Fretfully

A thirty-five-year-old man got out of his car, tired after a long day at work. The man was named Jhon, and today is the first day of work after the incident that shocked the family a few weeks ago.

Nathan asks Jhon to take care of the company in the city he now occupies.

Before arriving at the front of the house, Meli his wife was greeted with a warm smile that could always drive away the fatigue of the day.

"Daddy," said Aron, a three-year-old boy who was soon closing in on Jhon, excited after seeing his father come home.

"Hi, Son! How was it today?" ask Jhon while carrying his briefcase,.Marrying with one hand, and carrying it.

"Today we go to the park and play with Mommy," replied Aron with a face sumringah showing the spirit of a child full of energy.

They all went inside the house, Meli took Jhon's bag while letting him go to the bathroom to soak tired in her body.

"Thank you, honey. It took me a few minutes to relax" said Jhon, who gave a tired smile to him.

While Jhon enjoyed his leisure time, Meli poured tea and served it in the living room. As Jhon returned from the bathroom, his eyes were forced to glance at a corner of the living room, where several picture frames hung.

"What happened to that photo?" Jhon asked with a confused and worried expression.

"I want to tell you this, honey. I wrote the date on the photo - this is the photo that was lost while we were in kindergarten together. It seems like the person returned our photos, but I still feel strange," Meli replied in a worried tone.

"That guy? Who?"

"The man who followed us in the garden back then, I still remember his face. I'm still trying to figure out who he is, but this is worrying me a lot."

They talked more about what happened a few weeks ago.

The man had actually tried to follow them in the park. At first, Meli thought the man was a breadwinner who wanted to sell things, but during the first time she met, the man was obviously trying to find out more about this little family.

"It looks like we should be more vigilant and take care of Aron" Jhon said in a serious tone.

"Who knows what the man means, we have to report to the police" the man continued

The following week, Jhon worked extra hard and came home late at night. This makes Meli feel anxious all the time, especially when there are people who come to the house and claim to be mysterious new neighbors.

"Good afternoon, Mrs Meli. I'm Budi, your new neighbor who lives across the street," said the man, extending a hand. Meli just pretended to smile and had no intention.

Meli hesitated for a moment when the man who claimed to be named Budi extended his hand. Meli could not ignore the insecurity that surrounded her at that moment.

"I'm sorry, I'm busy, sir. Is there anything I can help you with?" tanya Meli tried to hide the worry, while blocking the door of the house so that the man could not peek inside.

"Ah, of course, Ms. Meli," Budi replied as he pulled his hand back.

"I just want to take my wife's cooking as a greeting. Hope you and your family enjoy it." He showed me the food box he was holding.

Meli nodded, feeling forced to take the box from Budi's hand because of respect for the custom of neighborhood. "Thank you, Mr. Budi. I'll send your greetings to my husband and son."

The man smiled and stepped back from the door, saying, "Good fun, Ms. Meli. If you need help or want to talk to me about the environment, please don't hesitate to come or contact me."

After Budi left, Meli immediately locked the door of the house and heaved a sigh of relief. She decided to dig up more information about Budi before passing this on to her husband. Meli put the box on the kitchen table while checking the contents.

However, Meli's suspicions are not proven when she does not find anything suspicious in her food. There were a few pastries and a piece of wet cake, all of them looking delicious and delicious. Even so, Meli still felt that something was wrong.

Over the next few days, Budi was often seen in the neighborhood, especially around the house of Jhon and Meli.

It always seems to be near that place. Moreover, several times Aron said that he saw Budi around his school.

That afternoon, when Jhon arrived home, Meli immediately discussed this with him.

"Honey, I'm worried about Budi, our new neighbor. I saw him always around the house and just now Aron said he saw him around his school too. I don't want to make any negative assumptions, but is it possible that she has something to do with the man who followed us a while ago?"

Jhon rubbed his face, as if looking for the right answer. "I've heard about the man, honey. But we need to be clear first. Tomorrow I'll try to talk to Budi, alright? In the meantime, let's be extra careful."

The next morning, before leaving for work, Jhon approached Budi. "Sir, I want to invite you to talk for a moment" said Jhon in a flat tone.

Budi smiled and nodded, "Of course, Mr. Jhon, what's wrong? Please talk."

They both sit on the terrace of the house Budi, with a fresh morning atmosphere. Jhon tried not to show his suspicions and opened the conversation politely.

"Sir, thank you for the food you gave me a few days ago. But I want to talk about something else. It's been a few times my wife and son have seen you around our house and at Aron's school.  Is there something you want to tell us? Or is there a particular reason you're often around us?" ask John carefully.

Budi looked surprised by the question, but he replied, "Ah, I'm sorry, Mr. Jhon, if it makes your family feel uncomfortable. I just retired, so I have a lot of free time. I like to exercise in the morning and take a walk around this neighborhood. I also often take my grandchildren to a school that happens to be close to the Aron school. I don't mean to cause any concern."

Jhon nodded, digesting Budi's explanation, but still felt unsure. "Alright, Mr. Budi, I understand. However, I hope you can respect the privacy of our family and keep a safer distance. We had a disturbing incident a while back, so we just wanted to be more vigilant."

He looked understanding and immediately nodded. "I understand very well, Mr. Jhon, sorry if your family is disturbed. Sure, I'll keep my distance and give you the privacy you need."

