"It's okay, cry if it hurts" Her voice was soothing and smooth.
Deon kept silent the whole time waiting for the girl to calm down.he knew the girl was crying not because she missed him, but about what she did the night before he left the city of G.
His heart ached for Keti, but there was nothing he could do but silence to strengthen the girl.
"I'm having a bad day! And it's your fault for leaving me!" Keti said while continuing to sob. But the girl still faithfully hugged Deon tightly.
Hearing Keti's sobbing voice, Deon felt increasingly ill and his world seemed to collapse. He could only tighten his arms and clench his lips until his muscles protruded from the skin as a result of restraint. He knows it's his fault, he's the guilty one! "I'm sorry, I'm sorry!"
He did not step over the sentence instead of calming Keti instead the girl cried even louder while sobbing complaining "You are wrong! You left me, I was like an undead in a week and you left and didn't comfort me! It's all your fault! Your fault!" Keti hit the chest of that muscular field. He became increasingly hysterical and could not control himself.
"Sorry, sorry, I promise it won't happen again next time" Deon tried to calm Keti down and hugged her tighter so as not to make room for Keti to move.
"It's all your fault!" Keti keeps sobbing and blames Deon all the time.
For him all this was the man's fault for leaving him at the wrong time. Why did Deon have to leave when he was at his worst?
Until a while Keti finally stopped crying because it ran out of energy. He drowned in Deon's arms but forced his strength to hold on to the man.
There was a comfort that he could not say, and satisfaction permeated all over him.
By supporting Keti's limp body he approached the bed and laid Keti on the big bed. "You need to rest so that your strength recovers, do you need anything else?"
The dimness of the night made their view not too clear. However, Keti continued to hold tightly to the man's hand, he was like a child who did not want to lose his mother at a time when his mood was deteriorating.
Deon remained seated quietly beside Keti and let the girl continue to clasp her hands. His mind was too upset to comfort the girl. After all, what happened was purely a mistake that he intended. He really is a jerk!
"I'm hungry." Imbuh Keti broke the silence.
"What do you want to eat?" Deon placed his other hand on top of both of them.
"Whatever you make, but I want to see you cook it" Keti started to get up and sat down while holding the man's hand.
There was an urge within him to hold on to Deon, but he felt it was just a feeling of longing for his best friend who had just met again. He didn't think much of his feelings, but he didn't want to let go of the man. He felt calm if he continued to stick, he wanted to stay close to the man!
" Okay, let's go to the kitchen." Deon gently patted Keti's head before they continued to go hand in hand towards the kitchen.
Keti sat at the kitchen table watching the man cook while occasionally they would exchange glances with smiles adorning the face.
Keti will never know how Deon really feels. That forced smile that looks sincere...
