CHAPTER 30

The next day Carri had her day as usual, bored in the classroom and having lunch with Sara.

When Carri returned home was picked up by Nando, and he sat in the back looking at the window all the way watching the atmosphere of the twilight city.

"Master's having an important meeting so I'm the one who picked up Madam". Nando spoke after that long silence. He was surprised that Carri did not ask why Geri had not picked him up.

"Mmmn"

Carri looked back at the window until they arrived at the apartment. Nando does not drive her in and only turns away when Carri has disappeared behind the elevator.

After returning to the office Geri was still conducting the meeting and there was no sign the meeting would stop.

Until 2 hours later the meeting was just finished, and he still had to hunt down some documents until he just returned to the apartment at midnight.

When he arrived home he found his wife asleep on the couch with the TV still on.

Geri's gaze turned cold then carried Carri into the bedroom.

He then took a bath and put on his nightgown and lay hugging his wife who had been sound in his dreams.

In the morning Carri woke up to find her husband's arm had slipped into her shirt and grasped one of her twin mountains.

Her face became red and then slowly took off Geri's hand from behind her nightshirt and turned to look at her husband who was still asleep.

He looked at the source of his happiness moments before he got out of bed.

After doing her morning routine she found that her husband was still asleep, then she woke him up by patting his cheek gently.

Geri finally opened his eyes and immediately pulled Carri into his arms and kissed his wife repeatedly until he was satisfied.

They had breakfast together and Geri drove his wife before he headed to the office.

Upon arrival at the office he got a report from his secretary that the branch company abroad experienced obstacles and needed to intervene directly from him.

Due to the urgent matter, he immediately booked a flight and contacted Carri.

He wanted to take his wife but because Carri was following package C he did not want to disturb her.

It took 8 hours to arrive at the company and they immediately held an emergency meeting.

The 3-hour meeting was completed at 11 p.m.

After that they headed for the hotel that had been arranged by his secretary. Geri called Carri but his wife did not pick up the phone.

She wanted to contact Geri but abandoned her intentions because she knew her husband was very busy at the time.

After a while the lesson began and he still felt bored with the knowledge he received.

When he came home, he found his mother in the kitchen making cakes.

He helped his mother and learned a lot. During this time he had no experience making cakes because he did not have the money to buy the ingredients.

They presented the cake of his work and gave it to be tried by his father.

Some time talking Sari came to them and brought some groceries.

It was some scarves, glasses and some other accessories.

"Mom I'm going with Kintan abroad. We're going to be there a few days on vacation, and you're gonna have to help me pick out some of these things I bought that I'm fit for"

"You bought so much and spent so much more money? His father was always furious with his princess who when shopping forgot to take into account his expenses.

"Pa, all this stuff is a pity if only on display in the store, everything looks beautiful" Sari felt furious every time she finished shopping her papa always criticize the money she spent, he said, he said his money would not run out.

After all he will have an international model lover, if they marry later he will get a lot of shopping money.

"Share some of those things with your sister, and let her see which ones are good for you to take away abroad" her mother said gently as she looked at her two daughters with a pleased look.

"Hmmm I'll just ask Kintan for help"

"How do you ask an outsider for help while your sister is here and can help you?