After that conversation, Jhon felt somewhat calmer despite remaining vigilant. She talks to Meli about the outcome of her conversation with Budi and encourages her to stay alert.

However, a few days later, when Meli came home from the market, she found her phone ringing on the table.

The call reflects an unknown number. Although she did not know the number, there was a voice in her heart that gave a warning, so Meli answered the call.

"Hello, who is this?" asked Meli with a slightly trembling voice.

Meli felt her blood freeze, and immediately closed the call while throwing away her phone. He immediately looked for Arom and confirmed his presence inside the house. Meli could not forget the threat and immediately called jhon to tell how they were

Meli is frightened after receiving the threatening phone call, but she knows that she must remain calm to protect Aron After making sure her son is safe, Meli immediately contacts Jhon at the office.

"Darling I, you should be home soon! I just got a terrible call threatening us and Aron. I've made sure Erlan is safe at home at the moment, but I'm worried about our safety" Meli whispered in fear.

Jhon hurriedly gathered his belongings and rushed home. Along the way, his mind continues to be troubled by his anxiety and fear for the safety of his family.

He promised himself that he should investigate this more deeply and report it to the police.

Upon arriving home, Jhon finds Meli and Aron sitting in the living room, with obvious anxiety on their faces. After making sure his family was okay, Jhon told him his plan.

"We have to report to the police, honey. We cannot deal with this problem alone, we must involve the authorities" Jhon said firmly.

They went to the police station together and reported the threats they received.

Police then began investigating the case, from finding out who the mysterious caller was to investigating their neighbors, including Budi.

As time went on, the investigation deepened so that the police managed to find that the mysterious caller was not Budi,

a man named Rudi. Rudi is a criminal who once felt rejection from Meli when they were colleagues first, and since then he holds a grudge against this family.

Rudi learns that this little family has just moved to this town, and he uses the opportunity to play tricks on them.

Hearing this news both felt relieved l, for Jhon and Meli, because at least they knew that there was a reason behind his actions. But at the same time, they felt more alert than before.

Budi, who was also examined by the police, apparently had nothing to do with Rudi. He just happens to be a harmless new neighbor, and is unaware that he has become part of this dire situation.

Budi apologized to Jhon and Meli for the inconvenience caused by his accidental presence.

In the next few weeks, Rudi was arrested by the police and sentenced to the appropriate punishment. Life begins to return to normal for the Jhon and Meli family, but they keep their vigilance.

John and Meli learned a lot from this experience. They learn to be more alert to those around them, not just applicable.

They learn to be more alert to those around them, not only in maintaining family privacy, but also in establishing closer relationships with neighbors and the surrounding community.

After the incident, Jhon and Meli began to be more active in citizen meetings and community activities, they wanted to get to know their environment and neighbors more closely. Slowly, they build trust and friendship with their neighbors, including Budi and his family.

Aron also begins to feel more secure and comfortable in his new environment as he sees his parents take steps to protect him and look after the family. He became more familiar with children his age and felt accepted into a new group of friends.

Jhon and Meli also recognize the importance of keeping each other safe and sharing information about suspicious activity in their environment. They regularly talk to their neighbors about what they are going through, and they make sure to let the police know if things are suspicious.

Budi and his family, who initially caused concern, became one of the closest friends of the Jhon and Meli family. They often spend weekends together, either to have dinner together or just spend time gathering at their homes.

Within a few months, the city that initially felt foreign and full of threats to the family was transformed into a warm, loving, and mutually protective place.

They feel lucky and grateful for being able to get through these difficult times and start a new life in a place that is now home to them.

The participation of citizens in maintaining the environment is very necessary to prevent disturbing crimes, such as those experienced by Jhon, Meli, and Aron.

In addition, the importance of establishing good relationships with neighbors and community members also shows how mutual care is part of good interactions in society.

Over time, the citizens of this city increasingly understand and implement these principles. Environmental security is a top priority for citizens, and together they help create a better, peaceful, and peaceful place to live for all.

Eventually, the Jhon and Meli families felt completely at home in this city, a new neighbor who had raised suspicions at first being a boon and a proof of the close relationship between the family and the neighbors, he said, helping each other and being sincere in society.

Budi, for example, who was initially suspected as a threat bearer, turned out to be a good friend of the family of Jhon and Meli.

From this he can learn not to rush to judge people based on appearances or rumors alone, because the truth is often different from what we imagine.

Jhon and Meli successfully overcome the problems that threaten their families because they work together, both with each other and with the authorities and their neighbors. With good communication and mutual trust, they can come together to create effective solutions.

As time goes on, Jhon, Meli, and Erlan can increasingly enjoy their lives in the new city. They witness the growth and development of their children, as well as their success in work and social life.

The lives they lead are richer and more meaningful than ever, and they feel valued as part of a strong and supportive community.

Jhon and Meli are able to face a sinister threat with shared courage, protecting their children and maintaining the integrity of the family.

This is a great example of how compassion and determination in the face of crisis can help John get through difficult times.

"Mama," call Aron who just woke up.

"Yes, Honey. What's up?" ask Meli.

"Papa's Mama?" asked Aron with a handsome face even though he just woke up.

"Papa was out of town, at the place of Mother Zara," said Meli.

Aron's working his eyes,." Nessa's place?"

Meli smiled and nodded, it made the son moody." Why don't you take Aron, Mama?"
