LOVE

Four days passed so quickly. Currently the watch on Ranum's wrist shows at 06:39 local time. Ranum was enjoying a cigarette accompanied by his morning coffee in his backyard. Ranum daydreamed, he thought about what had happened the past few days on Antipodes island.

“Hei.” Chen greeted, breaking Ranum's daydream.

“Eh, hi.” Ranum greeted back, immediately turned off his cigarette.

“No, I didn't think of anything.” Ranum sipped his coffee.

Ranum was silent for a moment. “What do you feel when a man rejects your love many times – times ?” Ranum looked at Chen.

Chen laughing. “You're in love? Who rejected you? Are you currently heartbroken?”

“It must be very painful, there will be no human being who can withstand rejection many – times. Unless that woman is crazy enough to love a man. If the woman dares to be forthright about her feelings for a man and she does that repeatedly, it is true – is right an incredible level of love.” Chen laughed a little. “I think today there is no woman who can love a man like that.” Chen continued saying.

“What will you do when you are tired of rejection – rejection you received from a man?” Ranum asked.

“Are we talking about me?” Chen probed.

“I will go and stay away from the man. No matter how much love I have for her. Also later the taste will disappear by itself.” Chen smiled. “I have never believed in such a thing as love. Do you think everyone who has a partner is happy with their partner? Do you think everyone is always happy when they have a partner? You think every married person still has love between them?” Chen continued to ask.

Ranum shrugged his shoulders, not knowing.

“Love it's just Ranum's bullshit. Indeed, no true human – really understands the true meaning of love. In general, lovers can only be happy at the beginning of their relationship, the rest are just trying to survive so that their relationship is not destroyed with a lot of consideration. For people who have been dating for a long time, maybe they are already unhappy with each other, but they do not dare to break the relationship just because they have been dating for a long time, or already do not know how to establish a new relationship, or because of other considerations based on fear. For people who are married and when they are already unhappy with their marriage they are very afraid of divorce for many reasons, because they already have children, not good with family, not good with family, fear of being the talk of others, feeling too old and feeling that there will be no one else who wants to be with him, and – other reasons. Ranum sipped his coffee. “I love my wife. We loved each other, as long as I was married to Miranda I never felt bored in the slightest. I was right – was really happy with him. To this day I still love him.”

Which is where the hormone – hormones that can cause euphoria or feelings of excitement, enthusiasm, tension, nervousness, difficulty sleeping, more attention and so forth. What is all that called “falling in love”? Or just a normal chemical process in the body? Chen nodded.

“I'll be out for a while to fill up the gas, I forgot to fill the gas when I came back here.” Ranum moved out of his chair.

“Author gas station in the direction of the hospital, we should buy when traveling to the hospital only.”

“I also have to buy cigarettes.” Ranum pointed at his cigarette that was in the ashtray.

“Then I'm coming.” Chen stood up slowly while holding onto Ranum's hand.

“Do not trouble.” Ranum spoke flatly.
