okay. Just tired, want to rush to fall on the bed it feels."

"We didn't eat meatballs in our subscription place?"

"Hmm .. I want to eat at home, Ri. Naffy."

"Haaeh .. ngirit what? Tumben really want to ngirit everything, usually also ngabisin money transport used to just go home," ledek Eri.

Wenie just messed around without answering. Eri is right, she is not the type of girl who likes to save. Irit is not his nature, so even though Eri blatantly mocks him, but he is silent because he does not want to argue.

But suddenly his eyes were glued to a tall, well-built man in the 24-hour clinic parking lot across the street when they had just exited the mall courtyard which was still crowded with visitors.

The person leaned against the hood of the dark gray CRV car while staring at the mall gate, as if waiting for him to get out. His hand was holding a cell phone.

'I finally found your my guardian angel..

Please forever, this beautiful..

Baby, I love you..'

Wenie's phone rang chanting a song, there was an incoming call. He reached into his jeans pocket quickly and was about to pick up the phone. Frans!

"Hello, doctor ..."

"Hello .. come here, miss. You've seen me, haven't you" Frans said on the phone, waving a glance.

Eri followed Wenie's gaze, then stunned. Especially now? Who her? Eri thought curious. But he remained silent waiting for the reaction of Wenie who still received the call. His friend nodded and spoke slowly.

"Let's come with me, Ri" Wenie said as she grabbed Eri's arm.

"Who is that, Wen?"

"I'll know you later." They crossed the street a moment later, towards someone waiting there.

"Good night, doc," Wenie reached out.

"Night" Frans replied, shaking Wenie's hand. "I told you, you don't have to call me doctor" he continued, smiling sweetly.

Wenie just grinned, "How are you?"

"I'm good."

"Thank God. Oh yes, this is my friend Eri. And Eri, this is doctor Frans ..."

"Oh, so this is the handsome doctor you were telling me about, Wen?" Eri quickly snatched Frans' hand.

"Sstt .. what the hell are you, Ri," Wenie immediately smothered Eri's mouth before her chatter continued.

Frans' forehead shriveled somewhat in wonder, but he finally just smiled to see the two girls in front of him.

"Egem ... Sorry, if I came suddenly without informing you first," said Frans mediating Wenie and Eri who is now so misbehaved.

"Oh, yeah. It's okay —" Wenie replied doubtfully.

"French. Just call Frans" he replied quickly. His voice was quite melodious as if stroking the ears of the two girls who were now gawking.

"Ah .. I don't think it's appropriate. Our ages seem to differ greatly ..." said Wenie later.

"Yes, right. Moreover, the doctor has looked mature, cool again. Uuuh ..." praise Eri while grinning as if Ji Changwook landed from the busway.

Frans laughed crisply at her, "Ah, you guys are. Come on, come on in. I'm taking you home now."

"Eh, I'm not coming. My house is near. Stay straight there a little," interrupted Eri quickly while pointing the direction in question.

"But, Ri ...."

"It's okay, let me take you along ...."

"Necessary. Yes, I went home first. You guys be careful on the road. Bye," said Eri and soon passed.

Wenie shook her head anxiously looking at the distant Eri. He wanted to pinch his co-worker. Frans once again just gave a smile to see it while opening the front door of the passengers.

"Come, miss ..."

"Ah, just call Wenie, doc ..."

"You want to start again?" Frans muttered in his smile. Wenie simply smiled in embarrassment. More salting.

After Wenie got in and put up the seatbelt safely, Frans immediately drove her car smoothly. They were silent until a few minutes later, Frans' phone vibrated because a call came in and he immediately picked it up using earphones.

"Hello, Ms. Rahma ..." said Wenie, stiffening up instantly.

Frans answered the phone while still focusing on driving, seemed to occasionally assent and laugh softly. He spoke as if no one was here for the next two minutes.

"good. Thanks, Mum. Good night," he ended the call.

"Sorry, doc. Was it true that Rahma's mom called?" asked Wenie hesitatingly.

"As you have heard" Frans Kalem replied. "Oh yeah, please call me as comfortable as you, can you? So that we can be good friends ..."

"Good companionship?," Wenie confirmed her hearing.

"Yes. Can you?" a smile returned to the handsome young doctor's lips.

Wenie smiled groggyly, there was a hint of excitement and shock at once tucked into her heart. He bit his lips and threw a look out the window to neutralize the thump in his chest.

Did Miss Rahma ask Frans to pick me up? Is he angry with me? What the hell is actually .. kok suddenly this handsome doctor is nongol, know also not yet. Hopefully nothing will happen again. Well, I have to try .. groggy would be. Honestly, I'm not comfortable with gini. Ibuuu, I miss you..
