Chapter 1: He's a Vampire

A girl was walking in the dark of the middle of the forest night. Sometimes he grimaces. One hand held a considerable wound on the left abdomen, the other hand held tightly to a sword that was already covered in blood. Even the blood on the sword had not dried up.

Malvia, the eldest daughter of the vampire kingdom, manages to escape the brutal attacks of the other races. They attack vampires who do not have enough preparation plus the vampires are outnumbered. Vampires are accused of brutally slaughtering others. It makes the vampires violate the absolute provisions of fellow races that allow other people to kill the people.

And here he was, strolling through the woods in the darkness of the night. While his father, mother and younger siblings were slaughtered, dying adorably. At first he was reluctant to leave, he did not care about dying. But his father, who was also the king, asked him, begging him to leave. One person must survive to clear their name.

Tears kept flowing down Malvia's cheeks. In the darkness of the night, his pale complexion could be clearly seen. His long black hair looked messy, his black canal shirt was tattered camping. Although his tears continued to flow, but his eyes remained vigilant. He doesn't even know where to go. All the people are against his people which means there is no place for him.

Malvia stopped and leaned against a tree. He wants to rest for a moment. He could barely use his vampire speed. Suddenly I heard a growl. At first a small growl, barely audible. But the growl got bigger and closer. Malvia knew very well what the growl was, especially the pungent smell of feathers in her nose. Malvia turned his head, several wolves had already surrounded him. Wolves are bigger than humans. Their fur is thick. Malvia is nervous, she is too weak to fight with these wolves especially her vampire strength barely works anymore because she is too weak. Malvia held a sword with both hands. He swallowed. She's nervous. His eyes were constantly on the movements of the wolves.

A lunge leads to him. Malvia's vampire instincts were still good, she reflexively swung her sword upwards.

A sreekk!

The sword scratched the wolf that charged at him. One by one the wolves attacked. With the rest of his strength he fought back.

"Give up princess. We promise to kill you quickly, so you won't feel any pain." said one bare-chested man who was among the wolves. Malvia looked at the man. Breath hunting.

"You wish." Those are the only words Malvia can say. The man sighed.

"Kill him."

The wolves attacked again. Malvia survives with a sword in her hand. One wolf bit his hand. Malvia shouted loudly. The sword slipped out of his hand. Malvia thrust her other hand into the chest of the wolf that bit her and plucked her heart out. The wolf instantly became a human and stiffened. The wolves are getting angry. They attacked Malvia brutally. Malvia tried to fight back. Sometimes he gets bites and blows. But every time he crashed, he would stand up instantly. Like nothing happened.

After a long time the fight stopped. The wolves had already stretched stiff on the ground. Malvia sat on her feet holding her wound. Blood came out of his mouth. He tried to endure the tremendous pain. Maybe Malvia is a vampire but Malvia's opponent is a werewolf. The wolf bite is poisonous to vampires. Although some can be cured, but usually it will be long. Therefore now Malvia could only sit and stare at the man in front of her. He knew the wolf poison had already begun to spread within his body. He was bitten by a wolf several times.

The man walked closer. The man's flat-faced look indicates he will not be merciful to the dying Malvia. The man turned into a wolf right in front of Malvia. His yellow eyes were bright in the darkness of the night.

"Goodbye, princess."

The wolf opened its mouth to bite Malvia's neck but...

Sruk!

Slowly but surely. Malvia continued walking through the forest. Blood continued to flow from his body, dripping down every single path he walked. He knew he would be followed because of his dripping blood. But he kept walking. He did not want to stop his path even a single step.

Malvia's vision was blurred. He began not to see. The poison had already spread throughout his body. The wounds he had received also did not heal. His body was never cold but this time he was shivering. Just this time he felt a shiver when he became a vampire. But Malvia still did not stop walking. Until he did not realize that he had entered the back yard of the house of men. He could barely see anymore. Suddenly his body fell to the ground. He was very weak, tired and in pain. He can no longer walk. His eyes looked up at the sky. Even though the moon is not shining tonight, the stars are still willing to accompany her. Malvia knew she was going to die tonight.

"I'm sorry Malvia, dad. Malvia could not survive.. Lag-ghi."

Malvia's eyes closed slowly and became unconscious.

Before long, one man suddenly dropped several objects in his hand. He was so surprised to find one person fainted in the yard behind his house. Carrying a torch in his hand, he approached the unconscious man. How surprised he turned out that the one who fainted was a woman. Without thinking, the man carried Malvia into the house. He didn't even care about his torch falling on the ground. The soil that was wet from the rain this afternoon will definitely put out the fire, her mind. The man took Malvia to one of the rooms in his simple house. He lit some candles in the room to keep it bright.

The man rolled up the hands of the shirt he was wearing. He sat at the end of the bed right next to Malvia. He grabbed Malvia's hand and checked her pulse. He was so shocked when he held Malvia's hand. His hands were really cold, really cold. The man examined Malvia's forehead and cheeks. Real cold.

"It's weird." murmured the man.

The man kept checking his pulse.

"Pulsed, but weak."

The man was silent for a moment and noticed Malvia's body. He found traces of blood in Malvia's stomach and some bite marks on Malvia's hands.

"What really happened to him?"

The man cut out Malvia's dress that had been torn on her stomach. He was surprised for the umpteenth time. Not only are there sharp pieces, but scratches also exist. The man looked at Malvia with shock on his face. He noticed the wounds on Malvia's abdomen and waist but the next few seconds the man stood up. He took a few steps back. His face turned angry. His hands are on a strong head. Breath hunting.

"He's a vampire."
