Zara stared at the appearance of her husband, the woman pulled Nathan's cheek in anxiety. If he was married in the beginning, he dared to do it.
“Sick, Dear.” Nathan pulled Zara's hand from his cheek.
“You're old, but anxious, Mas.”
Nathan's bulging eyes are said to be old, the man pulling his wife's head and flanking her in the armpits, until Zara's hijab falls apart.
In the middle of their jokes, Zara felt uncomfortable with Nathan's rather rude actions. Despite their long marriage, Zara still feels she fully has the right to express her anxiety in the absence of any abusive physical intervention.
Zara took off Nathan's embrace gently and looked at him with a serious look. "Mas, I understand you want to play around, but please don't take such rude action. I want us to be able to joke around without hurting each other."
Nathan was embarrassed by his abusive behavior and regretted his actions. He took a deep breath, trying to calm himself down. "Sorry, Honey. I didn't mean to hurt you. I just want to play with you."
Zara nodded and smiled gently. "I know, Mas. But let's communicate in a better way. We can please each other without hurting each other, right?"
Nathan took Zara's hand and kissed her affectionately. "Of course, hon. I'm sorry for my actions. I'll learn to control myself more."
Zara smiled with relief. "Thank you, Mum. I know you're still anxious and excited. But let's support each other and understand each other's limits in playing and joking."
The two smiled at each other, feeling closer and understanding. They know that in their marriage, good communication and mutual support are the keys to maintaining happiness and harmony.
The two stopped after hearing a knock on the door from outside.
Zara immediately tidied up her headscarf again, while her husband opened the door.
“Why have you guys been so long, that guest has come,” said Tama shook her head seeing Zara still fixing her hijab.
“Iya, Sorry. We're coming down soon.”
Zara nodded briefly as a sign of her apology to Tama. He realizes that the presence of guests is their top priority, and they should not make them wait too long. Carefully, Zara finishes fixing her rushed appearance and Nathan helps her by arranging her hijab.
After neatly arranging the hijab, Zara and Nathan were ready to greet their guests with hospitality. They know the importance of respecting guests by providing good service and a positive impression. After that, they promised to pay attention to the time better in the future so as not to keep their guests waiting.
Nathan looked at his wife, both smiling. Now that the couple immediately left the room, Zara wants to check the dinner menu that has been served.
After all was complete Zara headed to the living room, Nathan gave a code for his wife to sit next to him.
“Tuan Satya introduce this Zara my wife,” Nathan said.
Satya stretched out her hand, but Zara immediately cupped her hands together in the chest. The man finally nodded in understanding.
“This dear Mr. Satya and his father-in-law Mr. Yoga,” Nathan said.
“It looks like your wife is the same age as my son, Mr. Nathan,” said Yoga somehow the man missed the figure of Dusk.
“Means his sister's wife Mr. Satya,” guess Tama.
Yoga chuckles.”No, not even his wife.”
Satya who saw Zara and Nathan confused about his relationship with Yoga the man immediately said,”Sayan married my wife after graduating High School.”
Zara and Nathan now nodded, Not long after the waiter came because dinner was ready. Tama immediately invited Satya and Yoga to go to the dining table.
Now they eat voraciously, Satya and Yoga follow the rules if at the dinner table no one speaks.
After finishing eating Nathan chatted with Satya, while Tama and Yoga chatted occasionally Zara chimed in.
Exactly at ten o'clock in the evening Satya and Yoga immediately leave, Zara and her husband deliver until the guest car is not seen anymore.
“I think only I have an old husband,” kekeh Zara with a spoiled wrestle on her husband's arm.
Tama heard his son's words just shaking his head, while Nathan snorted because he did not like to be said to be old.
“Old and mature is different,” Nathan said.
Hearing her husband's words Zara turned back and now looked at the handsome face that began to be overgrown with coarse fur, but somehow the woman preferred it.
“What's the difference?” ask Zara.
Nathan smiled and replied, "The matured husband like me has more wisdom and life experience. We've been through a lot and have a deeper understanding of life. You are also more patient and can provide greater support and stability in this relationship."
Zara listened attentively, a small smile. "I understand. But to me, the trust and affection you give means so much more than your age or appearance. I love you for who I am, my old and mature husband."
Nathan smiled in relief, feeling the warmth in Zara's words. They embrace each other, feeling grateful to have a loving and understanding relationship. For them, age is just a number and the most important thing is to support and love each other, no matter how long they have been together.
Tama saw the child and his daughter-in-law hugging the man instantly cleared his throat.
Zara and Nathan reflexively let go of his embrace. The woman was so embarrassed that she forgot that there was Tama's father in front of her.
"You guys if you want to be friendly in that room!" expel Tama.
Zara's face flushed with embarrassment. Nathan nodded, quickly calming the situation down. "Sorry Dad, we didn't mean to disturb or hurt any feelings. We're just expressing our love and happiness as a couple."
Tama looked at the expression of honesty in Nathan's face, feeling somewhat regretful with his sudden demeanor. He shook his head, "I'm sorry, son. Sometimes I forget that you also need privacy and intimacy in your relationship. I'm just worried about being too affectionate in public."
Zara smiled with relief at her father's apology. "Thank you for understanding us, Dad. We'll be more careful in the future."
Nathan raised his hand and touched his in-laws arm with great respect, "Thank you, Dad. We really appreciate your presence and affectionate supervision."
Tama felt warm in her heart hearing the thanks from Nathan. He pondered for a moment, realizing that their love was something beautiful and worthy of respect. From then on, they all promised to respect each other and still give each other privacy in their harmonious relationship.
After taking a break, the man also asked his son to immediately enter the room because the night was getting late.
Zara and Nathan are tired, and the man invites his wife to take a break. What else is the woman who is carrying her flesh and blood.
However, as they were about to get out of their seats they heard a noise on the second floor like someone was fighting.
