Sharing Love: Is My Husband Yours?
Dusty Room

Mas Darwin was driving his car and his facial expression was really unpleasant. I just kept quiet while looking at her face that seemed to be full of emotion. 'Is Darwin unhappy with my presence?' my thinking.

"Mas, I'm sorry I came here so suddenly." I finally opened my voice. "So I tried to reach Mas on my phone, but it wasn't answered."

"So I was in a meeting" he said briefly. Then we went back to being quiet with each other.

"Who was that man?" tanyanya.

"Oh, he said his name was Alan. I don't know either, he's just a snitch" I replied.

"You're happy to be with a guy like that." The words that came out of Mas Darwin's lips sounded so unpleasant and I immediately said, "I didn't serve him, Mas. He himself who had suddenly come beside me, invited me to chat."

"And you responded to that rancid boy." Just this time I heard Mas Darwin call others with insults, it seems like he is so emotional.

"I didn't give any response, Mom," I said. "Why is Darwin so angry? He is a nobody, I don't know him. We don't have any relationship" I said.

"You should know your current position. You're my wife. Must have limits, keep a distance from other men," he said. "I don't like you being with other men like that."

"Mas Darwin jealous?" my many. But Darwin answered nothing. He just kept quiet and kept quiet until the car we were driving stopped in front of the fence of a house.

"Come down! This is my official house" said Mas Darwin. Then, he opened the door of the house with the key in his hand.

"You can rest here first" he said later. "I have to go back to college. I have teaching hours soon. I'll stay first. I'll be back in the afternoon."

Darwin got back to his car and disappeared from my presence in an instant. I entered the house and closed the door from inside.

I watched the whole house. "So this is the house that Mas Darwin occupied every day in Indralaya" I murmured.

I put my foot up and felt the thick dust from the floor against my feet. This house hasn't been occupied for weeks. I opened the door, saw the furniture inside. Bed linen, blankets, pillows .. everything is dusty, like never touched a human hand.

I opened the closet in the room. There were only two shirts hanging in it and a few sheets of clothes that did not fold neatly. I was very doubtful about the reality in front of me. 'Is this the house that Mas Darwin used to live in? Why are there so few clothes in this closet? Where did Mas Darwin put all his clothes?'

'Is it possible that his clothes were being dilaundry?' I try to think positively. 'Could this house be dusty because Mas Darwin is always busy, never had time to clean it?'

I don't know. I was quite doubtful of my thoughts. I try to think positively. I then took a broom and cleaned the entire house that was not too large in size. I mopped the floor, wiping the dust pile on the furniture.

I opened the desk drawer in the room to insert the pen lying on it. Then, my hand steps suddenly stopped. I saw a ring box inside. The same ring box I found in the room.

My heart is a little fluttering. Iopenit. "Huhhh!" I was quite surprised. There was still a ring inside. I took it, it's Mas Darwin's ring, it says my name behind it.

I remember when he was driving, I saw a ring around his left hand. He wears a ring. I didn't see it wrong and I don't remember it wrong. Darwin really wears a ring. The same ring I hold right now.

"What's wrong?" he said when he answered my video call.

"Are you teaching, Mom?" my many.

"Newly finished. Just got out of class. What's up?"

"Try holding your nose, Mas!" my door.

"For what? I don't have time to mess around. I was busy" he said.

"Please, Mas! One time after that I won't bother you anymore" I asked.

Then Darwin held his nose. "Already," he said.

"Not using your right hand, Mom. But, left hand," I said.

"Left hand." Darwin frowned. "Why the left hand? What's wrong with my left hand?" tanyanya was a little suspicious.

"There's nothing, Mom. I'm just asking you to hold your nose" I said. Then Darwin held his nose with his left hand.

No ring I saw on his finger. The ring wasn't there, but I saw him use the ring while driving. Was my memory wrong? I was quite confused and decided to close the video call.

Meanwhile, in his office Mas Darwin later muttered, "Hmm, too naive."

He looked at the ring on his desk. When I asked him to touch his nose with his left hand, he glanced at his left hand and thought why his left? He immediately guessed that I must have found a ring in the drawer of the room table. Therefore, without me knowing he immediately took off his ring before touching the nose with his left hand. I'm not suspicious at all.

The night went by, Darwin had not yet returned. He said he was going home this afternoon, but now it's almost seven in the evening he's still not back. My stomach has rung because I'm hungry, there's nothing I can cook in this house. There are only a few packs of noodles. So I cooked noodles for my dinner.

I put the noodles in the water stew and threw the wrapper into the trash can in the kitchen. Then, I accidentally saw a cardboard box wrapped in black plastic next to a garbage can. Maybe Mas Darwin threw the box in the garbage can, but missed. So, the box was on the floor next to the trash can. I picked it up and wanted to put it in the trash.

However, my eyes were suddenly flabbergasted when I accidentally read the inscription 'Alya Gem'. It looks like the box is a package package. On the black plastic that wraps it is attached to the destination address of the package. The recipient's name is Alya Permata, with an address and mobile number.

My heart suddenly beat. 'What does this mean? Why is the package for Alya in this house?'

'Is Alya the one referred to in this package is Alya whom mother told me? Are they the same person? Does that mean that until now Mas Darwin is still in contact with Alya? This is the package addressed to Alya's house, why can it be here? Did Darwin bring him?' Question after question has plagued my brain.

I can't know the real thing. However, my brain reasoned that it was possible that Mas Darwin really still had a relationship with Alya. Just as my mother said, Mas Darwin has never loved another woman. It was Alya he loved.

Without a second thought, I hurried out of the house. I looked for the ojek and asked him to take me to Alya's address as shown on the package.
