Chapter 8's

Finished preparing, Delphy waited in front of the Palace gate with several soldiers who took part in escorting in the Ash-Shaif Kingdom.

Delphy wore his blindfold, he always closed his right eye which had the color of ash ash outside the Whittaker Kingdom. Delphy did not want him to be the center of attention in the Ash-Shaif Kingdom. The color of his hair as white as snow alone is enough to make it look striking.

The journey to the Ash-Shaif Kingdom took one month. Crystal would use a horse carriage like King and Queen. Delphy escorts Crystal's chariot with Scarlet.  The princes except Bach did not take part in the dinner this time. The work that piles up becomes the reason. Blaze himself prefers to ride his horse rather than riding a horse carriage.

After a long wait, the King and Queen came followed by Crystal and Blaze and their personal servants.

Delphy opens the horse carriage door for Crystal, then climbs onto his horse. The King and Queen are in different horse carriages to reduce the risk if bad things happen.

Blaze who had already climbed onto his horse approached Delphy, "Can you take care of me as well, Mr Guards?" Blaze said in a mocking tone.

"Keep bothering me and I'll kick you down from the horse." Delphy replied in half a whisper.

The Royal Company began to pass through the houses of the people. The focus of attention was on them, the leader of the group opened a crowded street, the residents stepped aside, paused activities, gave way to the royal entourage and then bowed as a sign of respect until the royal entourage was no longer visible.

Inside the horse carriage, Crystal stared out the window watching the road. His gaze was sad, he was not at all excited at this moment.  Until his net was fixed on his twin sister, looking dashing on a white horse that matched the color of the rider's hair, he also looked elegant, Crystal envious.

If allowed, Crystal wants to exchange fate with Delphy. Crystal wants to feel how to live more freely, be able to decide whatever she wants, be able to travel anywhere and be able to do whatever she wants. In the past, only Crystal could do nothing based on her wishes. His elder brother could still even feel freedom, they could even speak his own thoughts.

Until now Cyrstal does not know why he should be the Crown Princess, why not his brother who was born first until the end of this Crystal blamed Delphy who wanted to give up his responsibilities. The 5th Birthday of the Royal Princess

For the first time, the second anniversary of the royal princess held a party as a celebration while introducing the future figure of the kingdom to the residents. It has been a royal rule for a long time so that the royal family does not show its face to the population until the age of five. For the first time, Delphy was told the truth about him, unbeknownst to Crystal. At that time Delphy did not know if its existence was completely unknown to the population, where the residents only knew the name Crystal.

Lilian had just finished styling Delphy's hair, at that time her hair looks long and beautiful, Lilian really likes to hold Delphy's hair that feels smooth in her hands, her hair is also thick and a little wavy.

The door of the Delphy Room opened, the King and Queen entered simultaneously, Lilian bowed respectfully then stepped aside. Delphy walked up to his parents with a big smile, the dress he wore expanding as he stood up.

"Dad, Mom, don't I look pretty? Is Crystal also wearing the same dress as me?" Delphy twisted her body revealing the sky blue dress she was wearing.

King Whittaker knelt down, likening his height to his first daughter. "Delphy, no matter what you say later, you should always keep in mind that your father and mother loved you more than anything, because you were the wait that we were always waiting for, do you understand?"

Although Delphy did not fully understand yet, he nodded.

"Why? From the book I read, the first child of the King and Empress will be the heir to the throne, even my elder brother cannot be the heir to the throne because they are the son of a concubine." King Whittaker forgot about it, Delphy was a smart boy, he had read many books about the kingdom.

King Whittaker did not know how to explain everything to five-year-old Delphy until the Queen approached. "Because of your appearance, the residents will think you are not an ordinary human being, you are a disaster bearer, your father and mother have no other choice."

Delphy fell silent trying to make sense of every sentence the Queen spoke. He knew, his appearance was different from others, even he used to ask all members of the kingdom even Lilian, but they only answered because he was special.

The Queen continued her words, "since your birth, we have only announced the birth of Crystal. We will always hide your truth, including today"

"How about my birthday today? Can't I attend? Do I have to leave the palace so that no residents will know if I am the royal family? What should I do for the kingdom?" Delphy said in a panic, he did not expect if his birth became a bearer of disaster, he loved this kingdom more than anything, he had promised to protect this kingdom since he began reading books about the kingdom.

The king held Delphy's shoulder, "No, you don't have to leave the Palace, you will always be in the Palace, because this is your home." The king stared fixedly at Delphy's netra, "You'll introduce me as Crystal's personal bodyguard, that way you will protect this kingdom and not as a disaster bearer for the kingdom."

Delphy became calmer, "Can't I call you with mom and dad?" With a silent look, Delphy looked at King Whittaker and the Queen.

The king shook his head quickly, "You can call us father and mother when there is no one else but us and also Lilian, your loyal servant."

Without knowing how to go forward, Delphy nodded in understanding. It was never the slightest thought if his heart would ache, not being introduced as a member of the royal family.

Finished talking to Delphy, the Queen asks Lilian to cut Delphy's hair, dressing him up like a boy. Although quite surprised, Lilian could only do the Queen's orders.

Before leaving Delphy's room, the King hugged Delphy and said, "Happy birthday to my beloved daughter."

"Thank you dad."

"Wait a minute Lilian, let's get my hair cut." Delphy was already at her dressing table facing the mirror.

Lilian approached, knowing that this day would come, the day Delphy knew everything because Lilian was one of the young doctors who handled Delphy's birth at the time.

Taking out a pair of scissors and a comb, Lilian began to cut Delphy's long hair, he would miss styling his master's long hair.

"Lilian, I will do anything for this kingdom, because in the written book, the royal family is in full charge of the entire kingdom and its inhabitants, he said, therefore if my destiny as a disaster bearer can be changed if I become Crystal's personal bodyguard it's no big deal." Delphy chattered as Lilian focused on cutting her hair.

Just a smile that Lilian gave, she was amazed by the amount of love Delphy gave to the whittaker kingdom.

Where does Crystal want to blame Delphy for a moment, scold him directly and then say his heart. He was afraid, he wanted to go back to the old days where they were children.
