The Qing Family Home

Ming Yue returned to the Qing mansion when the sky was dark enough. He could not make it in time to cook dinner but Ming Yue did not feel guilty. Anyway, he's moving out tomorrow. He didn't want to stay in this house any longer.

"J*l*ng girl! where have you been?!" Sui Rong bellowed furiously as Ming Yue entered the house. Qing Xu Lin and Qing Mu Jing were not too far behind him, only looking with an expression that said that they liked Ming Yue so much to be cheered on.

"Mount, gather some plants." Ming Yue replied coldly,

"How dare you come home late and not cook dinner!" Sui Rong raised her hand to slap Ming Yue but Bai Hu let out a hissing sound and Sui Rong's leg suddenly slipped, making her fall down on the floor.

"Aah!" Sui Rong screamed in pain. Both Xu Lin and Mu Jing were stunned. They had no idea how Sui Rong could slip and fall to the floor.

"Ming Yue's! What did you do to mom?!" Mu Jing rushed towards Sui Rong and helped her up.

"I didn't do anything. He just slipped and fell to the floor." Ming Yue shrugged indifferently then she smiled wickedly, "There may be ghosts in this house."

Sui Rong, Mu Jing and Xu Lin had their jaws slackened as Ming Yue said a ghost. In the past, they hit him every time he called a ghost. It happened often but after that Ming Yue never mentioned it again.

Now hearing what Ming Yue said, they finally realized that Ming Yue was rebelling. He used to be so obedient but now he's fighting back.

"You-you..! Mu Jing, hit him! Now too!" Sui Rong ordered her son but Ming Yue's evil smile grew wider.

"Are you sure? Those ghosts might attack him too, you know?"

Sui Rong stiffened, she grabbed her son's hand tightly for fear that a ghost would attack him. Bai Hu grinned, using his strength to create a burst of wind and make some objects in the house shake then fall to the floor.

"Let'sah!" Sui Rong and Xu Lin cried out in fear while Mu Jing looked at Ming Yue with a pale face.

"You damned child! Disaster boy! leave the house now! NOW!!" Sui Rong shouted like a mad woman.

Ming Yue only nonchalantly went to her room, put down all the items in her room that were in the Moon Palace and returned to the living room. He looked at the three people who were still wearing terrified expressions on their faces.

"Today I cut ties with this family. From now on, we'll be strangers. Don't come to me and ruin my life again, if you do.." Ming Yue gave them a killing gaze and aura slipped out from within her body, giving the three of them a feeling as if they were terrorized.

"Don't blame me if I'm cruel." Ming Yue said, snorting at them with disdain and full of ridicule before leaving the house with Bai Hu by her side. This time, forever..

It took a while before Sui Rong managed to calm herself down. He remembered how Ming Yue acted tall and mighty, staring at them with disdain and her blood boiling.

"J*l*ng that! How dare he... how dare he..!!" Sui Rong shouted furiously.

"Mother, don't you think Ming Yue is changing now?" Xu Lin asked doubtfully.

"Yes, he seems to be a different person." Mu Jing's.

"I agree. Maybe he's possessed by an evil spirit!" said Xu Lin. He could not bear the changes in Ming Yue. In his view, Ming Yue should be under his feet and adoring him. Ming Yue was only suited to be his 'servant'.

Sui Rong fell silent, pondering what Xu Lin said. "You might be right, Xu Lin ah. I'll go to the temple to ask the monk to come to school tomorrow. As soon as the evil spirit leaves, we'll drag the gaids j*l*ng back to be our servant again."

Ming Yue decided to go to the hotel for the night. While walking Bai Hu laughed out loud, clearly happy to remember the incident earlier.

"As expected of Master, even when you are acting cold and cruel, I can't help but be enchanted once more." He said with a smile

Ming Yue shook her head with a gentle smile, "I mean what I said."

He recalled the past when his Master experienced a difficult life because of those mortal humans. Bai Hu exerted all the patience within him not to get angry in madness, because at that moment Bai Hu and the other celestial beasts were still sealed inside Tianshang De Kongjian.

For the first time in his eternal life, Bai Hu felt helpless, hopeless, useless. He could do nothing to help his Master. That feeling, Bai Hu would never want to feel it again. This time for sure, Bai Hu will protect Lady in his arms. Bai Hu was sure that the other celestial beasts felt the same way as him. They will pamper and love their Lady all the time. Just like in the past. Before Lady they met THE MAN.

"Young girl?" A voice can be heard. Ming Yue turned her head only to see the old man she had met on the way to the mountain. He was in the back seat of a car that looked very expensive.

"What are you doing hanging around the street right now. It's very dangerous for a girl like you."

"Oh, I want to head to the nearest hotel" Mingyu said.

The old man frowned, "Hotel? You're not going home?"

He didn't think that this young girl would do anything inappropriate with just the word 'Hotel'. The old man had an eye for character and he believed this young girl was a polite person.

"I'm an orphan, just cut ties with my adoptive family and left their home." Ming Yue explained briefly. "Then, grandfather. Excuse me first."

As Ming Yue wanted to walk again, the old man called out to her. "Wait!"

"Yes?" Ming Yue looked at the old man in confusion. What did this old man want from her?

"You can come to my house. Instead of staying in a hotel, you're gonna make a bad impression." Said the old man.

'If I go with Grandpa, others will assume badly too.' Ming Yue retorted in her mind.

Now Ming Yue was in a dilemma. Both paths will lead to bad rumors. He also did not know this old man because he was just a stranger, someone he had just met on the street. However, having a 'witness' may be better than not having one. If Ming Yue went to the hotel, she had no reliable witnesses to prove that she had not done anything against the norm. If Ming Yue left with this old man, judging that this old man might be worth believing in, Ming Yue would have a reliable witness. Well if this old man turned out to be different, all Ming Yue needed to do was ask Bai Hu to help him.

After pondering for a while, Ming Yue gave her answer. "OKAY. I'll go with Grandpa. Thank you for Grandpa's kindness earlier."

Ming Yue entered the car with Bai Hu and the car sped away. Meanwhile there was a shadow staring at the departing car with a smile filled with evil intentions.

Bai Hu: Of course I'm happy, Lady. Finally we can get rid of that rotten family for good~ (●´∀`●)

Mingyue: so yes..

Ming Yue: They have not done anything yet, Bai Hu (^_^;)
