Reincarnation of Love: Being the Guardian Angel of My Stuttering Husband

Reincarnation of Love: Being the Guardian Angel of My Stuttering Husband
Episode 15's

This class is a physics lesson about electricity, which is the field that Emily does not master.

In the middle of the lesson, the teacher asked everyone to form a small group of four to discuss the problem framework of his textbook.

Emily and Kirana turned around while carrying their books and looked at Marvin with a pouting expression.

"Do you understand this material?" ask Kirana.

Marvin shook his head. Kirana is a lazy student to learn, except chemistry lessons are quite good, but other than chemistry the grades are ugly.

Emily, who was not very good at physics, especially the matter about electricity, also shook her head.

The three of them stared at each other.

Classes are noisy, except for their completely silent corners.

Emily raised her head slowly and looked at Raymond.

The boy lowered his head, with a cold and moody expression, as if alienating himself from the crowd of the class.

Marvin and Kirana knew that he had always been like this and had never participated in group discussions, so they had no intention of inviting Raymond.

But Emily doesn't know about it.

Lately, she had realized that Raymond was willing to say a few words to her, so she was always looking for him to speak.

The boy listened to his endless questions, always bowing his head, his ears turning red, yet still trying to answer.

Emily thought that she had started to open up, at least not like before.

But she doesn't know that the boy's cold heart is warm just because of Emily's presence.

And she just wanted to open her heart to him.

There was a little noise in the classroom. Emily pushed her chair slightly back and looked at the boy's black eyes.

He asked gently, "Raymond, do you understand this material?"

Raymond lowered his head for a moment and nodded.

"Can you explain it to us? Looks like the teacher will ask someone to present this material." Emily was doubtful.

The boy kept his head down and was speechless. His resolute black eyes were hidden behind a dull frame of glasses, it was difficult to discern his emotions.

There was a momentary silence in the air.

Kirana laughed awkwardly and broke the silence, "It's okay, maybe we won't be chosen to explain either."

"Yes, we better think more carefully. Maybe we can find an explanation ourselves." Marvin followed the chat.

The two were worried that Raymond's silence would make the girl feel uncomfortable.

A few gusts of cold wind entered through the window slit, making the pages of the book move gently.

The boy hesitated for a moment, then spoke in a deep voice, "I know."

He paused for a few seconds, then continued, "I can explain it to you."

Kirana and Marvin round their eyes, noticing the normally reserved and spiritless boy pull out a notebook from his desk and draw a circuit diagram with a pen.

The two hurriedly approached, and the four heads were close together, listening attentively.

The voice of the boy was low and deep, with alluring qualities. Even though he was stammered, it did not make people feel irritated.

He spoke rather slowly, but the explanation was clear, so everyone listened carefully.

This time, no one interrupted.

Raymond put down his pen and let out a sigh of relief.

"You are amazing." Kirana looked at it with admiration.

He was a lazy student studying, and in the first minute, he only understood this type of problem before giving up on the exam.

Marvin beside him nodded as if he somewhat understood and said, "Truly impressive."

This type of problem is difficult and usually appears at the end of the exam paper as the most difficult exam problem.

This kind of sincere and enthusiastic praise was rare, and he felt a bit unfamiliar with her and did not know what to act like.

"How about Emily"

Unable to stand his deep desire, Raymond slowly raised his gaze.

Under the bright sunlight, the girl leaned her head, her beautiful, sparkling eyes full of excitement, mixed with a hint of awe.

Raymond's ears instantly became red, a hidden joy appearing in his heart.

For the first time, she felt that group discussions were no longer a burden, but rather more lively and interesting.

The voices in the classroom slowly died down, and the teacher clapped his hands on the podium, gesturing for everyone to shut up.

"Who wants to explain this material?" ask teacher.

No one spoke, most lowered their heads, avoided eye contact with the teacher, afraid that one wrong move would get them in trouble.

"Well, if no one wants to volunteer, I'll choose someone." He paused for a moment and casually said, "Let's pick number three."

Emily stood up trembling.

Separated by the passageway, he heard Kenzo laughing softly.

"Oh, new student, huh? Can you answer this?" ask the teacher with a gentle smile.

"Surely he can finish it. He's from the superior class" joked Kenzo loudly.

Seeing his doubt, the teacher, who did not intend to humiliate him, simply rubbed his eyes and asked, "Can you answer him? If not, sit down."

He knew this question was a bit difficult. Many girls from the superior class were struggling with this subject, so it was only natural that she did not know.

Emily lowered her head, staring at the matter in her book while recalling Raymond's stammering explanation a moment ago. He tried hard to organize his thoughts.

Actually, he could choose to sit down and admit that he did not know, but what would happen if the teacher continued to appoint students according to their numbers and asked Raymond?

By standing in front of so many people, there was no doubt Raymond would stutter. Without thinking for long, Emily knew exactly how Kenzo and his group would mock her.

Though puzzled, after a moment, he pressed his lips together and reluctantly said, "Can."

"Alright, go ahead and explain while drawing the diagram." The teacher smiled happily, looking at him with enthusiasm and encouraging encouragement.

Emily moved her chair, picked up her textbook, and got ready to walk to the front of the class when a crumpled piece of paper was given to her.

He clasped the paper silently in his hand and stepped onto the podium.

Several tens of pairs of eyes seemed fixated on him, some with malicious intentions, others with hope.

Emily slowly picked up a piece of chalk, glancing at the crumpled paper in her hand.

The paper had been folded, making the paper not very smooth now.

On that crimped paper, there was a clear and neat circuit diagram, accompanied by a set of instructions.

A cold wind swept into the classroom, but Emily felt as if the shabby paper in her hand carried warmth. It gently flattened his agitated and anxious heart, even though his fingertips felt cold.

He relaxed and first copied the diagram onto the blackboard. Then, he began to explain the steps according to what was written on the paper.

The girl's voice was clear and pure, like the cleanest mountain spring in summer, refreshing to hear.

Combining his own understanding with Raymond's clear-cut instructions, the initially difficult problem becomes easily explained in a simple way.

The teacher agreed.

"You explained it very well. Now, everyone, give him a round of applause."

Waves of excited applause filled the room, and the students' eyes were filled with admiration.

Bathing in the bright sunlight, he stood in the classroom and quickly saw Raymond in the crowd.

Even though he was wearing heavy black frame glasses, the brightness in his eyes could not be hidden.

Suddenly Emily's heart was sad.

He recalled the night of farewell, when Raymond's eyes had the same brightness.
