CHAPTER 220

Carri came out of the bathroom helped by her husband when he heard a knock on the door. "That must be Mia" Carri exclaimed happily as she ignored her husband and ran towards the door.

Geri's hand floated in the air when he didn't expect his wife to be too excited about running like that. He stared at his wife's back with dark eyes.

"Mia" Carri's cheerful face accompanied the happy voice that was heard in both pairs of male ears that were there.

Wixel looked in wonder at Carri. Instantly he understood how the relationship between the two girls was. A plan flashed through his mind as he developed his warm fake smile. "Sorry to disappoint you" Wixel said regretfully.

Carri was immediately gloomy but he still forced his smile and let the person in. When she turned to look at her husband who was still sculpting she finally realized that she had made a big mistake.

With her innocent smile she walked towards her husband and tightly embraced Geri's arm. "My feet are sore" the look on her face adds to the perfection of her acting.

Geri looked at Mia deeply as she could not get angry and instead embraced the girl towards the patient bed and helped her lie down.

Wixel who had wanted to step onto the sofa stopped her steps when she saw the terrifying sight before her. They are enslaved by love!

Geri looked down at his wife's ear as she whispered a single phrase "Are you impatient for my love's punishment?"

Carri looked at Wixel with a flushed face. Seeing Wixel understand the direction of their conversation he struck the chest of his lukewarm field and turned to cover his hot flushed face.

On the other hand Wixel laughed loudly when he saw the two pairs of lovebirds who were drunk with romance. "I'm a pathetic single!"

Wixel immediately threw the bouquet of flowers he was holding towards Geri.

"You're the right flower picker" Geri put the flower on the table and joined Wixel for a chat.

"Where's the baby?" Wixel looked around the room that had no baby basket anywhere.

"My baby is undergoing an examination. He continued to cry for 1 hour" Geri bowed lethargic as he continued "We are not allowed to see him, he said the emotions of the parents would be affected when he saw his examination run. Especially my wife just had a hard time after giving birth."

Wixel never understood the medical stuff so he only gave a small nod as anxiety began to seep into his soul. He just remembered that the girl who was with him in the elevator had not appeared at that time.

Surely Geri can read the movements of the people in front of him. That's too obvious for smart people like them. He laughs happily when he learns that Wixel a ruthless business magnate abroad can be distracted as well. "What makes you so nervous?"

Surprise flashed on Wixel's face as he stared at the man in front of him. This was the first time anyone could read his expression. Even he became Geri's teasing material because of a woman alone!

He looked at Geri with a huff. How much influence did she have on him that he became so weak?
