Remember Me, My Husband!

Remember Me, My Husband!
Not Us, But You!

Arlan sat Maysha in a chair. After that, he himself chose to crouch before his wife and clasped her hands. Arlan stared into Maysha's chocolate bead.

There was a different feeling he felt every time he stared at or came into contact with Maysha's skin. A touch that feels familiar and feels warm is also comfortable.

However, suddenly the touch had to unravel as Maysha pulled her hand and set her sights elsewhere.

“I'm sorry for last night and today. I really feel guilty with you,” he said full of regrets.

It was very desirable for Arlan to wipe the wet end of Maysha's eyes. But he certainly wouldn't dare to do it. The mistake he made made him feel unworthy in front of Maysha.

“It's okay. I know you'll be more defensive of Laura because to you I'm just a stranger.”

Arlan's heart felt pierced by sharp thorns. Behind Maysha's gentle and calm demeanor, Arlan could see the wounds of every sentence the woman sizzled. Admitted by Arlan, that Maysha is currently no more than a stranger in her eyes. But somehow this stranger seemed to have a magnet that kept pulling him.

Even Maysha's silence was able to make her curious.

“I'll talk to Laura. He has gone too far to accuse you when he himself did.”

Arlan instantly got up from his crouching position. He transferred the CCTV footage to his cell phone. Then step foot into the room. Once inside, it should be presented with a view that makes it shake the head.

Like sinless Laura was sitting on the couch and being served like a queen. On the right side there is Bik Wiwin who is cutting his fingernails, and on the left there is Yanti who is massaging his legs. While Laura herself was sipping a glass of juice deliciously.

Arlan took a deep breath. It was as if his patience was really tested. She scans her two domestic assistants in turn. “Can you guys get out first? I have to talk to Laura.”

"Good, Den."

Bik Wiwin and Yanti immediately stood up and exited the room. Laura was still in her position.

At first glance she looked at her husband who came with a flat face. From there Laura could see the stifled anger. The corner of his lips lifted into a thin smile. He guessed that Arlan had just had a big fight with Maysha.

“You've spoken to Maysha Ma'am, Mas?” ask her, then grab the pieces of fruit available on the table.

“Already.”

Arlan was silent. It was as if it gave Laura a chance to talk.

"He knew I was pregnant. Is it okay that he was deliberately going to throw me out of this house, subtly" the woman said. As if really hurt.

Both Arlan's hands were clenched behind his back. It sank in the heart. Instead of sympathy, every word that was thrown from Laura's mouth even made her anger even more heightened.

"You're sure Maysha put chili powder in your food?"

"Who else, my friend? Bik Wiwin can't be that brave about his employer's wife, right? Only Ma'am Maysha would dare to do that!" squeal Laura. "So what's your decision now? Choose me or Ma'am Maysha?"

For a while Arlan was silent. It made Laura rise and stand right in front of the tall body of her husband. “Why are you quiet? I want to know what your decision is!”

Arlan smirked thinly, which unfortunately even looks creepy. The black bead that was wrapped by the sharp highlight managed to make Laura bristle. Both of them remained silent in a tense silence.

"You want to know what my decision is?"

Arlan's gaze led to Laura's suitcase still on the bed with several sheets of undressed clothes. The man went to the closet and took out all of Laura's remaining clothes.

Laura was silent as Arlan pressed sheet by sheet of clothes into the suitcase. She began to not understand what was going on with her husband. Laura approaches Arlan and tries to prevent her. But the man brushed his hand violently.

“Why did you take out all my clothes and put them in the suitcase?”

“To go home!”

A pair of Laura beads were rounded right then and there. Going home to the old house was something that was never in his plans. He likes the house where he is now. This house spoils him with luxuries that he did not get in the old house. And packing these things was just Laura's bluff just to scare Arlan.

“Go back?” Laura could hardly believe it. "You should have asked Ms. Maysha who came out of this house, Mas. But why do we even have to get out of here?"

“Not us, but you!”
