"You're the same Mother!" Mentari returned to whining.
Tristan has almost lost his temper. The feeling of hatred for Kirana seemed to multiply. If only Mentari had never met Kirana, she would still be the child she always obeyed. I will not demand to have a mother. Mentari used to understand that his mother was happy in heaven. The words that Tristan always say every time his son asks where his mother's desire has appeared since Mentari entered school. And that right makes everything mess up.
"Where's Mommy, Pa?" ask the mentor for a few times.
Tristan scrambled his hair. "Mother go!" his voice was upset.
"No way. Mother dear same Mentari. Mother cannot leave Mentari. Papa should find Mommy."
"Yes Later Papa find. Now Mentari eats first." persuade Tristan to refrain from speaking again rudely.
"No want! Mentari wants to be fed by Mother."
"Start!" Tristan's patience was completely eroded eventually. The mentari shriveled for a moment. The boy's cry broke upon hearing his father's screams for the first time. He never saw his papa saying so loudly with eyes barely coming out.
Tristan was getting frustrated seeing Mentari sobbing of course he did not have the heart. He was really sorry to have let out a voice that could have traumatized Mentari. The burly hand was about to clench but Mentari brushed it off and ran to the room.
"Bad papa!"
BRACKET!
The door was slammed by Mentari.
PRANGS!
Tristan swept the table until the plate containing the fried rice he had just made was crushed scattered on the floor. He groaned in frustration.
"Astaghfiullah! You're fuckin', anyway? This house is fucked up?" exclaim Bu Ratih the floor that splattered broken plates and food fused on the floor.
Newly arrived Mrs Ratih took a broom to clean the dirty floor because of her son. Mentari stayed at his home for almost two weeks. Because dai always whines asking mommy she continued and Tristan was overwhelmed to calm her down. But last night Tristan insisted on bringing Mentari home while the boy was sleeping. And the next day Mentari again asked about Kirana. That provoked Tristan's emotions that were getting more chaotic.
"Aren't you trying to find Kirana?"
"For what, Ma?"
Madam Ratih was breathing rough. One month living together, it turns out that Tristan was not touched by his heart. The woman felt guilty for Kirana. His decision to make Kirana a daughter-in-law actually made the woman tortured to live with Tristan.
"You should be able to introspect yourself. Not entirely blaming Kirana. Woe on that road can happen to anyone. Mama just doesn't understand you, Pakistan. You can buy your secretary a car. But for your own wife you don't want to think about it. Heavy yes, buy a car for his own wife? You blame Kirana and her bike when she falls on the road with Mentari. Don't-don't think Kirana didn't just leave. But you told him to go."
His mother spoke at length, but Tristan did not intend to answer. Dai knew her mother didn't like Silvia that much. Although he's the younger brother of his favorite son-in-law. Silvia was indeed much different when compared to Elita.
"Mama's been to Mentari's school, and Kirana doesn't teach there anymore."
"Leave it. This is Tristan's household business. Mama doesn't have to bother taking care of it."
"False father, Oma." Mentari complained while frowning.
"Papa is not evil. Papa's tired. Mentari must obey Papa so that Papa is not angry."
"But Mentari wants to be with Mommy."
"Yes, we'll call Mother "
Madam Ratih rubbed the wet cheeks of Mentari. Then he took his grandson out of the room. Bringing Mentari back to her home is currently the best path. Tristan is no longer a patient father to his daughter. Especially with the attitude of Mentari who is often whining since Kirana left the house.
"Let Mentari stay here, Ma," said Tristan unwillingly when his mother took Mentari while dragging a small pink travel bag.
"will not. Just take care of yourself!" replied Madam Ratih ketus.
Tristan is getting upset. Living at home without babbling will feel empty. Although lately he was often irritated by Mentari's whining, it was better than not hearing her great-grandchild. Thousands of days have been passed alone with Mentari, he does not like if in the heart of Mentari there are now others who are more domineering. Moreover, the person has no ties whatsoever with Mentari Tristan wants, Mentari just needs him. Kirana's presence just messed things up. Mentari now loves Kirana more and never again asks Tristan to tell her about her mother.
Tristan snatched the car keys and then followed his mother and Mentari who had left the yard with a car driven by Mr. Cip. The man followed the silver sedan that was walking towards the main house.
"Why did you come here? Mentari hates Papa!" mentari exclaimed as his father got out of his car. Since when did Mentari know the word hate and evil. Kirana must have taught him. Tristan also gave a rough sigh.
"Papa's sorry."
"No want! Mentari wants Papa to pick up Mother."
"Yes, Papa will pick up Mother. But forgive me, dong."
"Really?"
Of course, Tristan said it just to trick Mentari with his head nodding. The innocent little boy cheered. Then welcome the outstretched hand of his father who was about to carry him. Ignored Mentari just a few minutes Tristan was not able to. Let him find a way later to make Mentari forget Kirana.
After going through a long debate with the mother, Tristan finally managed to bring Mentari back to his home. Tristan does not want to stay at his mother's house, but now the situation is not conducive. Her mother will definitely not stop nagging related to the passing of Kirana. He will also urge Tristan to search for Kirana.
"Pa, want some milk." Mentari's whining was heard when Tristan was busy in front of his laptop. The man did not say until Mentari had to repeat his words.
"Wait a minute, yeah."
Kirana was sitting next to her father while pursing her lips. Waiting for a short word that will not be answered.
Mentari's voice that did not sound noisy was again ignored by Tristan. A moment later there was the sound of objects breaking from the direction of the kitchen.Tristan realized that Mentari was no longer nearby. He immediately left his laptop and ran down the stairs.
"Start!"
