"That smile, why is that smile similar to Diah's?" mr. Ferry asked inwardly as he looked at the smile Amira showed him.

However, a Ferry Bramastyo, never forgets the smile that means so much in his life and that smile has disappeared from his life just because of a mistake he has done before. He felt such a deep regret after losing such an important person in his life. But when he realized everything, he had lost a very meaningful smile in his life.

"I'm sorry, sir, because it's time for me to go home and I have to take a break because tomorrow I still have to go to school and work!" said Amira still with the same smile that made Mr. Ferry more immersed in his past that he regretted until this moment.

"Ah yes," said Mr. Ferry when he heard what Amira said and he tried to be ordinary and not constantly slumped in his regrets.

Mr. Ferry stared at Amira's departure with a gaze that was not easy to interpret. There was one part in his heart that began to be curious about the girl and he felt that the girl was closely related to his past. But he himself is not sure of it considering when he separated from Diah, the woman had no children at all and even one of the reasons that made her choose to look for another woman was simply because she wanted a descendant who could carry on her family lineage. But unfortunately he never got what he wanted because it turned out that the woman who had made him betray could not give a child to him.

"Papa? What's Papa doing here?" gabriella asked when she saw her father standing in the company lobby looking at the exit of the company that showed no one there. "The employees have gone home, but why did Papa just come here? Is there something so important that Papa came here?"

Mr. Ferry who felt if he was asked by his stepdaughter immediately turned his eyes away and he tried not to show surprise and regret in his eyes. He only hoped that his stepdaughter would not feel the difference between her current and usual attitude.

"Ah yes, yes, Papa there are some things to talk about with Alex that make Papa come here because it looks like Papa won't have time to come to your house and talk about everything in your house!" said Mr. Ferry who tried to return to his usual attitude and also told him about the real reason why he could get to his daughter-in-law's office.

"It would have been much better if Papa had stopped by our house and maybe we could have dinner together if Papa had stopped by the house!" said Gabriella who felt if they had not eaten dinner together for reasons of busyness as well as some other things.

"Maybe next time we can show it and we can actually have dinner with your mom and your sisters!" said Mr. Ferry who then engaged in light talks with his stepdaughter.

"Alex is still in his room and it looks like he's still waiting for Papa to refuse to take me home!" gabriella said that she realized that her father's need to come to the office was to meet with her husband and talk about some important things so that she was unlikely to hold her father for too long just to chat with him.

"Well, Papa will meet first and you'll schedule it with your mama when we'll have dinner together!" said Mr. Ferry who then passed just like that from before Gabriella.

Meanwhile, in his room Alex was thinking about what had happened between him and Amira. He realized that what happened between him and the girl was a huge mistake and he shouldn't have done it, but he could not deny what he felt right now towards the girl and he also could not deny that he really wanted the girl.

There is something that he thinks is special about an Amira that makes him really want the girl. Not talking about the beauty and intelligence of the girl, but there's something else that's much more meaningful that makes Alex really interested in Amira and he doesn't want to lose the girl even if it's just for a moment.

"Amira! I will definitely get you and I will never let go of you no matter what happens later because to me you are someone special and you can awaken something that can never rise up all this time!" alex said with a sly smile while staring at the door of his study while waiting for the in-laws who had previously said that he would stop by his office at this time.

"Find out information about Amira, the student from the school you interned at here and Papa wants information about the girl as soon as possible!" mr. Ferry said when he had just entered the room of his daughter-in-law and it clearly made Alex very surprised because his in-laws suddenly asked him to find out the identity of someone.

"Why? Does Papa need any information about him and for what Papa asks about his information? Did he make a mistake or something else?" alex asked repeatedly who was curious about the reasons owned by his parents-in-law because the man suddenly asked for information about a student from the school he owned at this time.

Mr. Ferry was silent for a moment to get such a question from Alex because after all he had to think of the right answer to what his son-in-law was asking. He realized that if Alex knew the real reason would not be a big problem considering that both his wife and stepchildren had known from the beginning if he was a man then this we are a wife, he said, but because of his selfishness he chose his affair over his own wife. But clearly at this time he could not tell the real reason to Alex because it was too worried if it would only create problems in his family.

"Papa just wants to make sure that he is the right student to get priority from us from now until he works!" mr. Ferry said that in the end gave a slightly reasonable reason and related to work and school.
