Neighbor's Pocong: What's This Bottle? (Part 6)

Unlike usual Kliwon market is quiet at midnight like this. There are no people who are gambling. Vegetable stalls that are usually open 24 hours are also closed. Maybe they'll take a vacation for a few days.

In the middle of a deserted market, a vagrant was busy scraping through a pile of trash. Mamat, the scavenger who was young, had not eaten in the morning. His grimacing face held his increasingly sore stomach.

Butut sacks containing plastic waste that he carried were simply laid out. The sack was filled only a little, not a quarter. While the contents if sold are not enough to buy a pack of rice.

At midnight like that he woke up hungry. Forced to search for food scraps in garbage cans throughout the Kliwon market. Damn, Mamat found nothing to eat. He found only foul-smelling garbage, fish fins, pieces of chicken bones, and rotten vegetables.

Mamat's face was very lethargic. He took back the butut sack and dragged it. Slowly he stepped through the Kliwon market and wished there were leftovers he could find.

His face sparkled as he from a distance saw something that seemed to be edible. It's a partially ripe papaya, but some are rotten. Maybe the seller accidentally did not put the fruit in the basket and left it.

Soon Mamat quickened his pace. He cut the fruit with his two thumbs. He looks very greedy when eating papaya fruit. Not yet finished, he suddenly heard something strange from the west. While eating the papaya, Mamat stepped in search of the source of the sound. It was like the sound of glass clashing.

Mamat's steps came to a halt in front of the stall. At the front of the stall it reads 'Warteg Berkah Sugih'. It's Amprung's shop. The kiosk was tightly locked, it was impossible to break into the vane.

Mamat went to the back of the stall. He saw that there was a high air vent glass. He looked around and found a pile of fruit baskets. The baskets were up to high. He then went up to the basket. With all his might Mamat broke the glass.

The shard had hit his cheek. He complained of pain and then cleaned the remaining glass on the air pentillation. Once clean, he then entered the warteg. Momat jumped, he was in the kitchen. The voice still sounds clear.

Slowly follow the source of the sound. Eventually, he found a strange bottle. The bottle contained a wisp of smoke inside it and also let out a knocking sound. Mamat shuffled the bottle. Nothing has changed. The sound was still coming from inside the bottle.

“What bottle is this?” mummy Mamat.

The next day, the Kliwon market was stirred because the Amprung stall was burglarized. Mamat was taken to the police station. He's detained. Meanwhile, Amprung and Tika start to panic because the bottle was opened by Mamat. That day, Tika closed her stall for a while. Amprung will come to Mbah Goto for consultations.

Unfortunately, when Amprung came to Mbah Goto's house, the shaman was dead. His house was visited by many people who wanted to visit. Amprung confusion. He hurried home.

“How is it, Sir?” tika asked while presenting bitter coffee in front of her husband.

“Gini, let's just open the news. The customers are a lot. Maybe without the bottle even our warteg will remain crowded,” he said trying to calm down.

“We just give you back the money you stole, Mr.”

“Do not! I will be ashamed. Let it. After all the pocong will not hurt us,” said Amprung.

The next day, after delivering her son to school, Tika reopened the news. Visitors remain crowded. Everything looks fine. However, when the visitors were eating voraciously, suddenly their stomachs felt nauseous and vomited blood. All the dishes turned into a disgusting pile of worms.

Customers are in pain while holding their stomachs. They scream like people who are sucked. Warteg Tika was filled with blood vomit. One market was bustling, people were crowding around to see the strange happenings.

“Stat! You're wearing a pot, huh?” shouted one of the market visitors
